I was able to track order on mobile also delivered with a smile. The order was still hot as were the sides. Really good service will use again in future with no worries. JOHN

Ordered food to premier inn hotel at 18:30 and it didn’t arrive till 20:10, I was originally told 19:15

Kebab meat was good, but unfortunately cold by the time it arrived. Chips were underdone. Hash brown bites were very tasty, but again, sadly, barely warm. I'm not sure this restaurant lends itself well to a delivery model.

Delivery time kept on changing. So I’m guessing it was late. The food was not very nice if I’m honest. Not as described. The kebab box thing had a few slices of meat which tasted kinda funny. The chips were nasty and soggy. I also ordered a side of ‘cheesy garlic waffle bread’…. This had NO cheese in it. The bread was also cold. Not a happy customer

Arrived stone cold I was offered £6 on a £25 order for a meal that I couldn’t eat, stone cold kebab is inedible..

over 2 hours delivery, food cold and for some reason very spicy. The chicken wraps were way too spicy, like they used the chicken leftovers from other dish on the menu. 0 starts .... not worth 2 hours wait .

I am impressed with the breakfast which i had in the morning.. I tried german doner kebab and my friend got doner box. We both were impressed with the service and the quality of the food... The staff is very helpful and sweet especially Gurpreet Singh... I will definitely visit again here!!

Waited over 2 hours and then the bread was burnt on one of the kebabs. I understand it's a Friday and busy, but keep upping the delivery time from the original by over an hour is not cool.

Never again!!!Ordered at 18:26..food arrived at 20:05..prepation time was over an hour!!!..delivery took probably 7 minutes.. so now uninstalled "Just eat" app and you tubed for a great donor kebab recipe..

Really nice place to visit! Considering current inflation, prices are still fairly decent and portions pretty good. Friendly and helpful staff especially gurpreet singh. Definitely worth a visit. Will be happy to come back.

The food is nice when you eat in but it is very cold and uncomfortable in the restaurant. The music is far too loud and the seating very hard. I recently ordered for delivery and the food arrived cold and 2 hours late! Never order from there for delivery.

Ideal location in the heart of town centre. Short walk from train station so quite handy as after travel meal. Decent menu options, cool branded packaging for take away along with branded tissue and towel. Cool portion size thanks neetu

I've been vegetarian 15 years. Come 2025, a meat eater again. Thought I'd treat myself to a good ole fashioned Donor Kebab...Waited 15 minutes at the counter for my food and the place was near empty! Unfriendly female server, the guy at the back doing orders looked like he couldn't be bothered! Nothing German about this place either! They don't lamb kebabs either which is what I wanted. Reluctantly settled for a chicken Kebab which was tiny hard dry bits of chicken, hardly any salad, and not even served in a pitta bread! Thanks but no thanks! This place is a complete joke! Avoid at all costs!

The first time I ordered from here food was lovely fries very small portion and hardly any kebab meat. Salad was fresh and the sauce was very nice and the Waffle was nice too. Just ordered from here 2nd time I ordered large fries nice amount and crispy. I ordered extra kebab meat with pitta. The pitta bread was horrible soggy. And there definitely was not extra meat. Very disappointed as I paid extra. Definitely was not worth £25 that I paid. There are plenty other kebab places that give you lots of meat and salad for half that price. Will be going to them in future.

I just received an order, and it's worst than dog food. I will be reporting them food standard agency, this business should not be serving food.

Absolute Legend Nitu. Swift, prompt service. I went in there just to checkout but boy what sales skills does she have. She convinced me to buy their chicken kebab and boy it was delicious. Thanks a lot Nitu for such a lovely hospitality. Kind and humble personality. She is an asset and deserves some genuine appreciation from the employer. Definitely will recommend my mates.

I was ravishing in the late hours of Friday, it was the only halal place open in our area. Fortunately Neetu and virendar were there to take my order and made my food in a matter of minutes. Taste and service was great at this late time of the day. Keep it up peeps!

Absolutely stinking place, was violently ill with food poisoning as soon as I ate here. I should have known by going in the place, dirty tables, staff who don't give a monkeys, a tiny portion for the price. if I could sue them for making me sick i would. Don't not go to this place avoid at all costs

Food did not arrive. App said delivered at 20:00 hours when it was 19:15 hours. Been waiting 2 hours. Been to restaurant and deliver driver had not shown up. I want refund back to my bank

Food is ok. Overpriced massively. Go to a local kebab place pleaee! Toilet filthy piss everywhere, sanitary towels on the side next to the bin. Organise table service and then they refused to bring it to the table. Just not a great experience. Will leave you wishing you went somewhere else

Staying in Basingstoke for a week I decided to tried some food last night for first time it was very good sitting in the restaurant trying to eat there was a group off people next to us they was so loud and shouting as they was talking which my friend I had with me have been suffering from a stroke and the noise was unbelievable one off the staff had a word with them but they still carried on i also spoke to staff aswell and explained my situation was not happy at all off there behaviour towards when people are eating I had to leave half off our meal which i paid quite abit money for hope this don’t happen again

We went there on saturday at 10pm i got told Not to sit on the table i wanted and to move to the other side. When getting the food to our table we was told we are not to sit in the restaurant because they are closing soon when it said they closing at 11. when eating our food in the car both wraps that we ordered were incorrect. one of them had the spicy sauce and Onion and i’m severely allergic to it. And the other one had red cabbage when we asked to remove them of the wrap. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Cold food, not delivered in boxes as advertised. In the past when delivered in boxes it seems to keep it warm

The till lady closed the toilet all the days. I came multiple times but no access is given. We just want to wash hands but no way. Bad service.

On arriving at the restaurant the door was broken and the toilets out of order. Unfortunately my experience continued in this fashion. The self service machine didn't work. The cashier seemed surprised with card payment. The food was bland and tasteless although the fries were decent. I haven't been to a restaurant this bad for a long time.
