Decided to come for a last minute lunch and it was so lovely food ready super quick and yummi, friendly staff and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful definitely will come more often!

Really nice restaurant with beautiful design. I went there today and it was clean and quiet. You can order food yourself, food is fresh and it was prepared very quickly.

Itsu must give up on doing sushi, the rice is the worst, dry and breaking apart. Change the rice, the one you use is not for sushi.

The food was delivered leaking. Soup was all drained out. Sushi is also all broken and in a bad state . Very disappointed

Great place for a meal. A bit pricey but worth it especially with student discount. The only annoying thing is the constant sound of online orders coming in, sometimes it's almost unbearable.

Ordered 2 salmon full houses and edamame. But the sushi had been fumbled around and lost shape so could not pick it up without the whole thing falling apart. Very unpleasant experience. Not worth paying £28 for.

Sushi arrived too cold. I know it sounds wierd, but if the rice is too cold it tastes very different.

The most sensational combination of grains and weed as if the phenomenal blonde harvested the rice from her paddy. The nigiri truely tickled my fancy and left me more satisfied than our former PM.

Let me first say, I've recently discovered ITSU and really enjoy their food. I enjoyed this meal!!!! But, the QUANTITY was much less than it should've been and has been in the past.. I am not happy with receiving just over ½ a pot of food in both cases! I feel this needs to be called out when it happens. We put our faith and trust in eateries tondo the right thing whether eating or take away... it shouldn't matter. Please take this feedback forward!

Bit bland decor, order your own food at a kiosk and pay and its delivered to your table. Service was quick and food lovely if a bit samey. They sell food off at 50% off at the end of the day, nice enough but not sure if I'd eat in again. Good for take aways really in my opinion. Parking free at 2 rivers car park after 6pm

There's a decent range of food, it's all pretty good and the staff are friendly and polite.

When I went the restaurant was nice & clean, the staff were really friendly & helped me with some choices due to allergies, food was really good & I highly recommend the salmon and avocado dragon roll! I can imagine it gets quite busy at lunch so glad they are on deliveroo!

A great little place to go. It’s just a shame it feels very quiet. Staff are very friendly. Came and asked if we needed any help at the self ordering machine and encouraged us to order a combo deal. Food tasted great.

Great food, my last review can be ignored. Probably just an isolated instance of negligence.

I have been a regular customer here, food has been really good till this order. I am unsure of what happened during this session though- 1) Barely any vegetables in the paradise rice, it was quite literally not more than one table spoon quantity, it didn't even cover the rice. Prior to this there was a layer of vegetables on top of the rice. 2) Thai Stir-Fry Udon Noodles did not have either enough of the vegetables nor of the sauce. The bowl was filled half way only compared to the prior times of 3/4 bowl. Additionally as there wasn't enough sauce, it was pretty bland, the only taste that persisted was that of the Noodles itself. Hopefully this was a one-off incident which will be rectified.

Itsu is one of my favourite restaurants, very affordable and great place to dine in.

Lovely food and fair portion sizes

Attended here for first time with my 7 year old daughter, (both our first time) we ordered Salmon rolls, we opened them just before Stacie (the waitress / front of house) approached us to see if we were ok. Stacie taught my daughter a neat trick to use the old chop sticks. Only issue was however we didn’t know the salmon rolls came with Wasabi in the rice. That is not to either my or my daughters tastes, Stacie asked if we would like it changed which was ultra nice of her. This was done, however, the replacement portions that came back were very small (rice portion was tiny). Almost as if they were annoyed with us. I assume Stacie took a bit of flack from management / kitchen staff as obviously we had opened them, but we were not to know. Stacie was amazing and very attentive. The food was amazing only let down was the portion size.

The hot food is served in the bowls here so the whole experience is much nicer than eating from the small, cardboard containers. Amazing staff - especially Stacey - lovely and welcoming. 5 stars from me!

Excellent, tasty fresh food. Very fast also. Prices are good. It's a modern vibe - all self-service, it's like being in Tokyo! Hidden gem in Staines, not too many people have discovered it yet.

Today I had visit Itsu Staines Branch and I was very happy with everything there. From food to service! I ordered full house which has been made beautiful and tasted very fresh. Staff there are very polite and helpfull. Had fantastic time there, thank you!

This food is like health and comfort and love in eco friendly packaging. Comfort food that tastes healthy and healthy food that is pure comfort. I am so happy this in the arear! 11/10 will order again!

Tried the rice bowl for the first time Chicken was not fresh. The taste reminded me of eating xmas turkey in January. Otherwise the rest of the food was fine. I love itsu but will be sticking to what I know and like.

Lovely staff, I dined in and my food was brought to me in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant was clean and any mess was cleaned up promptly. There was plenty of seating options, as it was quite empty when I went. I opted for the chicken teriyaki which was delicious - highly recommend!

Gutted about it being cashless but I'll eat the veggie gyoza, bring back the cash and you'd have much more custom from me.
