Great bar pub! Great food and atmosphere. Great place to see the game and darts too!

Been there for a drink. Such amazing atmosphere and lovely venue with nice decor. As I was enjoying my drink, couple of people were complaining about their food for late serving. Btw all I had good time and nice drink.

One of the managers Liv just made me the most amazing strawberry daquiri 10/10 would 100% recommend this beautiful bar vibes all round

Came here for a few drinks and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were really friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. The music was right up our street, a good mix of old and new. They have a load of screens showing different sports. The drinks are very reasonable priced. Overall, it was a great place to come and have a few drinks!

Consistently attentive, friendly and proactive service. Good frozen margaritas, the meal was average. We wanted a pub atmosphere and we got it, except that it was too dark to even read the menu. We'll be back in a few days to try a different meal

Trading standards case PENDING...... Myself and 2 friends ordered 3 drinks, 2 bowls of chips and a rice bowl. After 1 hour our drinks were finished and our food was not with us. When we asked about this the waitress told us the food has not been started. This was concerning as the place was empty. We asked for a refund and a scruffy man with awful attitude came over and said we are not allowed a refund and our only option is to wait for our food. Apparently this was the manager Our train was in 30 minutes and that was not an option to wait another 1 hour for food. Luckily we recorded the conversation as proof. The restaurant was very empty, maybe 3 tables were in, and 2 other tables were complaining too. the companies act 1985, Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and trading standards regulations have all been violated in this instance. All we wanted was our money back for the food we did not receive. I contacted the area manager and he has refused to respond. I will urge you all to reconsider eating here, if they done this to us, then how many others can they do this too. As I have gone through all the correct channels, and I'm still being ignored, I have no option but to contact trading standards regarding this issue. Even if the issue was about 20p, I would still take it further. Its a matter of principle. This was by far the worse experience myself and my friends have been subjected to in a hospitality setting. What is even worse is the fact that we provided better customer service to the manager than he did to us. He was sending a young waitress to deal with everything alone while he was sat at the end of the bar. This will not be the last you hear of this cheers. Cheers for the experience!!

Good drinks at fair prices. Open until late also so a good place for a night out. Ideally located as well as it’s near other bars. Would recommend.

Only visited for a drink. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to.i liked the atmosphere inside but I sat out since weather was really good. I don't know if it's a liverpool thing but the beer I ordered was £6? I didn't even order those premium ones. The pub accross priced theirs at £3.

Fabulous array of massive TVs to watch all the different sports. Friendly efficient service albeit we were there when it was quiet. Only downside was that they didnt serve Heineken but the lager I had was fine. Recommended.

Amazing set up with great food and friendly service. Loved the hoagie rolls and humongous portion of chips.

Cute bar just off concert sq, staff very friendly and helpful. Stopped in for food while exploring and they had live music on in the venue which was a welcome surprise. Would be happy to visit again

Came here for a drink on Thursday as it was my daughters birthday. Paid for 2 daiquiris and a larger and lime. Was automatically served by a young unfriendly girl with a pint of larger (wanted a half) and 2 daiquiris which looked pleasant. We sat out side to drink them and sipped our daiquiris at £5 a drink. We couldn’t drink them! Like sour frozen strawberries with no sweetness at all or even a taste of alcohol. I left mine my daughter drank half of hers as it was hot. The pint of larger and lime tasted weird and was cloudy. When my mum went in to change it she spoke to the manger who said it was definitely not right and changed it for a nice clear half of larger (no refund for the other half!) when she asked for lime too the girl who originally served us complained she didn’t know where the lime was, which made us question what the hell she had poured into that first drink! I didn’t think it was possible to make a daiquiri wrong to be honest but you live and learn. Worst drink I’ve ever had - will not be returning. Order a cocktail or larger at your own risk!!

Sunday lunchtime fairly empty but TVs all on and music playing. Would have liked to sit outside but all tables in full sun with no shade. Drinks were fine. We ate the chicken goujons with the hot honey sauce which was very tasty but the garnish of dead rocket was an embarrassment. The "cubes" chips were however very good indeed.

Coole location aber der service ist schlecht. Wir waren 10 min gesessen und keiner hat uns bedient obwohl nicht viel los war. Wir sind dann weg und in ein anderes Restaurant

Went in about 4pm on a monday, sat for 5 mins no acknowledgement from staff re ordering. There was only one other table occupied so not as if was busy. I left.

Only ventured in here to join up with a stag party, I found the drinks very expensive it's popular with a younger customer than myself and the upper floor is a wash with electronic dartboards etc , it's facing the music square and we headed off for some live music before it got too busy 😀

Good quality screens but service is poor. The upstairs bar wasn't staffed and the main bar had one person covering an entire venue, which meant a 20min wait for a drink.

Considering we was the only people eating there the time wait was horrific and the food except from the potato cubes everything else was horrible. But the waitress that was serving us was lovely and made us feel welcome. But would not recommend going there for food

So dissapointing, the venue itself was lovely with great character and decor , however it was very quiet and we had to wait a long time for our drinks and even longer for our food, the food was very very below low standard, we tried to eat what we could as we were all starving but some couldn't even eat more than a mouthful, the waitress serving us was really lovely and friendly. If the food had come out quicker and had been cheaper we probably would have had much lower expectations and wouldn't have been so dissapointed. Sad times huns

Tables are deadly, really not thought out well for a bar situation. Legs on the tables are so sharp I cut my knee and they ripped my leggings. The bar itself is nice just get new tables.

We had an awful viewing experience of the last PL match today as the sound system was broken and they only tested it a few secs before the game started. No one from the staff apologised.

To be honest really disappointed with this new venue as it took me ages to get served ...I know it's at its busiest time on Saturday nights in liverpool but 35 mins to get 2 drinks is disgusting to be honest......think I'm going to have to avoid this bar in the future.....decent music though
