The best restaurants in North West

Great little find about 25 minutes away from Liverpool on the Wirral. Two Mersey rail stations, Bromborough & Bromborough Rake around ten minutes walk. Great location, free parking, clean tidy and spacious twin room with completely tea & Coffee as well as toiletries. Real nice restaurant and bar. Nice to have the old fashioned key to open the door too. Breakfast was superb. Friendly and helpful staff.

We really enjoyed our visit to American Pies, the buffalo chicken pizza was absolutely delicious!!

Lovely Cafe to have breakfast or lunch. Service was quick and food cooked just right. Dog friendly. Good selection.

I’ve been there a few times, the food are always amazing. But that’s the first time I had their Sunday Roast. We ordered, wagyu rump, lamb shoulder, pork belly set. All are amazing! The only downside might be we were sitting nearby the entrance and it was quite cold when the door opened and cold wind blew in.

Just returned from the Tatton Arms, what a lovely warm, welcoming place it is. We love having Sunday lunch out and we weren't disappointed, when the meal arrived I saw the massive Yorkshire pudding and thought oh no! as when they are that big they are often tasteless, but what a lovely surprise to find out how tasty it was. Everything on the plate was really enjoyable and well-presented. Another surprise was to see how much gravy was on the meal and it tasted good. Very recommendable.

Lovely experience, busy but not rushed, staff serving were so friendly, nice atmosphere and the food was fab. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lark Lane.

1/2 price food on Mondays, best ever. Great food, excellent service. 👍

3rd visit... and again outstanding service and quality of food.... atmosphere good.... looked after us again ...... fillet steak and deep fried camembert to start. lovely ... see you again

Great menu - lots of options and variety. We had the lamb karahi and chicken garlic butter curry’s with garlic nann and rice, long with some poppadoms. The food was lovely. Good portion sizes and the staff were really friendly. We will be back!

It was better than we expected. Mix starter was spot on. Lamb sookha bhuna and garlic chilli chicken was absolutely delicious. This is our second visit will be back soon.

First visit her but we had a great night out here and the food is fabulous. We all enjoyed ourselves and the staff are great. We will definitely be returning.

A beautiful setting,and the atmosphere was outstanding. The service was excellent and I would especially point out that Donna the GM was exemplary in her role and that nothing was left out. 5 stars. I can't wait to go again this week with friends.
