Absolutely adore Southsea Coffee. In my view, the best in town. We've been visiting regularly since day one despite now living 150 miles away! My favourite smashed avocado with poached eggs and bacon is as good, if not better, than ever. The coffee is expertly made and served at the correct temperature and not in a huge bucket of a cup. The pastries are incredible too. I've yet to get to one of their supper clubs, but they must also be amazing. Please visit!
Had a wonderful meal 3 years ago and went back again but was very disappointed in the food
Cocktails tasted pre made .
Started were great.
Main , tasted microwaved, rice dry and overcooked, crackers on the side stale .
Spoke with great waitress who refunded the main .
Really lovely staff but food was very disappointing.
Lovely place, great selection of beers on offer on cask, keg, and in the fridge, decent hotdogs and friendly staff. Can happily spend lots of time working your way through all they have available!

We visit this restaurant every time we travel south to Wembley stadium each year.It is a little gem of a place with everything ticking the right boxes, warm atmosphere, wonderful welcoming staff and food that's so tasty.A definite go to place for great a great experience . I'll be back.
Gorgeous Italian restaurant located very close to the sea front. Came for a meal with my wife, first time visit. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great choice of food on the menu at very reasonable prices. All the dishes tasted perfect. The house wine went down a treat too. Highly recommend a visit here, a solid 5 star restaurant.
Very good, no need to order olives as they are complimentary, and one order houmous will easily go around 5-6 people, bread is also complimentary. The food was absolutely delicious. I don't highly recommend the yoghurt drink. I thought I'd give it a go but it wasn't for me.
We booked a table with The Red Lion at Southwick by phone a week ago. Arrived there this evening to find the place in darkness and closed. No sign the door explain why. No telephone call to cancel our booking. Very disappointed & a bit embarrassing as we had arranged this to meet with friends.
We meet friends we’d not seen for a while. Food was fantastic but service was so slow and we had to keep asking. The wine turned up after the food and we asked every time. Such a shame it was very busy so maybe they were short staffed.
Visited this Indian eatery. And Indian means, truly Indian. Chefs are Indian, and that what you expect dining at a speciality cuisine restaurant. The Goan fish curry was genuinely goan and not the fusion of unnecessary and excessive oil and spice. Kudos to the chefs of restaurant for serving the dishes hot and tasteful. I wish this trend continues and the people at large are not fooled by pseudo Indian restaurants around.
If anyone around Southampton or visiting the south beaches, strongly recommended to visit and enjoy Indian delicacies prepared by INDIAN chefs. Cheers to the team for the fabulous food and experience.
