Costa Drive Thru in Basingstoke and Deane

Great service, served quickly. Our coffees and food were served with a smile as always. Table clean, enough tables were available inside and outside. Food was hot and cakes were lush! Toilets were always clean. Not sure if manager has changed, it seems many friendly members of staff have left very recently. It is a shame….

I go to costa alot but be careful on drive through check your order first before driving away as I ahve now had a couple of times where driven off and got wrong order

Drive through was quick and easy, member staff was very friendly, would highly recommend if you need to stop for a quick drink and snack

Went through the drive thru this morning and had my order taken by a young lady called Lucie my drink was given to me by another young lady Im sure was called Shannon both of these 2 really made me welcome with a smile and really happy experience. Many thanks to the pair of them really made my morning.

Wow what a difference, visited Drive Thru this morning with my partner, the staff were extremely polite and full of life. The place was packed, and a huge queue but no one seemed to mind as it there was a real buzz of happy customers enjoying there morning coffee . The shelves were fully stocked and our order came quickly and most importantly with a smile and a warm welcome. Not sure what has changed apart from everything, especially when you compared it to a few months ago.

I have been a frequent visitor to this store over the last year and can say that in the last few months it has gone downhill rapidly. Generally the cafe is quite dirty and the last time we visited we counted 13 empty tables waiting to be cleared. After 30 minutes some still hadn’t been seen to. Whilst the staff are friendly and polite and they did explain that they were short staffed, but I have to say that it seems to be the norm for this branch 😩. There is also usually a very long wait for the coffee inside (rather than the Drive Thru). The whole place feels very unloved
