Fabulous fresh food. Staff were attentive and helpful. Lovely local ales and spirits. Would absolutely recommend. Good value too!

Compré una bebida y bocadillos y me senté a esperar a que mi mamá me recogiera. Mi madre se metió en el aparcamiento para recogerme y me dijeron muy groseramente que me fuera. Tristemente será la última vez que visite. Y les diré a amigos y familiares que se mantengan alejados también.

Lovely fish and chips by the sea

Nice friendly pub where we had lunch, very reasonable price and tasty.The staff are very friendly and helpful and very dog friendly. They supplied water and treats for our dog and made a big fuss of him.

Roast dinner was unappealing, not hot and made up of frozen veg and processed meat. Very poor quality and a waste of money. The dining chairs were discoloured, well used and some were torn. It’s a shame as the staff were pleasant enough.

First time going for lunch. Just my friend and I. We ordered Prawn Avocado Rose Marie sauce sandwiches which were advertised as being accompanied with potato skins and salad. We were asked if we wanted white, brown or granary bread etc. £12.95. Sounded perfect. We waited 40 minutes (we were initially told there may be a bit of wait due to a large party at another table). We were served standard thin slices of bread (I expected lovely crust granary bread) no avocado in the sandwich and a few very small prawns (this could have been made in minutes) and was served with a salad and chips - not potato skins. It wasn’t the luxurious sandwich advertised from the menu. It was disappointing to say the least. No one came and asked if everything was ok whilst eating and the waitress had an attitude. We won’t be going back !!

Terrible pleace, the food is horrible, the service is poor. Avoid at all costs

On the back of your receipt, there’s a notice stating that if a hardy plant fails to establish within two years of purchase, it can be exchanged. I bought an Japanese acer in December 2023, and despite my efforts to keep it alive (using ericaceous soil, shielding from wind and direct sun, etc.), it sadly died a few months later. Following your advice, I returned to the shop. The customer service, Lorraine, was clearly not happy and passed me on to another staff member. Both made me feel uncomfortable during the whole process, with a noticeable attitude and face pulling throughout. After around 15 minutes, I eventually received a refund.I was disappointed by the experience - I was only following your own guidance regarding the exchange of non-established plants and didn’t expect to be met with such behavior. I would strongly encourage better staff training in handling these matters.

Visited Bognor Regis for visiting a business in the town we came across Howard's for coffee I tough the blend of coffee was excellent to my taste they served a good range of cakes and pastries and snacks. The toilet facilities were a good standard friendly service well worth a visit.

The worst pizza I’ve ever had - I literally could not eat it. The stuffed crust was absolutely awful. Like a cream cheese. I will never order again.

Poor. Late delivery. Cold food. But helpful food awful. Called and unhelpful service. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Taking on too many deliveries

Nice new restaurant very pleasant staff but very disappointing food I only wanted a simple Panini but it was poor quality and not cheap plus the Cappuchino was weak won’t be going back here to eat for a while let’s hope it improves.

So my partner ordered a pizza asked for no mushrooms as highly allergic to them they delivered a hot and spicy with mushrooms all over the bass he didn’t no till first slice in off to hospital now
