I wish I knew this place before. It's one of the best food I tried. The spicy kebab is absolutely delicious. Best out of all Basingstoke kebabs. Because the kebab is not dry meat and it is moist with flavourings. Definitely, would recommend this to anyone. Will be coming back again. The burgers/wraps are really delicious and to have a takeaway it's nice that the food is warm instead of cold. It's also Halal. Wish I knew this sooner. Would have ordered way before. The area of the restaurant is really clean and love the decor.

Got my first burger via deliveroo and it was delicious, I got the ultimate beast burger, it was full of flavour, with a good mix of sauces and chips were nice and crunchy. Amazing value for money and would recommend 👌🏼

Nice restaurant setting that is unfortunately above the quality of the food. Was baltic cold in there (waiter was wearing his parker winter coat), music had bad language (doesn't bother me but it's a family establishment) and the burgers were well presented and made up but the patties were cheap frozen.

I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty and delicious the food was.. I had the smash burger and tenders and I would have ordered more if I didn't get so full. The mojitos was a great addition

I ordered a double ceeseburger and when I went to eat it at my hotel it was just a Mc Donalds burger from nextdoor. You should be ashamed

I have no idea about this place fancied a really good burger. 1st time ordering and it's it was the best burger I have ever had. Presentation, way it was packed and the flavour was incredible. Really like the hint of coriander in my burger. Will absolutely be ordering again from here.

When I say this is the best thing I have ever ate, I truly mean that. Let's start with both burgers we had, the proper burger and the ultimate burger, You can taste the individual ingredients and they were all so unique and just perfect such a great balance of everything, the patty TASTES unique not just like beef it is amazing so so very good the textures of everything is amazing I cannot believe what I just ate. Remarkable to say the least, out of all burgers I have had this is by far the most structurally sound burger/burgers ever. DELICIOUS 5/5 DEFINITELY ORDERING AGAIN

Is the worst service from your location? I waited 10 minutes. Nobody came to me. I ended up leaving. I’ve had your food before. It’s really good. The service that I had today for somebody who is coming to place the order to take to go. Was horrible

Ordered delivery from here and the burgers were terrible. Tasted like nothing, abysmal quality meat. I had a double cheese with bacon and all the usual toppings and could really only taste the sauce. They’ve just branded the buns to make the burgers look premium, but there’s nothing premium about them. I’d rather spend a bit more on Five Guys. Chicken strips were actually pretty good, though, and the chips were above average. Can’t give a burger joint more stars, though, when your burger sucks so badly.

This shop is completely useless these guys can’t deliver what customer is expecting. I was expecting cheesy sauce chips but they delivered cheesy chips instead I wanted them to hold the order until I speak with Deliveroo but they prepared the order and convincing people. Buger king modifies as per customer expectations you guys need to learn from them. I am not going to buy anything from this restaurant I don’t recommend anyone for friendly dine or take away from here.

Ali was serving on X-Mas day. Very professional and polite with his service. Asked how was the food and also got me extra sauce which I requested. Food was amazing. Ordered Combo Smash . The burgers are firm and don’t fall apart, the chicken is perfectly uniform in shape and size, the brioche bun falls apart like a delicate cloud. If mass produced frozen food passed off for quality food , is right up your street, then you’ll be really happy!

I've ordered many times before but tonight they forgot the chips that come as a standard with the burgers. Then took over 30 mins to redeliver which ment we ate cold food. Also the spices were different on the zinger and much hotter than usual with a wierd taste. I won't be ordering again! I'll stick to Bartletts and for kebabs other places that actually take the time to present their food and give reasonable amount of salad not a tiny portion and just sit it on uncut and over cooked pittas!

Place looks really nice and inviting. Service was good. Food was presented really well, unfortunately, it wasn't great. It felt a bit cold and undercooked to what we are used to. Neither of us enjoyed it. Staff was attentive and I'm sure they would have sorted it out if we were to say anything.

Nice place with friendly staff and good milkshakes. But, as a restaurant that sells only burgers, I would expect fresh burgers and not frozen. The burger was clearly out of a bulk bought box from Bookers or the like, which was a shame considering their website states "Each dish is cooked from fresh ingredients by highly trained chefs" and "We like to source all of our produce locally". I didn't realise sourcing locally just meant the local cash and carry.

