Always very good sushi. The seafood collection is really nice. Also the kombuchas! Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to order self-service screens.

The most sensational combination of grains and weed as if the phenomenal blonde harvested the rice from her paddy. The nigiri truely tickled my fancy and left me more satisfied than our former PM.

Bit bland decor, order your own food at a kiosk and pay and its delivered to your table. Service was quick and food lovely if a bit samey. They sell food off at 50% off at the end of the day, nice enough but not sure if I'd eat in again. Good for take aways really in my opinion. Parking free at 2 rivers car park after 6pm

When I went the restaurant was nice & clean, the staff were really friendly & helped me with some choices due to allergies, food was really good & I highly recommend the salmon and avocado dragon roll! I can imagine it gets quite busy at lunch so glad they are on deliveroo!

A great little place to go. It’s just a shame it feels very quiet. Staff are very friendly. Came and asked if we needed any help at the self ordering machine and encouraged us to order a combo deal. Food tasted great.

Itsu is one of my favourite restaurants, very affordable and great place to dine in.

Attended here for first time with my 7 year old daughter, (both our first time) we ordered Salmon rolls, we opened them just before Stacie (the waitress / front of house) approached us to see if we were ok. Stacie taught my daughter a neat trick to use the old chop sticks. Only issue was however we didn’t know the salmon rolls came with Wasabi in the rice. That is not to either my or my daughters tastes, Stacie asked if we would like it changed which was ultra nice of her. This was done, however, the replacement portions that came back were very small (rice portion was tiny). Almost as if they were annoyed with us. I assume Stacie took a bit of flack from management / kitchen staff as obviously we had opened them, but we were not to know. Stacie was amazing and very attentive. The food was amazing only let down was the portion size.

Excellent, tasty fresh food. Very fast also. Prices are good. It's a modern vibe - all self-service, it's like being in Tokyo! Hidden gem in Staines, not too many people have discovered it yet.

The hot food is served in the bowls here so the whole experience is much nicer than eating from the small, cardboard containers. Amazing staff - especially Stacey - lovely and welcoming. 5 stars from me!

Today I had visit Itsu Staines Branch and I was very happy with everything there. From food to service! I ordered full house which has been made beautiful and tasted very fresh. Staff there are very polite and helpfull. Had fantastic time there, thank you!

Tried the rice bowl for the first time Chicken was not fresh. The taste reminded me of eating xmas turkey in January. Otherwise the rest of the food was fine. I love itsu but will be sticking to what I know and like.

Lovely staff, I dined in and my food was brought to me in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant was clean and any mess was cleaned up promptly. There was plenty of seating options, as it was quite empty when I went. I opted for the chicken teriyaki which was delicious - highly recommend!

Gutted about it being cashless but I'll eat the veggie gyoza, bring back the cash and you'd have much more custom from me.

I have never been to an itsu before but this really helpful young waitress named Lucy C was amazing and gave me a great food recommendation! I highly recommend going for a veggie gyoza udon noodle bowl, was very delicious xoxo

Place was literally empty when we arrived!staff where polite and welcoming!simple order trou the touchscreen panel, food arrived superfast and was tasty, spiced well, and i was surprised how cheap it was!place was clean and its well presented with a nice setup!

This was my first visit and I will def be visiting again . Manager Kamila had super customer service and she runs the store A++ food fresh and yummy . Thanks to kamila and the service I will be visiting again for sure .

The place is absolutely beautiful , lovely atmosphere all around , the staff are amazing. I spent alittle over budget but however non of those penny's went to waste the food was amazing , fresh and super filling for what you get. I definitely recommend this place 100%

1st time visit was much anticipated as we had been waiting for opening. The food exceeded our expectations & we visited again yesterday for 2nd time. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. Portion size has been reduced but more disappointing was the reduction of fresh greens & beans which for our family was the tastiest bit. Service still very good & what we had to eat was also good. Such a shame as we were blown away 1st visit & won't rush back again.

Lovely staff but was very quiet when we went. Easy to order menu, easy to get hold of food and find a place to sit. staff were around to help and were really lovely. Restaurant was clean and any mess was cleaned up really quickly. Food was normal itsu: delicious, value for money and great taste. Toilets were clean. Disabled toilet had a baby change and it was regularly cleaned.

Had rice bowl and drinks here. Food is delicious and healthy. Portion is small for adults. Staff is friendly.and helpful. Order and pay first at machines, and largely self-service. Seating seems fine and atmosphere is relaxing.

First time trying this restaurant and cannot fault it one bit. Staff were friendly and helpful. When the food arrived, was presented really well and tasted amazing. Will defiantly be back and will venture into more of the food you offer. Well done to all!!!

Went in just it was open for the day, so it was quiet!!

We ordered the salmon and avo dragon rolls, klean katsu rice bowl and the chicken gyoza noodle bowl. The katsu bowl had no sauce to speak of and it had no flavour of curry and was not spicy at all. The chicken gyoza was a little chilli hot which I wasn't expecting as there is also a chilli chicken gyoza. It was hotter than the katsu rice bowl! The dragon rolls were ok but perhaps a bit too sweet for my liking. The bigger problem was that soon after eating her food, my daughter got severe stomach pain and felt very sick. It may be coincidence but....

Welcome addition to Staines two rivers, nice and relaxed vibe, and great food. My staple hoisin duck bao buns were banging and tried some Japanese style stir fry noodles for the first time, tasty. Staff were milling around, having a gossip, behind the counter on a quiet Sunday afternoon, while tables needed clearing. One girl even had a good sneeze and then expedited a food order. Luckily it wasn’t mine, but was very off putting to say the least.

Came here with the kids amazing service from the start some one helped me and showed me how to order which was so lovely! All staff were amazing and helpful food was quick and the chicken gyozas were amazing as a side dish! Very good value for money will definitely be comming back again.

We ordered the chicken gyoza noodles and very surprised how tasty the broth was! Better than Wagamama’s broth, tasted healthier too. Dumplings were tasty too and the customer service is excellent. One of our noodles took a while to come out and the manager came out to personally apologise and gave us a £5 voucher as a good will gesture. That’s a really nice gesture and will definitely be returning to this branch.

Lovely food. We usually visit Kingston but Staines is now our favourite. Team were lovely and helpful too. I liked how they helped me bring my food to the table when I had two trays. The kids loved the mochi ice cream.

Visited on opening day and it was fairly busy but we didn’t wait long at all. Great to see some familiar faces from the old Pizza Hut team who have moved over. The restaurant looks beautiful and the Senior Staff on site to support was a great touch.
