My food finally turned up and my drink had split in her bag so my whole meal is ruined

Good delivery sent the works even said no egg still nicE!

arrives late and stone cold coffee food etc total waste of time and money

Items missing yet again , won’t bother anymore

The driver was very polite and friendly

Delivery time said 20 minutes and didn't get food for over an hour from ordering. Drink had tipped over in bag and mcflurry had melted alot.

as usual, there were no sauces delivered. How difficult is it ?!?!

The delivery guy was very pleasant and delivered with care. The food is another sotry it was cold and barely edible.

I could not use the touch order screen. 6 times I touched my request and none of those touches selected it and nobody at the cash tills. I ended up going across the way to KFC where there was no problem. 2nd visit (yes, stupid I know but it was 6am) supposed to be 24 hours but it was closed. Only drive through open.

Shocking staff, couldn't get a plain triple right, girl behind the counter (eventually) was so rude when I asked for it to be plain! I won't be back

Courier arrived at restaurant and was there for 30 minutes, when driver arrived he sorted through multiple orders to deliver mine. Food was cold and soggy and items were missing from my order

The burger was only luke warm as were the chips. There was no straw with the drink. I did not enjoy the meal and will not order again.

Mc Donald’s were completely useless with the help I needed but the driver was amazing and understood

Very loud. Cheap and easy food. Long queues and bad parking so had to park up the top which wasn't great for joint pain

Awkward visit with grandchildren, teenagers throwing chips at each other across the restaurant, running around. Not an ideal environment for little ones

Fast, fresh and hot food service. Many other franchises could and should learn a lot from your location.

Fanta orange was completely spilt over both McFlurrys, and were ruined, inedible. Bag leaked from spillage all over kitchen. Rest of meal was not affected.

It’s rather a shame about the amount of bird muck on the tables and benches outside. I’m sure the staff do their best by cleaning up regularly. Can the large overhanging trees be removed and replaced with saplings. This would solve the problem.

Every time I order I get no sauces or straw. It’s pretty embarrassing. I was meant to have 6 sauces with the order and I never get any.

Often clogged toilet.... In March either the order was not complete or/and something was missing from the order.... What is going on there? Is it a weaker employee from a worse restaurant? P.S. I am not very interested in constant so-called mechanical "apologies"

driver went to another address first because he's location showed where he was when he turned it on and it wasn't at McDonald's I even took a screenshot to prove it

delivery driver gave wrong order. got main meals. didn't get drinks. he gave me someone else's order and not my order of my drinks of strawberry milkshake diet lemonade and full fat Coca-Cola. feel there was allegiance involved as well as delivery driver went to the wrong address beforehand.

Originally when ordered the time said 20:25 and 20:45 but after a few minutes it said we would get out food at 20:28 then it kept getting pushed back a couple minutes and was very annoying

The oasis tasted like metal and there was no extra egg. And we was missing 2 hash browns

The staff at this restaurant can never get anything right. Something is always incorrect. Also, I ordered with Uber and the cheeseburger was missing. Ordering with delivery, the foods cost more. I contacted Uber support, and I was only £1.38 returned. This is 30% less than the normal price. Disgusting. Train your staff.

Service was a bit slow but food is what you would expect for Fast ‘ish’ food.

Two visits in a row my drive through orders have been incomplete - First time there was a receipt in the bag so it could be sorted, however this time no receipt was provided so no way of quickly proving the order was incomplete or connecting with customer services.

The people who served us were friendly but service was slow. To top it off, I got home and food was missing for my son. The food we did get was nice though. I didn't go back as it was too much hassle

The coffee had spilt in the delivery bag the food was very cold and it took an hour from order to delivery. Very poor service all round.
