Very Nice Food, Quantity wise as well. Ordered Beef Burger, Special Doner, Chicken Breast Wrap and Burger and Shish.

MOULD! The only positive was that the Order was correct. Sadly, Mouldy pitta was enough to put the whole family off their dinner. What a pitta, I mean Pity.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is what £9 worth of food looks like from them. Don’t waste your time and hard earned money! Go to Pizza World for your Kebab needs. Price is reasonable, food always taste fresh and great quantity.

Went with the Shish because Kings is closed on Tuesdays. Wont make that mistake again. The Shish seem to put your kebab through a blender before serving it. I'm not over-exaggerating, it's just all tiny bits of meat, as though they're serving you the leftover scraps. It's also very greasy, slightly burned and entirely bland. By far the worst kebab in Basingstoke. Avoid.

Great kebabs , however what makes them excellent is their Turkish bread instead of a pitta bread. Their chips surpass all fish and chip shops too....highly recommended.

I ordered peri peri chicken with sides it is of a Bad taste, undercooked, and no value for money. The rice portions were for a size of a kid or even less! Beware!

Nice place for kebab. If you are having a very late dinner it's always open until late.

Ordered via just eat but wow ive never seen my partner so sick. Ate is at 9pm 3am vomiting started. This went on till 2pm that day. Not sure if it was the sauce chicken or lamb that was off but he has bad gastroenteritis from this food. The cat wont even eat the leftovers. Avoid at all costs

Decent food, not bad, not extraordinary either. We got a burger and chicken grill wrap, asking with chicken wings. Chicken seemed a bit chunky, hard to describe, like it needed another 5 mins of cooking time. Beef burger was good, cooked well, and there was more than enough salad and stuff with a large beef burger patty. Service was ok, place order and then wait for it, they'll call out when it's ready.

Honestly, where to start, first the price, £15 plus £2.50 for a yoghurt garlic sauce. So I'm thinking it's either massive or very nice??? Well... the chicken shish was dry, hard and tasteless. The lamb doner what can be bad about it, its lamb so going to be tasty... Wrong! The most tasteless kebab ive ever eaten! The dryness of the chicken is eatable due to the sauce, but my god what a waste of overpriced tasteless food!!! This is based on my only time and last that I've ordered from here, No Thanks, there are plenty tastier kebab vans in basingstoke that I should have used rather than trying something different!!!

We ordered whole chickens and give the time he asked for and then when we brought the order home it wasn’t cooked properly and not even hot enough, called to complain he simply said he can’t do anything at all it was a waste of 100£. I would suggest simply don’t go even near that road where the shish is.

I cannot believe that any business could possibly give food like this!!! Absolutely bloody fantastic…… a chicken burger with basically a whole chicken in it was just incredible, a beef burger to rival all beef burgers, cheesy chips that were more cheesy than a dad at a party telling jokes! Value for money and food fit for a king….honestly this restaurant is just amazing and we will only ever consider this one place as our takeaway option from now on. Thank you to all at the Shish.

Just been on the phone to the doctors. Have gastritis from eating the chicken shish wrap. My partner also had a dodgy tummy from the lamb shish was also pink on the inside and not cooked properly. It was all fatty and he didnt enjoy it. Please be careful when ordering here as now suffering with hot and cold sweats. Will be reporting to hygiene reassessment to make sure the food is cooked properly.

No sauce or salad sent. Had to eat dry doner. Which restaurant doesn’t send complimentary sauce and salad.

Ordered shish house plate and collected on way home myself and the wife loved it the food was well cooked , the salad was fresh . only used once before and will definitely use again one of the best in our options

Actually the worst chicken or lamb kebab ever. Everything cold and chopped chicken you can’t tell if actually chicken meat or skin or something else. Asked for well done lamb kebab and it’s basically something pink I’ve never seen or tasted before. The phone number won’t connect so I paid £20 for chips !!!

