by far the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever eaten in my life, chips are awful they don’t even taste like mcdonald’s chips , never again

It's a McDonald's. You don't don't go for the atmosphere and you don't go for great food, but this is the best a McDonald's can be. The staff are amazing, the food is always accurate and well put together. The best McDonald's I've ever been to.

Good for quick bite and coffee when travelling

Since the refit the speed of the service here has been appalling. Very slow (nearly 20min from ordering on weekends) and twice out of four times something has been forgotten. I thought at first it was settling in but several months on it is just as bad. I suggest go to Winchester road one instead of you can. Update - still very slow and they move it ready to collect 5-10 minutes before it is ready in the system to cheat the computer system

Ordered at 5:49pm and didn’t arrive until 6:45pm.

Went in for a coffee and wrap for lunch. Sat outside as it was full inside. It was pleasant to sit in the sun and watch the traffic go by

Am sorry to say once it was a treat to get macdonals , but have noticed macdonals is no longer a treat . I was very disappointed with the quality and no longer will be ordering any thing from macdonals.

I ordered my food at 6.05pm and it was delivered at 19.50 and the food was cold my 2 year old had to go to bed with no dinner

4 nuggets short out of 20 and burgers had no cheese or pickle and no extra sauce and no dips as ordered with the 20 nuggets

Cold fries. Was asked to wait, and fresh fries would be brought to me ...by the time they figured out where I was parked (in the space they instructed me to wait) the replacement meal was cold too 🙄

Two drinks lids fell off and soaked food drinks only half full. 2 x wraps missing and smokehouse burger missing no dips either. Tried phoning twice and gotno answer

Mcd was one of the best restaurants of our childhood… what happened? Is all for money? No joy, no good product?! How can you let your employees serve us this ! Why !?

Took an hour to deliver freezing cold food and my wrap was stored upside down so had completely fallen out wouldn’t even give one star.

When I went to try change my little boys nappy a worker had been in the disabled/baby changing toilet and rolled a joint which stunk out the toilets, spoke to the manager and it was just pointless so will be taking it further!!

The coke wasn’t delivered properly and spilled all over the carpet. McDonalds, please use proper packaging to deliver liquids.

The food was a few minutes late but this wasn’t the drivers fault he got pulled over by the police because he was accused of not having any insurance (he showed us and he did) the driver was very apologetic & really lovely!! Thank you so much for delivering my food!!

Horrendous experience - will never use again - the delivery was 3 hours late where the driver buzzed on the telecom saying that needed a pin to cancel the order - in reality it meant that the driver said it was delivered - never got my food or a refund

Delivery time is currently 25-40 minutes, which should be changed because it’s at least that time before a driver bothers to pick it up! The food arrived practically cold, only good thing was the drinks were nice and cold, as well as not split. I felt bad for wanting to moan as the driver was so lovely. Not sure if justeat/drivers are at fault or the restaurant. I ordered at 5pm and food arrived just after 6. A driver didn’t take up the job until 5:40.

breakfast was actually hot for the very 1st time ever, but drink was barely hot.

Food was lukewarm. Delivery time kept changing, possibly due to shortage of couriers. However delivery driver was polite and friendly.

Food arrived cold. Took 2 hours to arrive. Was stuck on "preparing your order" for over an hour and a half. Had this driver before and he was also a few hours late.

Ordered at 17:20, food arrived at 18:40, food was cold. Delivery driver also didn’t update order to say on its way until she was outside to make it look like a quick delivery.

Over an hour late. Food was cold and not fresh. Deliver driver stood outside talking on his phone for multiple minutes before delivering, despite my order being late.

The delivery guy was very friendly and apologetic for the order being delayed. Super nice delivery guy! Unfortunately the person that dealt with my order - Megan at the McDonald’s in Leisure park, has given me Diet Coke, when I paid for normal. Also ordered 2 sweet and sour sauce with one garlic mayo and paid for an extra garlic mayo. They were nowhere to be seen! The burgers were extremely burnt!!!

Flilet of fish over cooked, looks like it was reheated and chips cold. Double quarter pounder and chilps all disgustingly cold, all of this was large. The food was here very quickly. This whole process of this takeaway discusting. I stayed fresh and hot instead I got cold hot and over done fish which looked like it was put back in the fryer and over heated. I’m a regular customer, but tonight I’m extremely unhappy!!! All our food was freezing cold!!!! The fries were supposed to be large, but were Small!!!!! And the drinks bag split as passed to my daughter and spilled all over my floor, we have pictures. The delivery guy was very apologetic, but it’s not good enough, when pay that much for our food and it be cold and to have no drinks, due to spillage.

Took far too long from order to delivery. Driver couldn’t be bothered to walk through the security door on the block but waited outside. Refused due to being cold.
