Subway Waterloo Road in Blackpool

will never order here again, ordered a tuna footlong and got the thinnest of tuna spread on it, thinner than a Gstring, also wanted cheese on it and didn't receive it then ordered the new strawberry and cream cookies and got normal chocolate chip cookies 😂 never again, can't even get a simple order right

Ordered on the app, food came wrong and missing items! Nobody answered the phone just let it ring! Staff are just altogether stupid sharing the same 1 brain cell. Dirty dirty place don’t trust this Subway

Overall, my meal was very nice, it's just a shame the girl working there was on her own as the work surface could have done with being cleaned and a tidy-up .

Go to this subway quite often on my breaks. There is now a new worker in there who looks like he has eaten all the produce and is obviously annoyed because he has to make food for everyone else and not himself. Extremely rude, made a very very bad sandwich and wouldn’t remake it when asked politely. Also had very bad personal hygiene which is extremely off putting when handling food. I won’t be coming here again

Unclean, ignorant staff, the toilets can only be described as a health hazard and while there I witnessed a staff member use their t-shirt to wipe their hands and buy their lunches from the shop opposite 🤮🤮🤮 never again will I use this store

Went to this Subway recently which has been good in the past. However, I was told that I couldn't have extra tomato on my sandwich and I had to ask for the manager, who said that I could. Seriously, is this the best staff that you can get? smh. Probably will go there again when the member has been "let go". Happy 2023 everyone!

Two of the most helpful and friendliest lads serving.

Asked for a chicken pizziola and the response by the young blonde lad was “what the f*** is that” my brother kindly tried to explain what it is and he was cut off by a young woman screaming in the background and mini conversations by the staff and my family basically being ignored. This behaviour was disgusting and just downright disrespectful

Went in for a salad box the girl didn't even acknowledge me when I spoke to her. I could see she was doing an online order, so waited patiently for her to finish, however she just went in the back still not talking to me. After aprox 10 mins of me standing in plain view , I walked out. But I want to thank the girl as because of her awful attitude, I went across the road, got my salad box cheaper with more variety and a bigger portion. The server acknowledge me to. So won't be going back this subway again, I'm going over the road instead.

Just went to Waterloo road subway for the first time Kyle made me so happy did just what I asked everything was so tasty what a guy so pleased with the service 1000/10 brilliant!!!

Small subway branch. Food up to the usual standard but the coffee was tepid prior to asking for it to spend some time in the microwave! Guy serving was friendly and apologetic, told us the machine was old and need replacing. All in all a quick stop for a tasty sandwich.

Been to this subway two days on a run now and I have to say what amazing service I have received on both occasions. Kyle was so friendly and lovely, and makes the best sandwiches and salads. It’s like a home from home in this subway! Leah his colleague was also friendly. Professional and polite staff here, I highly recommend 5 stars ⭐️😊

You know what your getting with a Subway. This one was busy and staff seemed a bit rushed trying to make food for deliveries and in person customers, this made things a little slow.

Went in today with a lovely girl behind the counter bless her she was rushed off her feet she was the only one on which was 100% not okay for her as she was getting just eat orders aswell as customers in shop! Girl was lovely and well mannered she shouldn’t be left alone when busy

Bit pricey for what you get, but its a great healthy alternative to mcdonalds or burger King.

I am a big fan of the Subway outlets ,if I see one and feeling peckish I always tend to drop in ,this one was just of South Shore Promenade was particularly good. Your standard Subway, big bay windows, typical Subway interior, glass fronted serving bar, a really cool outlet. We were here on a Wednesday afternoon, my twin brother Stephen and I decided to have a tuna sandwich, 6 inch ,prepared with fresh ingredients in front of us, they were absolutely amazing, so tasty and filling and price wise great value for money, it was just what we needed to set us up for a few hours of hitting the pubs around this part of town. This Subway is easy to locate along Waterloo Road, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Store owners don't seem to care. Only 1 staff member ever seems to do any work (Leah). Items for sandwiches are frozen still and not defrosted in anticipation.

Slow service. Poor hygiene from staff on shift. Nice clean service area and restaurant

They need more staff at peak periods . With all the deliveroo and uber drivers turning up the 2 staff were overwhelmed . The chap who served me was under so much pressure that he messed up a vegetarian order by putting meat on it ... thankfully I noticed when he was making it and he redid a fresh one for me . I don't blame him but whoever manages this place really needs to pull their finger out and employ more staff as two cannot cope when busy .

Came into Waterloo subway feel really welcome. I had a mage meat sub it was really nice. The new manager was great always smiling

was in today 04/09/2020 was a nice gentleman who served me did everything by the book but i felt he was under pressure form an eval as he was being watched and questioned by a lady who had no uniform badge or even a a hat and she was behind the counter this was beyond acceptable, i don't care who you are a hat must be worn behind the counter at all times, i hope he passed the eval.

I have ordered from here through UberEATS many times and it is overall good. The salad boxes don’t travel too well.

Great staff, normal selection of subway menu, plus selection of coffees and cold drinks, has one disabled (unisex) toilet.

This Subway shares the space with a fast food outlet. It was empty when I arrived. This was only the second Subway that I have ever been to and based on this experience, I would definitely eat here again and would choose to eat at Subway a lot more often.The lady who served me was very polite and patient. She explained the process to me as I have limited experience with Subway. I have special dietary needs and so had to check the allergen menu before ordering anything. It is displayed prominently on the wall by the counter and there is also a smaller version of it on the counter-top. This information was greatly appreciated. There was no rush and I was pleased that I could take my time to make sure that everything was right. I found plenty that I could eat and created my own salad. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were generous. It was delicious and excellent value for money.

Lovely food as always and chap even suggested a saving on our meal, by adding cookies and a drink x4 we only needed to add 80p

We decided to give this branch ago and were impressed,it's up to the expected standard of Subway ,shop was busy and more importantly clean and well run. As locals we Will use this branch again

I use this branch of dominoes quite regularly. this weekend just gone me and the kids, well the kids decided they wanted pizza and as Dominos are advertising on tesco petrol pumps in Blackpool "spend £40 pay £20" thought lets take advantage. This is an online option and no T&Cs on the advert.The online didnt work which i now know is due to i cant order 2 garlic breads???However this is not the issue, when i called the branch i was greeted with what can only be descibed as a teenager with an attitude.After explaining what happened i was met with, im not doing anything as i cant as its online only???I explained that we have had online issues before and they have honoured the deal.No i cant and wont do it youll have to order something else....I hung up and re dialled asking for the manager, who met me with ok ill do it, i mentioned the attitude and conduct of the member of staff he simply replied with.... "ill look into it".I took the coomplaint to HQ, who critised me for ordering incorrectly, which i knew i did....I have since received an email, no apology, and a voucher for a side or desert...I only ordered pizza and have had this to deal with....DONT USE THIS BRANCH.... Pizza hut or any independant would be more than happy giving a great service....

My children were very excited we were finally getting a Subway at this end Town. Service is great, food is excellent, staff are nice, always looks clean. Sit in or there are just a couple of seats outside in fine weather.

Went to subway I normally order a foot long and a drink for a penni normally £5.00 They charged me £3.25 extra on top of my foot long dear sandwich for £8.25

The place was clean and the young man very helpful lovely breakfast roll and coffee spent a relaxing hour eating and reading the papers

Subs were great, service disorganised, and too slow for this chain..................................