So unhappy with the food we received this evening as we are a returning customer for over 3 years, Donnor meat was tiny cut off pieces that was clearly the end of the meat, we couldn’t eat it at all we scored it a 2 out of 10 Customer service was laughable as I was only offered to drive back from hatch Warren to get one free one, hold up I ordered three and does anyone really want to be called darling when clearly I just wanted good food after a stressful day and a sorry and to be told the truth Will not be going back again

HOWEVER I have to notice the customer service has took a huge DIVE. * telephone manner - SHOCKING! *constant price change- (even though I order pretty much the same thing everytime). *rudeness - lack of politeness when complaining.

Came across this small spot after a long trip from Lands End, there's a local mosque 5 minutes away, food here is 100% halal. I ordered the megastoke burger with chips chips it was an absolute delight, rate it 10/10 all meat was seasoned huge portion of food and felt completely filled to the brim in a good way, if ever you're passing by drop down here and they'll treat you amazingly. 😀

After waiting almost 2 hours for a kebab and some other bits finally arrived cover in fat and grease. Phoned to get a refund. Told they don't do refunds and have to wait 3 days for them to speak to someone who can.. rather rude and unhelpful on the phone. Clearly forgot our order in the 1st place then rushed it out in such a state. Wont be using them again. So much choice of food takeaways why settle for this rubbish. I understand kebab has some grease but this was next level bad..

Got food poisoning for the first time in my life. The whole family were throwing up from this disgusting place. Needs to be shut down.

Usually has good service but not today (02/10/20) delivery took nearly 2 hours instead of 55 minutes and part of the order was wrong (ordered kids chicken doner with chips but got chicken burger instead). Also food was lukewarm. Whilst waiting for the food tried to call the restaurant 7 times for the order status...no reply!

The quality of the food is the best around in town. However, their family sized meals are similar in quantity to single priced items! I ordered the £35 'Family Platter' which was no way near a family sized meal for that price! It is better value for your money to instead buy 2 portions of the 'Single Mixed Grill' costing £14.99 each & you would get double the quantity for £5 less. ** Management need to increase the quantity of the 'Family Platter' to reflect the £35 price tag **

Shame. My kebab was lovely, better than any others in the area. Sadly my wife had a chicken burger and this was all wrong - ordered with lettuce and mayo, didn’t select tomato or cheese but came with both. Then there was the lettuce - had been sat prepared for so long the lettuce had turned brown and made the whole bun soggy. Plus took over hour and a half to arrive!

I waited over a hour for a nice size meal but with mouldy old salad. The Lettece was brown & old, most prob riddled with Ecoli or Salmonella. How very disappointing!!

Always had a nice kebab from here and delivery is normally speedy. Their range of kebabs is just that little bit different from the usual fayre.

Order many times from Flaming Grill and food used to be great. Order whole chicken platter and it was pink inside (I should of not bothered going back to them at this point) and then today I order a kebab which was over priced and still forgot my chilli sauce even though I called them directly to double check I was getting sauce on my kebab

Best American Burgers in Basingstoke. Both Beef and Chicken burgers are the bomb. Their Turkish menu is super reasonable and the small restaurant has potential to put Gourmet Burger out of Business. Best of all their HALAL 100% Alhamdulilah.

just been there for the first time. NEVER AGAIN! wow it was probably the worst kebab I have ever eaten. I've eaten thousands! poor quality meat and over priced. tried to fob me off with old doner meat from a pot telling me it's the best in Basingstoke. I think not sir. you bring shame to the industry

a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. the food is cooked to a very good standard, large portions, sometimes more than I can handle on a plate. a very good amount of choices on the menu, best halal food around.

Few pals of mine have been rabbiting on about this place. So. Today I ordered an arizona burger and 5 wings. Wings were massive and the burger was quite big as well. All in all. This place is the bollox and I will be ordering from there again

If you want the best chicken/falafel wrap in Basingstoke, get yourself to Flaming Grill. Friendly staff, chatty and efficient, the place was clean and the food was spot on. No idea what the bad reviews are about, this is my third visit and the food and service has only got better! Cheers guys!
