Mistakes happen!
Mistakes happen, how you deal with them is what makes the difference.
Tonight my partner and I went to Rudy’s for a pizza.
We often go there because I love their pizza and the service is always great.
I was waiting for long time, I just finished training so I was very hungry. We waited for ages but the pizzas kept not arriving.
After approx. 35 min the waiters came to the table and sincerely apologised for the delay, apparently the order did not pull through so that’s why we were sat there waiting.
Within minutes finally the pizzas arrived and they tasted particularly delicious (maybe I was about to faint how hungry I was).
We asked for the bill and that’s what I got 😍
Thank you for everything
We were cycling the Bay and stopped for one night. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. It has a good atmosphere and the room was great value for money. Had a lovely evening meal and the owner was very attentive, made you feel really welcome. We both enjoyed our stay 😊
Come quite regularly usually visiting every 6 to 8 weeks and have done so for about 15 years so I think I’m pretty well qualified to give an unbiased review.
Cafe is great, love the soups!
We bought a series of cutlery, some plates, other little bits, £1.
I think the comments about the cost of some other items such as the furniture is unfair. There are an array of sofas, chairs, tables, furniture for some incredibly reasonable prices. The picture of the sofa for £700 or whatever…it’s huge, a four seater and a large two seater. Both in really good condition. Or if that’s not to your taste or budget literally 5 steps away from that is a reasonably priced alternative and then just as you walk in the door 20/25 other seating alternatives.
But again, with these public reviews that potentially last forever on the internet I think it’s also important to remember the people that work and give their time and energy to change their little bit of the world for the better.
Keep doing what you’re doing. And if you think a sofa set is worth £700 odd quid, so be it, and if you don’t…maybe don’t worry about it, go upstairs and have a big mug of tea for a £1.
Beautiful food friendly staff and will be back for sure authentic and probably the best curry iv tasted flavour wise curries are generic but this place pops with flavour ❤️
Come for Sunday roast, and if I’m honest it’s one of the best I’ve had. Plenty of food super tasty. Nothing was to much trouble 6 empty plates which is normally a hard thing with 2 of the kids.
Please give this place a visit and you won’t be disappointed.
My dear sister-in-law, who lives nearby, booked us a table at this small, charming, and lovingly decorated restaurant, which we would never have found without her. We had a delicious meal and will definitely be back on our next visit to the Liverpool area; definitely a recommendation!
When you order chicken noodles and it looks and tastes like soya mince but they deny it and claim its minced chicken. It is not. Chicken does not mince like that and why on earth would you mince chicken? Plopping a load of chilli and soy sauce on it won’t hide it and it’s not worth the price.
My friends ribs also looked gross with chunks of fat and little meat.
I also had to ask again for the beer I ordered.
Also don’t appreciate listening to thrash metal throughout. Quite a bizarre experience. Won’t be back.
First time there all I will say is 5 star the best pizza I've ever had in my life can't explain how unreal it is my friends been talking highly of it for a long time he wasn't wrong at all. Amazing food brilliant staff best I've ever had perfect

Fantastic selection of ales and craft beers. Great service too. Not serving food on a Tuesday is a shame as their pizzas and bbq range has a reputation for being very good
Lovely food and great service. We managed to get a table on a very busy Tuesday evening which was great. Our waitress Olivia was brilliant and made sure we were enjoying the food. Would definitely recommend and is a favourite for us to visit!
The best Spanish restaurant outside of Spain.
A warm welcome from front of house staff , given time to look at menus .
The specials , had scallops , mussels and pork loin dishes all well cooked by Roberto with quality ingredients.
A little gem in Penrith.
Good for couples , families and groups , you must book .
With restaurant food seeming so expensive and yet the quality falling in many places, this fantastic place stands shoulders above the rest.
It’s great value for money
Super menu variety
Lovely food that doesn’t disappoint
But on top of that….service is brilliant, warm friendly and prompt.
There are a variety of places to sit inside and out depending on what mood you are in.
Love it here.