Nice chicken and decent burgers. Chips aren't great though a little bit soggy. But it's not a major issue. I have ordered for here before and will again. Also, the jalapeño poppers are recommended.

We popped in on a Saturday night to dine in and so glad we did. The restaurant was clean and very comfortable. Very good service, friendly staff and our food came out quickly. Our burgers were cooked well and really tasty, I had the single, husband had the triple. We will definitely recommend you try it and we will return 😃

It's rare I'll call up a takeaway to tell them how good their food is. These guys got a call. Great chicken wings, even better burger, the Sprite was.. the same as every other Sprite I've had. Prices very reasonable, portion sizes ample.

Used Burgers and Co many times but this evening is the last. Put order through asking for cheese on only one of the burgers as I've done many times before as friend has allergy so can't eat cheese. Burgers arrived both with cheese and one without any salad, just cheese! Called and got a rude and abusive person telling me its my fault for requesting cheese only on one burger. He refused any customer service and verbally abused me before putting down the phone on me after telling me that my friend can just eat the cheese. Sadly they clearly don't take allergies seriously and gave complete disregard for customers health and safety which is completely unacceptable. The chips were barely warm and the onion rungs were soggy. Quality has seriously deteriorated.

We have been getting deliveries from burgers & co Basingstoke for a few years and I must say it is the most consistent delivery restaurant, it’s excellent value for money, the skin on chips are really delicious, kebab good portion size and I’m not sure what’s in the green sauce that’s comes with it but it is really tasty and lifts the kebab to a new flavour level. I have made a few special requests which they have granted and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Order from their website as cheaper than apps and you get a 10% discount. Keep up the good work!

Good first experience, great smash burger, normal chips very nice and crispy, masala chips were good flavour but soggy which was a bit of a disappointment. Friendly service and very competitive pricing compared to the alternatives in Basingstoke.

Best kebabs ever. Always disappointed with a Donner kebab anywhere else but from here the otterman zing is so moist and flavourful, the seasoning they add is out of this world, perfect balance between flavour and spice and everything is always fresh.

Food took nearly 2 hours to turn up and when spoken to manager on the phone was really rude and hung the phone up on me. Been using these guys for a very long time this is my first bad experience with them must be under new management I think the manager needs to go back as a chef as clearly can’t handle the pressure

First time customers. We very much enjoyed the service we received. The food was great and great value for money. The venom wings were absolute killer! Highly recommend you order these when you go! Wow! Just enjoyed the most immense burger in their new restaurant - the best I’ve had in a long time! Looked and tasted delicious, the chips were crispy and bang on! Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient - we will be back!

The food itself is absolutely fantastic and really delicious, I ordered with deliveroo so I can't comment on the atmosphere or service at the restaurant itself, but the burger and the chips were incredible. My only complaint would be the portion size was too small, both the burger and the chips.

All good reviews are FAKE! Food was awful! Never been so disappointed ! customer service terrible. Food quality disgusting! Soggy bun wrong ingredients. Tiny chicken nuggets not even bitesize. Very rude staff! The order came missing the portion of chips this ruined my whole meal as I called the restaurant for them to argue with me and tell me that I'm wrong and he packet the bag so the chips must still be in drivers car very unprofessional I don't believe the driver stole the chips the bag was tied and untampred with he hung the phone up twice while I was talking then sent me to answerphone after I asked to speak to the manager, also u don't have to choice to change ingredients so I specially choose a burger with all ingredients i like because I'm fussy about sauces and tomato but itstill came with extra surprises under my soggy bun will never be going back here what a shame as they have good chips and if they had solves the problem sent out the portion of missing chips I said I would appreciate it and was going to offer to buy 2cans of rio on top but didn't get the chance before he rudely cut me off the phone again.

Have eaten from burger co basingstoke so many times and haven't had a bad experience. The drivers are friendly and helpful and the food is great. Order from the actually website as there are discounts and more food options. My friends and family have started getting their food from them too. Not badly priced either and very tasty.

