Missing item on online order again and again

When I went to try change my little boys nappy a worker had been in the disabled/baby changing toilet and rolled a joint which stunk out the toilets, spoke to the manager and it was just pointless so will be taking it further!!

It's a McDonald's. You don't don't go for the atmosphere and you don't go for great food, but this is the best a McDonald's can be. The staff are amazing, the food is always accurate and we'll put together. The best McDonald's I've ever been to.

Ordered 2 Big Tasties, 2 fries & 6 chicken nuggets, received 1 Big Tastey, 2 fries, 6 chicken nuggets & 13 sweet n sour dips!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED & what a waist of money on dips!!!! Inconvenient to go back for refund.

The food was freezing cold. The bags had been opened and the driver couldn’t speak a word of English!! Won’t be using just eat anymore. Offering £3 credit for cold big tasty meal hamburger happy meal and a large fries. This appears to be a regular occurrence

I ordered a happy meal and a few other things and the whole order is wrong

Restaurant can’t seem to cope initial order was before 5 and didn’t arrive until nearly 6. When it did all the drinks had loss all their fizz and had distroyed the bag they were in. All the food was cold.

the driver had gotten to our house and then realised he hadn't actually collected the food and then had to go back resulting in a delay and cold food.

I ordered at 17.55 and the delivery time kept changing. Latest delivery was 20.35 so I had to drive to the restaurant & pick up the order myself. My children were absolutely starving. I would like a full refund for this, please
