German Doner Kebab in Basingstoke and Deane

Arrived nearly 3hours after order. I'll never use you again. Totally useless.

Absolute joke is this place, German Doner kebab in Reading we absolute love it, at Basingstoke is different we order food 2 hours ago and still waiting. Is this how u made business guys?

Absolutely stinking place, was violently ill with food poisoning as soon as I ate here. I should have known by going in the place, dirty tables, staff who don't give a monkeys, a tiny portion for the price. if I could sue them for making me sick i would. Don't not go to this place avoid at all costs

Food did not arrive. App said delivered at 20:00 hours when it was 19:15 hours. Been waiting 2 hours. Been to restaurant and deliver driver had not shown up. I want refund back to my bank

the food for the price was ridiculously small portions and it was absolutely freezing cold the meat the chips everything when it was delivered. really poor

The chips and the free snack was cold and the og kebab. I would like a full refund. I understand now why you left a note to leave a good review. Thank you

Pleasant saturday evening after busy day of shopping. Tasty quick meal and not crowded at all. Better then other fast food chains. Recommend

Cold kebab. Surly staff. None of the tables are cleared up and food all over the floor. Broken ordering machine.

Yesterday I was in and I had very good food,the guy who made my food was Virender Kumar .He was very good guy and very friendly.

Food is ok. Overpriced massively. Go to a local kebab place pleaee! Toilet filthy piss everywhere, sanitary towels on the side next to the bin. Organise table service and then they refused to bring it to the table. Just not a great experience. Will leave you wishing you went somewhere else

Staying in Basingstoke for a week I decided to tried some food last night for first time it was very good sitting in the restaurant trying to eat there was a group off people next to us they was so loud and shouting as they was talking which my friend I had with me have been suffering from a stroke and the noise was unbelievable one off the staff had a word with them but they still carried on i also spoke to staff aswell and explained my situation was not happy at all off there behaviour towards when people are eating I had to leave half off our meal which i paid quite abit money for hope this don’t happen again

We went there on saturday at 10pm i got told Not to sit on the table i wanted and to move to the other side. When getting the food to our table we was told we are not to sit in the restaurant because they are closing soon when it said they closing at 11. when eating our food in the car both wraps that we ordered were incorrect. one of them had the spicy sauce and Onion and i’m severely allergic to it. And the other one had red cabbage when we asked to remove them of the wrap. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Cold food, not delivered in boxes as advertised. In the past when delivered in boxes it seems to keep it warm

The till lady closed the toilet all the days. I came multiple times but no access is given. We just want to wash hands but no way. Bad service.

Yesterday I visited gdk at Stratford Food was yummy Ambience was good.and the service especially Ammara was great

On arriving at the restaurant the door was broken and the toilets out of order. Unfortunately my experience continued in this fashion. The self service machine didn't work. The cashier seemed surprised with card payment. The food was bland and tasteless although the fries were decent. I haven't been to a restaurant this bad for a long time.

Food was pretty good but service poor. Do not use if you are travelling as they cannot provide a receipt. Bit suspicious

I ordered at a busy time so food took ages to prepare delivery person waited around for ages and went the longest way possible. Food was cold by the time it came (hour and half after I ordered)

Good food with good portion size. Quiet place to enjoy the meal on your own. Staff Nitu was quick and helpful.

Ordered 2 Doner box fries and salad, waited ages for it but wished we hadn’t bothered as the very small amount of what might have been meat was shredded to breadcrumb size pieces. Definitely not worth the money as basically had salad and chips. Would not return or recommend.

The food was ok, however I specifically ordered no tomatoes because I get allergic reactions to them. However my Kebab come with 2 tomatoes which put me off when I had to take them out. So was disappointed with that as it ruined my experience

I had ordered for collection of Beef Doner Box with fries and salad. Instead of beef, I got chicken. No sauce was given with the excuse told by the lady at the till that they ran out of sauces. Funnily enough the people dining in were all given sauces. When my friend ordered the same meal as eat in meal, there again sauce was provided. The tables were not cleaned properly either. I noticed the food handled behind the till was all done with bare hands and no gloves were worn by any staff handling food.
