Well what can I say except love this place .... I'll comment abit more too for those coeliac suffers out there; this restaurant could not do enough... Soo provincent and skillfully in all areas, polite and understood the procedures required for my annoying disease. I applause them all from waiter to chefs management and bar staff; everyone. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Had a great time, ambiance was lovely. As I started this review I will end it by saying I loved this place... You need to visit you won't be disappointed But you need to book as it's very popular, understandably. Regards Deborah and Anthony

Best Italian experience! The little place with a huge personality where a friendly and attentive service by Alex and family/ team create a perfect night. A variety of authentic pizza/ pasta and starters complimented by a specials board that is always the option I choose. A lovely atmosphere with food and wine to match. We regularly visit pulchi and love the fresh Italian food. The specials are not just what’s left over and going out of date but instead Alex describes the fresh produce that has been special selected and imported from Italy and why it is so delicious. It’s nearly always incredible. The main menu is also amazing. It’s relatively cheap for the area and better than anywhere else for certain! . It’s only small inside pulchi with 6 or 7 tables so book in advance but you do get an initiate feel of Italy. The best Italian on the Fylde coast for certain! Ps try the burrata starter if it’s on - oh my god!!

It’s been quite some time since our last visit and hopefully it won’t be too long before our next. There is always a great atmosphere and the food doesn’t disappoint we all had pizzas with side salad the menu is short as is the drinks list there are some nice specials the service is excellent and can seem a little hurried but the food speaks for itself delicious.

Great little restaurant with a great feel about it. Food was very good. Service was extremely attentive and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit for some authentic and rustic Italian dishes. Whitebait with aoli to start alongside garlic bread with mozza, spicy sausage pasta and a pizza for mains. Can’t argue with the prices.

Yep, boss little place this! We went on a Friday evening. Its small and extremely busy but the atmosphere is fantastic. The food is outstanding, I had the garlic bread with red onion and chilli and the 'Pulci' pizza, both fantastic. Given how busy it is, the service is unbelievable: super friendly and super fast. You are well looked after! The standout point for me was when the bill arrived. I was expecting a much higher bottom line than what it was! . Excellent value all round. We will definately be coming again! If you are in the area you must give them a try! Quick word of advice though, reserve a table in advance, this place packs out quick! 10/10, no complaints!!

Absolutely ridiculous😡 booked a table few weeks before the day of coming, when I arrived there they did not have the table booked. The only thing I heard from the workers was sorry not much of a help after looking forward to a good night out with friends. We are not from poulton so it took us 30 min to arrive there on Saturday night.

We booked a table 4 weeks in advanced, when we arived the lady checked the booking list and let us know that they don't have our booking. Was Saturday night, we came out of Poulton and were leaving just like that. They didnt even offer any solutions of this situation just said they have another customers waiting for tables. Absolutely disappointing.

A special place. The setting is a bit cramped and nothing fancy but the quality of the food is exceptional. Book well in advance!

Fantastic food and great host's, excellent quality food served piping hot, more traditional Italian fair here,with lots of different dishes... super tasty.

I cannot believe this place has been open for 10 years and I never even knew about it, hands-down one of the most amazing Italians I have ever been too, the food was so fresh and tasty, the staff are amazing and so so friendly and I cannot wait to go again !

This was our first night out since moving here last September. We love vegetarian Italian so was so pleased to get booked in here after reading other reviews. The service was excellent, even replaced my spoon without a prompt ! Most restaurants always loose points for me on little details such as this. My husband had pizza and said it was really tasty, I chose the vegetarian specials pasta dish which was really lovely. It’s small and cosy, but felt ok in current covid climate. Will definitely be visiting again, maybe with a friend who is coming to stay in a couple of weeks.

Can’t fault a single thing from the service, atmosphere to the food. Here on holiday and came across this little gem of an eatery. Owner and staff were superb and the food was mouthwatering fantastic! ( believe me I’m a fussy eater ). Highly Highly recommend, only wish I could pick up the place and take it home with me.

It's hard to get a table at Pulci, and it's not just because it's small. A lot of people have found this gem of a restaurant, it's both homely and exclusive - unique to this area. It's the only Italian restaurant I ever want to go to!

We ate here for the first time last night and can't wait to go back. The food was wonderful - (try the whitebait - it's amazing) and the desserts were just mouthwatering. The service was exceptional and the manager went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our evening. We also loved the fun, friendly and lively atmosphere! Can't say enough great things about this restaurant.

I'v eaten in a couple of times in the past and last night ordered a takeaway. I was NOT disappointed! Hot when I got home and tasty as I expected. We ordered the sweet pizza for pudding (kids made me do it) and the ice cream even came in a little pot on the side. The service is always great and friendly and when collecting they seemed confidently on top of the COVID situation. Looking forward to the next visit.

I had been told amazing things about Pulci Pizza and how great their pizza was, however my pizza I received was mediocre at best. I ordered the Pulci Gourmet Pizza to take away but although the base was of good quality the cheese and toppings (chopped bacon and mince beef available in any standard pizza and chicken takeaway restaurant.) This pizza was far from gourmet. It may be a one off but due to how much I was looking forward to this pizza I feel it only right to mention my experience.

Great food and fantastic service.

A group of 4 of us went last Saturday. We were greeted with a smile and very warm hospitality. Its only a little place but - WOW I can understand why its so busy and you need to book in advance.So betwen 4 of us, we have a selction of starters - I tried Calamari for the first time it was delicious - the girls said I was spoilt as it was so good. For our main meals I had a delicious pizza and the girls enjoyed some pasta dishes. We all really enjoyed our meal and drinks.The service was brilliant, friendly, attentive - it is a 2nd generation Italian family that runs it many receipes are "grandmas"The prices are reasonable and a great selection on the menu.

