The room itself was good and staff friendly. Be aware that it's not a self-service buffet style breakfast like most Premier Inns. You have to wait a few minutes for them to take your order for cooked food and then wait longer for it arrived rather than just turn up and have your breakfast. Probably absolutely fine if you're in no rush but if you want to have your breakfast quickly and get going, it's no good. I had to leave to catch my train at 6.55am, having arrived right when breakfast starts at 6.30 the hot food wasn't even at my table when I had to leave. Also none of the self service check-in machines you see at other Premier Inns and a small reception area so you may have to wait a while to check in

It is what it is. A good basic hotel, which provides great B&B. Room had some issues but the staff on the desk resolved these v promptly. Breakfast team of Vicky and Jay are superb - it's why we stayed here. Just a shame that the full supper/dinner menu isn't available yet, the options are V limited.

This Premier Inn is a bit "tired". It is clean but for us it was not up to scratch. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The bad bit first. The cooked breakfast was lukewarm, the scrambled egg was tasteless and the bacon was like eating plastic The good bits:The room and shower unit were of excellent quality. The amenities were first class- fridge and hairdryer among them. The front of house staff couldn't have been more helpful. And though near a main road there was no noise whatsoever. I would definitely stay there again but the next time would have the continental breakfast!

Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Sadly not 5 stars on this occasion as we feel the site could do with some TLC/maintenance in a few places (e.g. new window frames/lick of paint on them, and car park resurfacing). Good location right beside the A259/Roundstone by-pass. Room prices good for weekdays in the week before February school half-term, at around £60-65pn. Could ideally do with some more ‘Premier Plus’ rooms too as these seem to get booked up very quickly, and aren’t available if you have children staying with you. If you’re wanting to dry your hair we advise taking your own hair dryer as the one provided wasn’t very powerful and took ages. Note: the adjoining pub serves food til around 9pm, drinks til 9:50pm and closes at 10pm. On the whole the Premier Inn room served the purpose (i.e. somewhere convenient to freshen up with a bath/shower/sink and lay your head at the end of the day).

I had a great stay in the Littlehampton premier inn,, I really warm welcome. Naomi on reception was extreamly helpful nothing was to much, she even gave us information on restaurants to go to in the nearby village of East Preston plus how to get to the beach. Room was of a clean standard I would expect. All in all a pleasant stay

Hotel staff were good. Breakfast in restaurant was not good. Waited ages to be seated, then forgotten about by the 1 member of staff. Only 1 other table in. Food was average.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. The room is perfect for my needs. I would imagine the manager insists on everyone being trained properly. Nothing is a problem for them. I travel for business and pleasure and am used to excellent service

Carpets in the public areas are getting a bit tatty. Staff are very helpful and one lady managed to run the restaurant and kitchen single handed!

Nothing wrong with the hotel, premier inn is expensive, some may say, overpriced. Unfortunately the restaurant has closed and is only serving hotel guests. This is a good idea but there prices are ridiculous considering it's all frozen food that has been warmed up. Do the public a favour and close the restaurant completely and reduce the price of the hotel stay.

We stayed here for the second time recently. The rooms are always clean and tidy and, although quite basic, have everything you need. We would have preferred a kingsize bed rather than a double and the air conditioning was a bit hit and miss. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but feel like a lot of the Premier Inns could do with a refurb.

Very disappointed. Was hoping to have a meal in restaurant as when booked advised it was open till late. So booked it Due to meet friends. They closed it on the evening no food or drink served. Ended up paying over £40 for taxis to another restaurant as hotel away from anywhere. Breakfast awful no toast as no bread,no butter,no orange juice. Room OK but very poor experience. Never again with Premier Inn.

I love staying in Premier inns, however I would not stop here again. Rooms in need of updating!! Had a fusty, wet dog smell about the room. The restaurant next door avoid, the place is filthy in need of decorating. The service was slow, the meals were not worth waiting for. As for breakfast plates warm the food was cold and swimming in grease absolutely disgusting

Great value for money and ideally situated just a few mins walk from the rugby club. A long walk to the sea front though. Really you need a car and for journeys into Worthing etc. Staff friendly and helpful, nice to be able to top up on tea/coffee/milk etc from a stand in reception. Breakfast and dinner was excellent next door in the pub.

I enjoyed my stay here for the night the room was very clean but had a couple of issues with the sink and window. The plug hole was stuck so the water couldn’t go down then drain and the window couldn’t close properly so there was a bit of draft. But all in all I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are typical of Premier Inn, and they are comfortable. The outside of the building is extremely tired looking. I don't know how, but it needs sprucing up significantly.

This was hands down the worst fish and chips experience of my life. I ordered the cod and chips—big mistake. The chips were like cardboard, dry and tasteless. The fish was soggy, undercooked, and drenched in oil that completely overpowered any flavor the fish might have had. It was honestly gross. To top it off, the service was just as bad. The staff had a serious attitude, and one of them even rolled her eyes while taking our order. £30 for 2 meals, don't waste your money here.

Feels like a proper pub, filled with nice people. Food - we didn't indulge, because £16 for scampi and chips to arrive in a takeaway container is pretty unreasonable (cheaper to eat at the airport). The food aside, this pub is on a campsite and the staff are really friendly, has a family feel.
