Costa Coffee in Basingstoke and Deane

Didn’t open till 10am - then 5 staff took forever to make 2 drinks - also had a toastie but only one side was toasted ! My wife had a bacon bap with brown sauce , but given no sauce - had to go back, then found given no napkins! Had to go back again! Didn’t get a sorry or anything - then went to use toilet and it was filthy with tissues all over the floor- given they had just opened that is unforgivable- very poor - should’ve gone to Starbucks

There were 5 of us meeting up for coffee, table was cleaned down after people left it was busy and we had to wait a little while for stable and then gradually added enough chairs for us all. The stop was well organised and the staff were all following the rules. Happy to return

Slow service. Disorganised staff. No concept of putting customers first. Something is wrong here, probably the manager is no up to the job. Awful.

This coffee shop is always busy but the somehow they still manage to keep pace with serving customers so never to long queue. This was our second visit we came in last week after our gum workout and then again this week. Both times the staff were friendly and the service was very good. Coffee tasted great and the second time we went in I had a hot chocolate by friend had soya milk coffees both times as she has allergies. The staff ensured that there was no risk of contamination using clean equipment to make her special coffee. Would we go again, yes it is close to the gym and the staff were so nice.

Well located coffee shop , you can enjoy great coffee and snacks whilst watching the world go buy. If you want to shop , this location is right in the heart of the shopping center, so no problems. Its also close to the bus station for . local and national services. Should you need a comfort break Costa has one or there is a larger toilet close by this shop.

I go to Costa a lot but especially this one. The regular staff know my order off by heart and are always smiling and friendly. This makes a difference when you might be having a long day.

Often busy, always cosy. Lovely food and good service each time i go there :) My usual stop off during a shopping trip.

Flat white was good - I asked for it to be strong. Panini with brie, bacon and cranberry was also good.
