Banana Tree Haywards Heath in Mid Sussex

Took my mum for her birthday and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. Alison was lovely and made it really special for my mum. The food was really tasty too.

Erik the manager gave a fantastic service to the extent that he opened the restaurant half an hour earlier. Highly recommended.

Erik , The Manager was very friendly and opened the restaurant 30mins beforehand just for us, helped us with choosing the dishes which was a really good pick, food was fantastic and loved the unique taste of the food.

Great food and service, especially nasi goreng rice and the kajang satay sticks!

The food was lovely! So light and delicious 🤩 The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a nice meal. I especially want to highlight the exceptional service from Alison, Kim, and Emily. They were incredibly helpful and sweet, ensuring our needs were met throughout the evening. Their attentiveness truly enhanced our visit. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be coming again!

We had a lovely birthday celebratory dinner. The Coconut colada mocktails were delicious and we took advantage of the 2 for 1 offer and had 2 each! Every course delivered authentic tasting food and generous portions. We can recommend every course we had; thai crackers, papaya salad, chicken satay and superb beef rendang. Wonderful warm efficient service from Alison and Majela. Thank you! We’ll be back ! And a lovely touch was the desserts brought out with lit candles as my friend and I were celebrating our birthdays. A good evening out indeed !

Erik our host was fantastic, attentive without being intrusive, humorous and very friendly. Our food was fantastic, we so enjoyed our visit.

I went with a large group (family of 10) for mine and my niece's birthday. We had a brilliant time. The food was incredible (the chargrilled duck with nasi goreng is highly recommended), and the staff who served us were amazing. Unfortunately, I didn't get names, but I believe one was a manager and he perfectly understood our family's sense of humour, and knew exactly how to match our vibes - I can imagine he's knows perfectly how to judge what each different group needs to ensure each diner gets the best service possible. Thank you for making the evening so special!

The green papaya salad had no papaya in it, it consisted of carrot, kale and cabbage, the food thats served is a kid's portion, and the atmosphere is terrible, upon receiving the bill they add on a optional tip atleast train your staff to say thank you if you choose to leave the tip.