Went for a meal last night with my partner we both got pizzas and I can honestly say this was the best pizza I’ve ever had. Generous with the toppings which is big thumbs up and was so full of flavour. It’s not expensive at all as well for the quality you get you can’t go wrong! Service was 10/10 can of recommend enough! If you’ve never had a pizza from here get one it’ll change your life!

Wow! Just Wow! We wanted Italian, boy did we get Italian! Cozy little Restaurant on the high street, the food was just out of this world and the hardworking staff were so friendly and attentive! If you’re visiting Poulton then you MUST visit this gorgeous little restaurant (also do takeaways) The manager should be so proud of his establishment! 100% the best Italian I’ve ever had! I had Baked Mushrooms in a tomato & cheese sauce and my fella had Whitebait. That blew us away at how delicious it was, then along came the mains.I had to traditional Spaghetti Bolognaise as I’ve not had it for years and thought where better? The fella had a Pasta Special of Spicy Italian Sausage and he didn’t actually speak the whole way through apart from “mmmmmmm” heehee.The service was impeccable We visit Poulton a lot and will DEFO be back

This is one of the best little Italian restaurants I've tried. It's quite hard to get in as it's not a huge place, but if you book then you'll be very pleased. The staff are great,the food is excellent and the manager ever will change things on the menu, I basically created my own pasta dish. Awesome 👍🏻

Long wait even with a booking and food was average

Visited pulci pizza tonight as a family of 4 for my daughters 18th after reading other fantastic reviews. What a fabulous little place. Lovely cosy atmosphere, staff very welcoming and the food was divine. Only downside is we hVe to return to our home town of Leeds tomorrow after a short break away so won't be back anytime soon . Lucky to get a table and highly recommend to anyone wanting some ahthe Italian food.

Only tiny so it's advisable to book a table but for quality and service it's unbeatable. We enjoyed great food and wine at sensible prices served promptly and with a smile. The boss has hidden depths, too. He's an Egyptologist - a fascinating dude!!

No matter who we visit with or what we have from the menu the food is excellent and is matched by super staff with top friendly service. Well done to all the team there

I visit Pulchi Pizza several times a year. It is alway so good. Food is amazing, service is great the atmosphere is lovely and busy. A perfect Italian restaurant. Can’t wait till my next visit. X

We were recommended to go to this pizza restaurant and followed it up with a visit the next evening...we were not disappointed.. the food was excellent, plenty of it, and well presented, the house wine should be tasted, it complimented the food, the service was excellent, the waiters very attentive and noticed when your glass was getting low, and came to top it up.. thank you Alex,and co workers. Adrian and I will be back.

Pulci’s is a great restaurant serving authentic Italian food. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals there! If you’re visiting Poulton, I would certainly eat here. It’s a fairly small restaurant so booking in advance would be advised. There are other Italian restaurants in Poulton but this one was the best in my opinion. Great service too!

What a little gem Pulci Pizza Is. A warm welcome greets you no matter how busy the restaurant Is and that’s usually ALWAYS. The owners and their staff are just fantastic, always very polite and explains the menus fully.

Fave restaurant on the Fylde coast, best Italian and best pizzas and ran by the best owner. Yes you can tell we love it here just wish it was closer

This place is so popular and is a small venue so best to book to ensure you can eat there. Service is excellent.

I regularly come here with my partner and we regularly get takeaway too. I’ve got coeliacs diseases and they are so helpful with me unlike other places I’ve been and overall and amazing experience

The caprese salad was not as good as usual and the service was down a notch as well. Our server brought me white wine when I ordered tap water; on correcting it he brought bottled water instead of tap. My wife's main course was wrong as he had not brought the gluten free pasta she ordered. So we had to wait until the replacement order was prepared.

Pulci never ever disappoints! We visited on Friday evening and had the most amazing time! I’d booked a few weeks ago as it is still as popular as ever...and for good reason!!! The food and the service is exceptional...the atmosphere is fabulous...and it has such Italian authenticity!!! We love coming here and are so lucky to have it on our doorstep! All four of us enjoyed every course...we had an array of dishes between us and all were superb!!! Thank you for such a wonderful evening and we will see you soon!!

.........The less I’m liking this place now. What has seemed a fun genuine Italian bistro vibe is now staring to feel like ‘give us yer money’. We’ve always recognised that this tiny place has ‘sittings’, it has to in order to make money but it now feels rushed and as if all they want is to have you eat and go. Even the offer of post meal coffee, if actually offered, is cursory. Last twice we’ve been there was no time left between courses just bam bam bam one straight after the other and despite saying we would wait for dessert server after server asked us what we wanted until we just gave in and ordered. We don’t linger and are pretty quick eaters so this was really noticeable to us. We were just two people and it looked like it may have been slower where there were 4 or more. Also this time I tried a special, an egg free pasta, supposed to be lighter than normal sadly it was dense and chewy. Any place can have an off night but on the special it’s disappointing. Out celebrating soon and will give Pulci a miss this time and for a while and then try again to see how things are. Funny but good things often go off the boil after a while, be sad if this happens here.

We were staying in the Breck apartments across the road. Decided to get a take away, as the restaurant was very busy. Ordered starters, bread , pizzas and pastas for 4 - all for £50! Food was amazing!! Would highly recommend!!

Last minute choice and what a choice. What the premise lacked in size it made up for it with service, atmosphere and food. Serving authentic Italian food which is to die for. All at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back.

Pasta dishes are cheap but poor quality taste. Waited 30 minutes to be seated despite having a booking and arriving on time. Would have rather went somewhere else and paid more for better service and quality