Horrendous, another burger joint with appalling quality meat and sauces. Cheap ketchup and mayo served with the worst quality burger patty available, this meat has no place in a high end burger restaurant. No layers of flavour and stale brioche bun whose base just fell apart as it couldn’t handle the weight of the burger.

Just moved to Basingstoke and picked these up on the way home from work. Phenomenal burger and great portion size. Great quality and will be coming back again. Again great quality for the price.

Amazing burgers, loaded with meat and decent amount of vegetables as well. Fries easily one of the best, if not the best I have ever eaten - warm, crispy and not at all greasy which is most common in many other places. Definitely will order again as food was really good and portions quite nice as well. Branding on burger bun added nice little touch.

I had food delivered a few times, always been very quick and hot. Food itself is great, and the delivery driver has always been super friendly. Cant fault them.

Chips and onion rings were great, burger was OK. Ordered via deliveroo and phoned up to ask for ketchup and mayo with the order as got it at work and no where on deliveroo to select it.. They were reluctant and told me to order via their website in future but they'd put 1 pot of ketchup in this time... when spending over £16 would have thought this wouldn't have been an issue.

Simply the best Kebab I have ever had. Wow the Ottoman Zing Kebab is soo tasty loads of flavours garnished with freshly chopped spring onion chilli and onion. I'm not keen on spicy hot foods You do get a kick a young warmer if you have sensitive taste buds. Not overwhelming tho. Green sauce is very smooth & minty I believe but it compliments the kebab meet soo well. The salad is fresh and crisp with slice of lemon 4* We have ordered a few meals from here One of which was a burger. I found it very dry on this occasion. Almost like a cheap meat compared to previous similar orders not sure if it was stock shortage and they changed them? Generally 9/10

Food was a bit to greasy. I had chicken wings and cheesy chips but it just did not taste right. I had 2 wings and a few chips and then I had to stop. My partner had Burger. He enjoyed it. I will not order again.

This place USED to produce banging food that was amazing, however, I'm not sure whats happened but over the past month it's gone down hill and so we no longer order food from here anymore! ... its a shame as like I said, the food was great and the price was too! Therefore 5 ratings now down to 2 ratings, maybe I'll try again at some point in the future.

I don't know what kind of Wizardry is going on a Burger and Co but the chips are literally the best things I have ever eaten and SOMEHOW they always arrive via deliveroo gorgeously hot and crispy. Bon!

First time ordering tonight, food was delivered nice and hot, plenty of it, the burger was really tasty and stacked up with fillings, took a while to come tonight but its Christmas but they kept us updated

We started ordering from these guys during lockdown, we loved the food and the service, recommended them to friends and family. HOWEVER.. since then things seem to have gone down hill. We originally ordered through just eat but got told that if we ordered direct and collected we would get a 10% Discount. We then ordered direct and collected but no discount was applied. When we raised it with them they just said the website wasn't working properly looked at us blankly and still didn't honour the discount. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered direct for delivery. we ordered at around 6.30 with an estimated delivery of 7.30 which is understandable on a Friday night however what's disappointing is that the food didn't arrive until 8.30, the boxes were crushed and the food was cold. Overall the food always tastes nice but the last 2 experiences have put us off and it's unlikely we will use them again.

Absolutely the best burger in Basingstoke. Delivered in 30 mins, still hot, delicious crispy chips, beautiful burger and chicken strips that are so far above KFC that it makes you question their existence. Add in the really generous portions and this is an absolute winner. Cannot recommend more.

I'm afraid, I'm very dissatisfied, disappointed and distracted by the lack of quality in the burger meat. The cheap patty did not represent their website image. Tasted more like a kebab, when I was expecting a high quality burger as pictured on the website. Chips were nice and the portion was a good size...should be called Chips & Co

First time trying this last night, easy to order online, the pictures looked amazing but couldn’t pay online as expected so had to pay in cash. Good size portion, big burger with a fair amount of yummy chips on the side! The burger meat was ok, not the best tasting but what do you expect for the money? I enjoyed it all as one burger with the lettuce onion tomatoes etc, i would say the meat needs improving. My partner was not impressed but he likes good quality meat! So for me not too bad!
