The staff were all really friendly and professional, they rang ahead and confirmed my booking and we're lovely on check in and check out. The ladies in the beefeater restaurant were an absolute delight and really accommodating for my friends allergies. The room was fine, had the standard amenities however, it was a bit annoying to only have a full sized usb next to the bed as I was unable to charge my phone next to the bed, the room was very warm and the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable for a premier inn bed! I was unfortunately next to some noisy people which can't be helped by the hotel but all in all it was an ok stay.

You know what you're going to get at a Premier Inn. Great bed, room, shower and very helpful service.

Overall fair accommodation, the building has not long had a makeover (was being renovated on my last stay 2 years ago), but it is dated, tired and leaky...... Why - oh why would you have a heater running full blast in the stairwell where none of that heat gets to the corridors because of the fire doors........... ?

Staff are friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are typical Premier Inn, clean and comfortable. No air-conditioning but not needed when we visited in January, so 4/5. But bathroom smells damp like it has got damp too many times and needs better ventilation. Showerhead is small and fixed - not great for tall or rinsing lower body. Can't fault the cleaning though, the team are obviously doing a great job. Location is a little odd being on a junction outside of town and is reasonably easy to miss as can see the pub approaching from the east, but not the hotel and even when you are in the car park, there is very little Premier Inn signage. Reasonable amount of parking accessible via the small pub carpark by following signs for additional parking, or entering via the road that runs alongside. Partnering pub is handy. Initially not the most welcoming from the outside (scaffold bars for handles?!!) but more welcoming when inside and staff are friendly. Cooked to order breakfast. A little slow at peak times but nice enough. Overall a nice place to stay and plenty to do in the area if you drive.

Clean and tidy, friendly greeting. Could do with a lick of paint outside, as a bit shabby, but the rooms are tidy and fit for purpose. No frills, but functional. 😊

Staff were up to Premiers usual high standard, the building at Crossbush could do with modernising. The worst thing is the building has no air-conditioning, our room was an unbearable 27°, we had to get cold showers all night. Would be a good winter break but not recommended in summer

From the outside this hotel looks tired and worn out, but the inside is your typical Premier Inn. Good standard rooms and helpful staff. The restaurant next door is ok. It's a basic Beefeater so not a great selection for veggies. Breakfasts are pretty good and cooked to order including veggie options. The staff in the restaurant were all really friendly and helpful too.

Upon arrival, we had a great service from the staff. Loved the incentive they had currently there of a raffle for charity. Would be nice if more hotels had this going to get people involved. From there, our room was tidy and didn't experience any loud obnoxious noises from other rooms. This may have been because we had an upstairs room rather than down. The only slight downside, which of course can not be faulted, is where it's situated. Would need to have access to some form of transport to get here and to travel around the area. But overall, great hotel and service the staff have offered.

Tried battered fish for the first time in uk. The staff was very kind in explaining the difference in fish types and which are popular. The fish were very crispy and airy. Not all all oily. The chips were the most best chips we have had. Also tried the breaded mushroom which were garlic mushrooms!! So tasty i brought some for home!!
