The front of house male was appalling shouting at my wife saying we didn’t have a booking which we did, he said you wouldn’t get confirmation email if you booked that day which we did, no problem with food it was good, he needs to go on an anger management course, the waiting on staff were polite he was awful we definitely won’t be going back there

We’ve had takeaways and dined in at this Thai restaurant many times over the years and always loved it. However, our recent takeaway was awful – the food was so dry, flavourless, and a far cry from what we’re used to. We emailed to express our disappointment but never received a response. Really poor customer service from a place we once loved.

Pedí 2 Mary's sangrientas, ambas eran de diferentes colores una era acuosa pero ambas eran tan picantes que no se podían beber. Se quejó y la chica dijo que lo sentía. Se quejó otra vez, dijo que lo sentía, pidió la cuenta, pagó y dijo que no volvería. He dicho que no sientes mucho tomar nuestro dinero por dos copas que no se pueden beber y ella dijo que lo siento diabólica. He estado antes, pero nunca volveré y estoy tan disgustado por su actitud que haré todo lo posible para decirle a la gente que evite este lugar como la plaga

Visited last night for drinks with my partner and had a lovely experience, especially having a great chat with bartender Alex. He made us a sidecar and paloma we requested and made suggestions for other bars we could visit after. Staff member who popped down from upstairs was also very friendly too :)
