Lovely little place to have a break

Overall fair accommodation, the building has not long had a makeover (was being renovated on my last stay 2 years ago), but it is dated, tired and leaky...... Why - oh why would you have a heater running full blast in the stairwell where none of that heat gets to the corridors because of the fire doors........... ?

Another very pleasurable visit, good food, friendly and helpful staff. 😋

Great Chinese restaurant. Really good food.

In all my 45 years of having curries in restaurants, this is without equal, the worst I have been subjected to. The waiters were abrupt and unable to communicate except to bark the word "papadoms?" The cooks have this strange sauce. When we ordered the mixed grill sharer, the Koftas, onion bhajis, chicken wings and pakoras all looked like they were from the day before with this disgusting sauce poured over so it was a soggy mass. The lamb balti appeared to be a Sunday roast lamb, sliced (also from the day before?) with the same sauce poured over it. For dessert a waiter just pushed a laminated card in front of one of the ladies without a word. They take your money and hurry you out without a smile or a thank you. The decor is nice. <-- something good to say.

Lovely Hotel/Bar Restaurant set in a handy location for both Arundel and Chichester. Good car parking. Bedroom was good although not spectacular as the ensuite was a bit tired looking. A special "thanks" to Chris the Manager for his care and attention .

Great food, burgers are tasty and the concepts and ideas are excellent. Plenty of choice on both food and drinks. Would highly recommend. Oli and Anna were the people we interacted with and I have to say they were spot on with their recommendations and help during the evening.

Great pub for food, plenty of drinks options. On saturdsy arrived at 6 left at 10. The live band were "setting up" the whole time. Top tip- tell them to practice at home 🤣🤣🤣 Cool pub though!

Booked a table for a birthday celebration. This had to be one of the best pub Sunday roasts I have had in a long while. Staff and service were excellent too. Highly recommended!

What a lovely quaint venue, nestling in the market town of Arundel. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, catering for our particular needs and allergies. Food was excellent. Warm place to visit on a cold January afternoon.

The food was very good. We had chicken tikka and a tikka mixed grill. However the overall experience was let down by the atmosphere and lack of interest by staff. It felt like you were an inconvenience.

The Moathouse Cafe is situated at the bottom end of Arundel, by the river Arun. Helpful and efficient staff work here and make you feel welcome. A very large selection of food is available. It is well cooked and presented. Eat in or take away is available, but it does get busy so seating can be a problem. Toilets are available upstairs.

Outstanding eatery for a good selection of beautifully crafted bagels with great service and even better coffee. A hidden gem in Arundel and perfect for brunch whilst out on the SDW.
