Proper local's boozer. Decent sized pub with friendly staff and a great pint of Guinness. Can't complain

Good atmosphere reasonably priced beer and a pool table. Happy days

We didn't have food here. Big bar area pool, darts, football on the TV.

Not somewhere I would usually go but went on after the fireworks gor a drink great atmosphere and music

Local's bar in Blackpool. Bit run down but the beer's cheap. Did food once apon a time, but not for some time now.

Very good bar service child friendly until 7.30pm staff are fantastic and always a good karaoke later on

On our visit to Blackpool, we decided to have a drink in some of the not so frequented pubs around here. Beautiful old building that needs a lot of work doing but I suppose if there is not the footfall then it would be a waste of money.

Good old fashioned pub. Round the corner in a guest house. Popped in for a beer made very welcome buy the locals, and staff.

Friendly pub ,great service went in to watch football on really great size tv,s (lots of them) in each part of pub,let dog in as well long it was on a lead ,(Blackpool treasure)

Stayed in blackpool last weekend. dropped in for a drink.i think it is one of the best pubs in blackpool.allot of effort made by the staff on service. the John smith's is like nectar. The music is not too loud ,and is varied .kept clean and tidy. didn't want to leave.I would recommend it to everyone. Well done to everyone.

Been coming here a few times of late music is always fantastic drinks reasonably priced bar staff are always wonderful, any issue is the dj where u cant go up to him and request a song u have dovit via text not sure if it charges you or not but why do u have to text to get a song played its kinda mad tbh

Not from Blackpool but stayed the weekend and loved this pub was in there Saturday and Sunday night great music good DJ the the price of the beer not to bad honestly look forward to going again..

Service from staff was lovely. Only stayed for one drink. Needs a clean. Also an obvious issue with substance as empty plastic bags in urinals. Shame as nice pub and friendly staff.

Absolutely shocking . Beer was flat get told we have no gas so changed it . That was out of date and tasted horrible ... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very old fashioned both outdoors and inside. This could be some people's idea of hell, for me... Heaven.. Great British style pub... Will I be back??? Absolutely

It's ok, bit rough around the edges. Beer is decent though just a shame they switch to plastic glasses at 9pm by order of the police which staff won't go into for obvious reasons. Juke box was hit and miss wether it would play music or not and sounded like someone was setting up to play live music and kept dropping the mic every 5 mins.

A lot to say about this pub, first of all your experience may differ. However I spent the weekend in Blackpool and we went in here for karaoke and by golly was it welcoming. As you walk in you're greeted by one of the stunning bars I've ever been in. Followed by the absolutely amazing staff. Everything is well priced. There is the odd few crazy nights but that's what makes a pub nice and enjoyable. The owner is an amazing guy, definitely would recommend this pub for a casual drinker or on a night out.

Good beers at a central Blackpool pub, god atmosphere on the whole with some small disco moments and pool tables.

Very friendly in process of being done up atmosphere is great and it is DOG FRIENDLY which is fantastic in Blackpool .

It's a proper pub although a bit shabby they do look after their beer and pull a good pint rather than other places pay more attention to their decor rather than the beer .

Locals pub. Beer was ok The smell of what seemed like beech hits you as you walk in. The beer was ok. It needs good cleaning. Windows were dirty, generally typical locals pub. Could be a great boozer with a few hundred quid thrown at it!

The only reason I put 1 star is because it's the only way to get on to write your review! I can honestly say was the low point of a great weekend. Never mind Blackpool it's one of the worst pubs I've ever been in. Anywhere !! I thought I'd walked onto the set of Goodnight Sweetheart. No atmosphere at all. There was a handful of lads trying to make an effort to liven things up on the karaoke but alas that equipment was as good as the pub. Basic. Definitely needs to be a rethink by the owners on what they're offering in a party town like Blackpool !
