Subway - Burscough Ringtail Retail Park in West Lancashire

Visited this Subway on a number of occasions and it is always very slow. Staff are friendly and do the best they can, but they need more staff on a Saturday afternoon. 2 members of staff with one of them tied up with delivery orders means a 15-20min wait for your food.

delivery was spot on, food was stone cold like it came straight out a freezer, not toasted and warmed as should be, like the severalones ive ever eaten from numeroussubways. I'll take it that whomever made this clearly isn't a morning person and couldn't be bothered. overall let down from a subway I've used since opening. it'll be awhile till I bother ordering from here again.

Both sandwiches were wrong mixed up both. Rang the restaurant multiple times and no answer. Had to then drive to the site to get it fixed and even then no apology just said they were too busy to answer the phone and said she’d make a new one.

I’m a type 1 diabetic and I ordered a Diet Coke, I got a normal Coke. Other than that everything else was fine

Courier was so pleasant and polite

Food arrived late and cold. Drinks were warm.

Food was going to be over an hour when ordering, then the delivery time dropped dramatically by 40 minutes or so! Great service and delicious big breakfast sub meal deals as per usual!! 😋

Subway is the same everywhere you go, great sandwiches and also try the foot long cookie and ginger bread.

The sandwich came practically inedible and was in an absolute state the wrong crisps where delivered

I had to go to the restaurant to collect the order myself

Ordered on the app, came in 10 mins after the collection time, and they had not even started it, no urgency and no apology. Finally, ready 40 mins after ordering and the order is wrong.

This place is all run by a young man called Dan, he’s always friendly and always greets everyone with a smile! He’s a hard worker and definitely knows how make a very long que, into a smaller one! Not a great worker but a brilliant one!

No cheese on any of the order despite being ‘cheese based meals’ Bacon and Cheese stack with no cheese for example

Took 15 minutes longer than expected. FOR COLLECTION. When I got home half of the food was undercooked,

I had to wait 1hr30 for my food to arrive when it's only a 5 minute drive away. food has arrived and is very cold and missing toppings. the dipper came without a sauce to dip in. this is not acceptable!!

Dirty tables and floor needed cleaning. I had to clean a table before we could sit down. Do the younger generation not think for themselves. Service at counter for coffee was ok

It's a subway there all very much the same. Service was excellent at this one

Thin lips wasn't quite ready for me just like when we kissed a year ago, also gave me vegan cookies (was that intentional).

One sandwich had cheese on when it should not have, I understand it's a busy time. Just wanted to complain a bit, not the end of the world.

Standard subway food- took about 15 mins it’s to get served. Staff were all about 17 but worked well, just seemed like it needed one more person serving

Items missing it happens all the time and everything else is always great it’s so frustrating

paid extra for a footling pepperoni slice as a side and get given the pepperoni and cheese footling wrap. not happy

Dreadful. Food wrong, service shocking. Sandwich missing bits. Just hard to believe someone can mess up a sandwich order that badly. Easily the worst subway I’ve been to and I’ve tried this one a few times

A surprisingly good experience today as normally I’m disappointed by subway, food was well prepared and presented, drink was cold, all items were available and delivered. Keep it up!!

Order didn’t arrive. Saw driver on street, went downstairs to meet them - waited and they’d left without dropping off the order & setting the order to delivered. Now got to deal with trying to get a refund.

I am really not happy with the driver that delivered my order. He rang me from outside and asked me to go downstairs to collect it rather than coming up to my first floor flat. I told him the code to get into the building and to my flat door, he told me to come down and get it. I asked could he come up. He said “no I’m not allowed”. I said I couldn’t come down due to back problems at the moment, then asked him why he couldn’t come up, to which he replied “oh ok I’ll come up then”. I am not happy

Order came over and hour and a half late after I had cancelled it so I refused it and yet it still says delivered on the order progress page. Awful service especially when the restaurant had told me the food had been sat ready for over an hour before the driver collected it.

No eggs on the breakfast sub too much sausage I threw it in the bin I didn’t order lettuce on my salad but there is loads of it which I do t want there is also some brown stuff on the top of it which put me off straight away All I had for £20.59 was 2 drinks This is not acceptable

Exactly as I ordered and food still hot. Packaging also keeps the sandwich together and is recyclable.

Writing on the box what the contents are would be preferable. Otherwise someone has to handle others food and it's not hygienic.

We had to pick it up ourselves. We ordered it way in advance to be delivered at a set time but at the time it was supposed to be delivered, the driver still hadn't been assigned. We called the store and they didnt know where the driver was either.

Food was freezing driver couldn’t find my house despite he had my address and he was late

The food was hot and tasty and was delivered quickly. However i do think having to pay 2.50 delivery charge when already having spent £20 on sandwiches is daylight robbery. And its a bit cheeky charging for a "service charge" for food thats being delivered. That is usually reserved for places that have waitress service. Which subway doesnt have, you are paid to stand behind a counter

Cold food. Driver just said it was not my fault.

Requested a chicken and bacon wrap with extra cheese and extra meat but there was no cheese at all and there was 100% no extra meat. Usually they are on point but really disappointed and waste of money

Food was very nice, arrived in good time. Appreciated that they called letting me know something I ordered wasn’t available and got an alternative. Everything arrived that we ordered Much better service than the ones in Ormskirk

2 hours to have it delivered I actually went and collected my order and the restrduant sent drinks with the driver so I didn’t have to pay again absolute joke on just eats behalf 2 hours for a subway rediculous

wrong sandwiches sent. one off the sandwiches had that much Sause on the sandwich was just slime and pulp. I called the restaurant and was told that I was wrong, and she made the sandwich told her I will take picture and send it. She then told me to drop the sandwiches up and the driver will deliver a new order asap. That was two hours ago and still nothing. Basically just lied to get me off the phone. really bad customer service. She then told me that the sandwich was perfect when she boxed it up and the driver must have damaged the sandwiches, how low to try and blame the driver for poor quality. For the driver to damage the sandwich he would have to open the box unwrap the sub break it up then rewrap the sandwich and re-box. Shocked and disgusted in the customer service of the Burscough subway. I would like a full refund
