Paid £5 for cheesey chips twice now. Both times chips were horrible, some green in colour horrible mushy/soggy texture, cheap nasty frozen chips left defrosted in a bag for god knows how long. Taste like cardboard, texture like thick porridge. I thought I'd give them benefit of the doubt after the first time I experienced this but its the same again. 🤢🤮

Mixed review for me , curry sauce was very tasty and good consistency, chips were great , special fried rice was bland and tasteless and the ribs were just ok

So ordered for delivery this evening and was quoted 45mins to 1 hour, at 6:40pm which was early enough to avoid the rush that usually happens most weekends, while I’ve used this place multiple times over the years and delivery has always been hit and miss today takes the title as worst experience, not only am I spending a lot of money on food for delivery as a weekend treat for the family I then try to contact the company and am met with engaged response on phone, when I finally get through the gentleman on the other end of the phone informs me that it should be on the way in next 10-15 minutes (that was at 20:10) and guess what ….. yep that’s right I’m still waiting, anyways back to the chap on the phone, apart from the snigger in his voice when I explained that this was not good enough I was offered no apologies and no offer of any compensation….. not that I want hand outs but at least an apology rather then laughter and sniggering down the phone, absolutely will never be returning to here for an order, utterly disgusting customer service FYI 20:30 no delivery still!

Ignore all these sub standard reviews. I’m a 52 year old lover of Chinese food, and this place beats most in Basingstoke!!! Highly recommend.

Great service, served quickly. Our coffees and food were served with a smile as always. Table clean, enough tables were available inside and outside. Food was hot and cakes were lush! Toilets were always clean. Not sure if manager has changed, it seems many friendly members of staff have left very recently. It is a shame….

Fanta orange was completely spilt over both McFlurrys, and were ruined, inedible. Bag leaked from spillage all over kitchen. Rest of meal was not affected.

Dined here this afternoon with my girlfriend. She had Sunday roast, I had fish and chips. Both of us were left disappointed. The batter on my fish and chips wasnt crispy, it was soft and mushy, chips were cold. Front of house were great, very efficient and friendly and they get the 3 stars. (not just because they knocked off 25% from the bill as the food wasnt good)

Popped in for some starters and a drink after an activity nearby. Friendly staff. You can watch and hear the chefs making the meals. Nice place. Would visit again for a proper meal for sure.

What an amazing place to eat in Basingstoke at a reasonable price I've had dinner and I've had breakfast here Lee the manager is so accommodating and has excellent customer service and for breakfast there have a gentleman called Paul and a lovely lady called Annie that are so amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Would 💯 recommend. Great food great price and amazing customer service
