Staff very friendly, food good, but crockery dirty. Cups tea stained, glasses very water marked, tea pots dirty, and worst of all milk residue inside milk jugs 🤢 We pored from the side.

Superb breakfast - one of the best I have had in 10 years. Perfectly good and excellent ingredients Bacon, Sausage, Hash brown, beans granary toast mushrooms. The coffee was also excellent and we were in heaven. Service was efficient and friendly. Very busy as it was a warm, sunny Spring day and there was Arundel Literary Festival on. All this for £26 was good value.

Atmospheric little eaterie just off the main drag in Arundel. Has the feeling of an old smugglers pub. Service was a little slow when we went on the Saturday when it was pretty busy, but super-efficient when we dropped in on our return journey home from a break down in Seaford. Great sandwiches, good coffee + they do larger meals too which change daily-ish. Homemade Mushroom Soup got a big thumbs up, as did the Coronation Chicken sandwiches.

We booked a table for 6 people and enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea and cream tea. The food was delicious and the service very good. My husband’s dairy-free afternoon tea was very much enjoyed. So refreshing to have some excellent customer service from a young lady who obviously takes pride in her work. Chloe was delightful from start to finish; I think the vast majority of customer facing employees that I have encountered, would benefit from a training session with her.

What a delightfully quaint tea room. I’ve passed this building so many times, over so many decades, but never been drawn to it until today. Perhaps it was the autumnal decorations that lured us in! I had a scampi meal with very tasty chips, and my sister had scrambled egg - both went down very well. Our lattes were delicious, as was a surprise milkshake!! The staff were exceptional, very friendly and keen to provide a good experience for customers. I don’t visit Arundel often, however it’s good to find a ‘go to’ place, and Belinda’s is it.

We decided on Belinda's for lunch as we had often walked round Arundel but found Belinda's always busy with no free tables. This time however we sat at a little table by the door to the outside area. I ordered a prawn jacket potato and a latte with my friend ordering omelette and chips and a beer. Both dishes were brought within 10 minutes and were really ideal - tasty and moorish. Upon leaving, we paid at the counter and were thanked for coming in and to please come back. Wonderful attitude toward your clientele - there are many eating places in Arundel - please try Belinda's - I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Stopped here for a quick tea and a 'slab' of cake. Very friendly and polite waitress served us and was very helpful with the option of cakes. One of us had a lactose intolerance, no problem they have vegan cakes which was one of the best I have tried. Nice outside seating to the rear and very clean. The menu said a slab of cake and that is just what we got, a good 'home' size slice.

Great out door space and really good service. However very overpriced, we had ploughman's which consisted of one thin slice of bread, three very thin slices of cheese a bit of salad and coleslaw, a bit of apple and one pickled onion for £12.50. Also had a side of new potatoes which was three sliced to look like six for £2.50, this equates to over 80p for one small spud! The coffee was also poor. Very disappointed and felt we had been taken advantage of. Given the wealth of choice in Arundel, I would advise to look elsewhere

Food okay, two yonger staff on duty serving who were lovely but the mature waitress was basically rude. She tutted and rolled her eyes when one person slightly confused her with ordering. When she brought the drinks over she said " are you happy now! In fairness it was very busy and only three staff, we waited ages for our food and nearly had to leave just as it turned up. But it was less about the long wait and more about the rudness of this one person. I've worked as a waitress and in other customer service roles, had I spoken to customers like that I would have been sacked. We had all been to Belindas before but we won't be returning again based on the customer service experience of this one server! Such a shame

What’s happened? This is a historic beautiful unique restaurant that is suddenly trying to become a trendy cafe! The charm and appeal was that it was traditional, it was old fashioned, there are literally hundreds of tea shops offering generic metal seats and dull China. People come to arundel to experience history. Such a shame this individual gem has succumbed to the boring same old cafes that are two a penny! I feel a massive error that will see sales diminish over time.

My son was very well behaved and very polite so she had absolutely no cause of reason to be so unpleasant. Given we pulled into Arundel on way back home to specifically feed the ducks and go to Belindas it took the edge off what had been a lovely day out. Will no longer recommend this place, although given the service today I doubt that will be of any concern.

The staff are so friendly, the rooms are second to none and the food goes with out saying is amazing. I can't recommend the lamb enough.
