1 star is way too much. I ordered a large pizza on the app and a small pizza turned up. When I called I was told it was my mistake and therefore tough luck. So I went in to the app again and created a new order. You add a large pizza to your basket and then when you add the “Any Large Pizza £9.99” coupon, it changes your order to a small pizza. You’re never going to notice that. Total robbery. Terrible service. Do not use.

Ordered over 2 hours ago still hasn’t shown up even though it says delivered on the app, called the place twice now and at first they said that they think it’s still out for delivery now they’re saying it’s still out for delivery but the car broke down so they’re having to send another car to pick it up. I asked for the driver to call me so maybe I could drive to them to make life easier but instead I was ignored while he answered another call and still haven’t received a call from the driver.

Delivery was a bit stressful, but we enjoyed the food.

Better than the well known chains and cheaper too!

Don't know if the early delivery (set a delivery time that was seemingly ignored) was a Herbie's mistake or a Just Eat mistake. Fortunately, early delivery wasn't much of a bother this time anyway - better than half an hour late, that's for sure.

Used Just Eat and tried Herbie, food was hot and tasty. Pizza was delicious. Delivery was early too. 10/10

it's average kebab shop pizza. very light on the toppings. but perhaps they go light on toppings if you go for one of the meal deals. anyways, for those saying its better than dominoes, that simply isn't true.

Bad quality meat in the burger and chicken

Normally I come here to complain, moan & winge. However this place passed even my fussy standards. The only problem was I didn't order more. I was parked up in my lorry, couldn't be bothered cooking after a 15h day phoned these guys & in less than 30 mins I had piping hot tasty food. I have saved this parking spot & their number for next time I'm in the area.

Its very nice food and very fast service ,whenever I will order food from herbies pizza Basingstoke I will get my food less than the time and the staff member and driver is very eco friendly with us . I really love this food and very osm nature of the staff members .

Really delicious hot and tasty. The calzone garlic and mozzarella bread was a game changer we will definitely order again. Best pizza we have had in a long time

Tired of dominoes and the hut and other contenders give these guys a try first rate service and pizza was piping hot garlic calzone with cheese is legendary

Absolutely terrible service. Waited over an hour. Called them and they told me they can't cancel the order. Not even a minute later they claim my order was delivered.

Cheap bland cheese crust pizza. Anemic undercooked chicken goujons. Do not expect the quality in the pictures. Very disappointed

This place is legit! Pizza from the huts, doms, and John's has become so, so bad. Herbies rights all the wrongs with delicious, fresh pizza. Cheese pull? Yes! Real cheese? Yes! Fresh rolled pizza base? Yes! Delicious, fresh sauce and toppings? Yes! Best pizza I've had in years, and right here in Basingstoke. Herbies restores my faith in good pizza!

Ordered a few times now and never been disappointed. Really good quality and much better then other pizza places - my go to place to order now for a pizza fix!

The greasiest pizza I've ever had in my entire life

Herbies have pizzas with all the toppings we like. Which is a good job as through Just Eat you cant make substitutions. You also dont have a choice of base. Very odd.

Best pizza in Basingstoke. If you want commercial pizza where the best quality is its advertising then go to Dom****s... If you want pizza that tastes like glory, where you dont need to order extra cheese because there is actually enough cheese on the pizza AND looks like a work of art in a box... Then go here. Herbies Pizza is legit.

Delivery was on time but pizza was cold like it was made many hours before the delivery. There was hardly any toppings on the pizza, it looked like cheese and tomato pizza with left over toppings sprinkled on it. Extremely disappointed with the pizza quality.

First time trying Herbies last night , 9/10, the only thing I was disappointed with was the extra topping of tomatoes I counted two teeny slivers of skin not even one whole slice ☹️ I would order again however won’t be ordering extra toppings again

Chose this as good reviews. Never again. Delivery time kept slipping, then stopped! Called them in Reading, told they were 'very busy'. Ok understand, but don't put estimated delivery time. They said they will send a drink as apologies. Know what I got? A CAN OF COKE!! I was laughing so hard!! I'll be contacting JEats. Dreadful. Given that food was fine, but ridiculously late.

Absolutely fantastic food, real attention to not just good flavours but also packing to make sure if arrives intact! Great menu choice too and friendly delivery person, shall be ordering again soon (also if you're debating getting the chocolate cake just get it - you won't be disappointed!)

Since Dominos at Basingstoke top of town has gone down hill been looking for alternatives. Loved the pizza, great amount of toppings, delicious starters also. Great place for dominos/pizza gogo style pizzas.

Overall very disappointed my order never even arrived even though it said it had been delivered, a complete and utter waste of my time and money, i will never ever order from here again.

Delivery took nearly 2 hours to arrive and when it did it was barely warm enough to eat. If it was hot it had potential to be nice.

Excellent that we now have a pizza place to deliver out here and an added extra that it’s Herbies as they’re our favourite. Food was great, delivery was a bit early even when we are hard to find 👍👍👍 thanks Herbies Great job 🤩🤩🤩

All extra toppings we ordered were not added to the pizza and the side dish was missing items. Overall we massivly overpaid for what ended up to be a plain pepperoni pizza and half a side dish, all of which were almost inedible and very greasy. Definitely the worst we have had yet.

I didn't like the pizza. Not tasty and really fatty. I didn't like the chicken either. The delivery driver called when he arrived and asked me to come outside and collect my food! He came to the house after I told him that I'm on crutches. This was the first time that I ordered from this place, and it'll be my last.

Quality pizza. The wings I had were drowned in a very grainy bbq sauce that gave me the impression they had been reheated.

First time ordering Herbies and was not disappointed. Will defo order again.

Great food , just worried about using just eat drivers as they can be pretty bad.
