Nice easy going pub food was good service was good

The service and food and drink all up to standard BUT since they revamped the interior they have ripped the soul out of the place it feels like your sat in an empty storage unit. I used to go every week before covid and went back when the revamp was done needless to say its very rare that l go now.

We used to be regulars here, when I tell you the atmosphere has gone downhill fast, I mean fast. We have visited twice in the last week and both times we felt uneasy, unwelcomed and almost a hinderance to the middle aged woman serving behind the bar. Sad to say I won’t be returning to The Bridge anytime soon.

We have recently had our daughter’s 21st birthday party in the Heritage Room. We decided to have one of the packages The Sandon offered, which was good value for money. The room was dressed beautifully, the buffet was fab with plenty of choice and enough for the number of guests that I catered for. The DJ was great. My daughter had a wonderful party. All the guests gave me brilliant feedback and were really impressed. Danny the manager was totally on the ball and his attention to detail and organising skills were amazing. He is friendly, approachable and easy to talk to. We would definitely use this as a venue again in the future. Excellent!

Well all i can say is inga was the worst manager to ever work at muffin break, very rude to staff , rude to customers as i was at the wigan store ive never seen such incompetence in my life. She did not have a clue what was going on and i dont think the owners have a clue either how they still have customers is beyond me. What in gods green earth has to be changed before things inprove more staff leaving treated like garbage or all there local stores shuttint down before the incompetant owners take control . Well it seems to me the owners dont vet their staff as she has been accused and prossecuted of theft of £24000 pounds from a well known company and there is an article on google about it. Will i not return to have coffee shop not unless they have a competent manager in charge.

I recently visited this establishment with colleagues for a few drinks. I was very impressed with the service and the quality of the products on offer. It is clear that this establishment is very well-managed. I highly recommend it.

Extremely bad customer service , closing the kitchen one hour early, not welcoming to customers, ordered our meal even tho it was dead it still took over 20 minutes to be told they didn’t have certain items .Then taking ages to serve the food, turning the music off whilst the customers are finishing their meals . Staff standing with their arms folded have no interest in being there . Worst £30 I ever spent don’t waste your money or time there .

will never order here again, ordered a tuna footlong and got the thinnest of tuna spread on it, thinner than a Gstring, also wanted cheese on it and didn't receive it then ordered the new strawberry and cream cookies and got normal chocolate chip cookies 😂 never again, can't even get a simple order right

Absolutely no normal coke. I can't take saccharine of any sort. Left after one drink. They simply do not have an alternative to diet cola which I cannot drink. Won't be going back. Cramped toilets. Nice canal side view. Comparatively expensive.
