Paid £5 for cheesey chips twice now. Both times chips were horrible, some green in colour horrible mushy/soggy texture, cheap nasty frozen chips left defrosted in a bag for god knows how long. Taste like cardboard, texture like thick porridge. I thought I'd give them benefit of the doubt after the first time I experienced this but its the same again. 🤢🤮

Mixed review for me , curry sauce was very tasty and good consistency, chips were great , special fried rice was bland and tasteless and the ribs were just ok

Disgusting Takeaway I am convinced, they had scraped together left overs, had used them previously no problem. When I reported this to the manager he was rude, and offered no assistance, they were given a chance to deal with it. Do not use them, it was beyond disgusting.

Please be careful this place doesn't even deserve one star. I called in because my delivery was late 20 min and they don't pick up the call finally someone picked up the called and said will be there in 15 minute I waited and 30 min and call the store 16 times only then they answered when I asked where is my delivery he said in 3 hours and there was other people laughing behind. This is so unacceptable. Please be aware and avoid this place.

Ignore all these sub standard reviews. I’m a 52 year old lover of Chinese food, and this place beats most in Basingstoke!!! Highly recommend.

Great service, served quickly. Our coffees and food were served with a smile as always. Table clean, enough tables were available inside and outside. Food was hot and cakes were lush! Toilets were always clean. Not sure if manager has changed, it seems many friendly members of staff have left very recently. It is a shame….

Lovely food but poor delivery. Ordered for 7.30pm but didn’t even register it was preparing until 7.50pm. This then kept delaying and delivery didn’t happen until 8.20pm.

Went to costa drive thru, service was fast than other many stores, team was very polite and friendly, Asian man was very friendly not sure if he is the manager loved it.

Messages about safe spaces repeatedly over the tannoy. Given recent headlines about discrimination and prejudice against transexuals this sort of message now sounds anti-inclusive. I am also now concerned about what must clearly be a regularly unsafe space to warrant these intrusive messages. Great food, of course.

Paid £10 and waited over half an hour for pie terrible.
