collection, got a message saying it was ready and it wasn't ready for another 15 mins. then when I got it, it was stone cold

delivery was spot on, food was stone cold like it came straight out a freezer, not toasted and warmed as should be, like the severalones ive ever eaten from numeroussubways. I'll take it that whomever made this clearly isn't a morning person and couldn't be bothered. overall let down from a subway I've used since opening. it'll be awhile till I bother ordering from here again.

Small gang of us had a brilliant time here, wonderful staff, lovely setting, great crowd, loads of drinks to choose from. Highly recommend.

Another visit to Sweeps did not disappoint, I took all the family . Great food , great service in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I really don’t know why a bother trying out other local eateries , they are never as good as the Sweeps experience and we always end up going back there .

Called in whilst passing for lunch, we hadn't prebooked but we were shown to a table swiftly, amazing food and great service, we will definitely be back 👍

Visited many times and always a pleasant experience with the menu changing with the seasons. Today was the hottest day of the year with most sat outside enjoying the sun. Young, old, motorcyclists, cyclists, dog owners and the odd classic car. Oh, nearly forgot my sourdough bread with smashed avocado, bacon and poached eggs was superb.

I visited here with colleagues for a mid-week evening meal. There are some great deals on such as early bird where you get three courses for £16.95. I opted for that as the options I was going to get for starter and main were on there anyway and it worked out cheaper to do that than order them from the main menu (plus I got dessert in the early bird price too!) Starter of fried halloumi was really nicely cooked and a perfect sized portion. My colleague had calamari but they felt it was a bit soggy for their liking. For main I had penne dolca vita which was really tasty, It was nicely cooked, had a decent kick and flavour and was suitably portioned. Dessert I had ice-cream which was fine. Overall we had a good evening here and the food was a standard expected of a good Italian restaurant. Service was friendly and generally efficient. Would recommend for a good value Italian meal

An Excellent venue for having a relaxed lunch. It is our new go to eatery. Well worth a visit though ring before travelling far to reserve a table.

Had a lovely set menu meal for two. Chicken & sweetcorn soup, small combination tray, sweet & sour chicken, beef in black bean & rice. All tasted good was lovely. Drinks good. Nice atmosphere & setting. Prices really good too. If I had to be negative I would just say staff are all miserable not very friendly at all.

Top bar with a great atmosphere, range of beers and gins etc., the food is good, reasonably priced with choices of sharing or large portions, always hot and fresh, prepared upstairs in small kitchen. Can get a little crowded has it's not that big, but that contributes to the atmosphere and quaintness of the interior.

Lovely venue with excellent fare served by friendly staff. Really enjoyed 'paint a pot' with the delightful Hayley afterwards too.

Waited 30 mins to order when only 3 other couples in the restaurant. Food then took an hour to arrive and when arrived was so disappointing. Waitress did her best , our fourth time but will certainly be our last !

We had lunch here today and once again it was really good. We do tend to support this local business and it’s not unusual for us to be in here two or three times per month. Food is always very good, tasty and freshly cooked.
