Paid £5 for cheesey chips twice now. Both times chips were horrible, some green in colour horrible mushy/soggy texture, cheap nasty frozen chips left defrosted in a bag for god knows how long. Taste like cardboard, texture like thick porridge. I thought I'd give them benefit of the doubt after the first time I experienced this but its the same again. 🤢🤮

local to my home, easy walk, friendly staff, quite busy between 5 and 7pm only downside this is a cash only establishment

Ignore all these sub standard reviews. I’m a 52 year old lover of Chinese food, and this place beats most in Basingstoke!!! Highly recommend.

Great service, served quickly. Our coffees and food were served with a smile as always. Table clean, enough tables were available inside and outside. Food was hot and cakes were lush! Toilets were always clean. Not sure if manager has changed, it seems many friendly members of staff have left very recently. It is a shame….

by far the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever eaten in my life, chips are awful they don’t even taste like mcdonald’s chips , never again

Food was good for the type of food it was. Staying in the premier inn travelling with my son. Adam the server was amazing, he spotted my son’s sunflower lanyard for hidden disabilities and made an extra special effort with him! Cannot fault this lovely man’s service at all he was fantastic from start to finish and is a great asset to your restaurant! Thank you so much 😊

The delivery time kept changing and the food was stone cold when it was delivered. Tried to contact, but had no reply as yet.

We stayed at the premiere inn next door for a few days over Xmas period. The staff were lovely , very friendly . Over the period we dined at the restaurant a few times and we can’t fault the place. Well priced and food was as expected. The curry ( for a steak house) was my favorite. Would recommend both hotel and the restaurant.

Very pleasant Costa, a nice refuel before heading home, watch the large coffee, always forget how ginormous it is.

came into papa johns today to grab a pizza and this kind girl names keira helped me and made sure i got my pizza as fast as possible and it was amazing!!

Employ someone at the speaker who can understand English and take food orders correctly
