Driver didn’t come so didn’t get food

Order wasn’t correct , portions small for price , hardly any meat in tacos and boritos

Most of the food was wrong - quite disappointing

We ordered a burrito, a rice bowl, fries, churros and a waffle. Rice bowl was the best, but lacked flavour. Far too much rice for the meagre portion of chilli. Burrito was edible, but again lacked any real flavour. Fries were coated in brown sugar! Didn’t offer the ‘Mexican heat’ advertised. Deserts were disgusting. Churros we’re undercooked and slimy and the waffle was too hard to bite into due to somehow being charred to cinders. Overall, very poor and wouldn’t recommended.

We went for bottomless brunch, amazing service, great selection of cocktails, and included prosecco too. Food was lovely.

All the food was lovely apart from Chilli cheese Nachos which didnt have chilli on them and tiny bit of cheese sauce which is dissapointing

We normally love Cabo and the food previously is always great. But tonight portions were a lot smaller than before . Also my loaded nachos had no chicken tinga on at all!

I ordered chorizo sausage and they didn’t deliver me chorizo sausage they gave me an extra calamari? Disappointed.

Not the drivers fault that it was late. Probably just the availability of drivers in the area.

After an issue with our delivery, caused by Just Eat, not Cabo, we received our order and thoroughly enjoyed it, as always. Jack at Cabo was exceptional at dealing with the issue with Just Eat and provided great service. Food was hot and tasty and we will order again.

We went on Saturday for bottomless brunch and it was brilliant could not fault anything. Jack ensured we was never waiting for drinks and provided excellent service. Shame to see it not as busy as it could be due to bottomless brunch being local and not having to travel into Liverpool. We tried various cocktails and all were delicious. Thank you

No issues with the delivery, the restaurant keeper is all waiting for nearly 1hr. Poor quality food and not value for money

Wow what a load of rubbish the burritos are around 5cm long by the time the ends are stuffed in hardly any filling and when you put what extra fillings you want you do not get aswell as sauce don't pick any as you won't get any, same with adding fries for over £5 you will get 6 cheep tortilla chips thrown in instead , I was absolutely socked at thos meal,was looking for somewhere new and delicious to order from definitely wont be ordering again,was promised a refund but still not heard back,and the promise of free sides and drinks when I order again this will not be happing as I wouldn't chance another order with them totally let down

Large piece of glass in the burrito that has sliced my partners gum. Disgusting customer service. Blamed the driver and said they have no glass on the premises! (Such a ridiculous statement and, when called out, then admitted that they do infact have glass items on site). Remaining food and glass kept. Have reported to the FSA and will be taking legal action, especially due to the dismissive behaviour regarding such a severe safety issue. Such a shame, as we have always enjoyed their food previously and wanted a treat tonight!

Saturday order so I was expecting a delay

Absolute rubbish! The portion size is pathetic! Disappointing.

Food was freezing. Delivery driver took 10 minutes to deliver so didn’t take long. However delivery time kept getting put back. Almost an hour longer than original delivery estimate. Looks like it got made on time and then sat in a back for 90 minutes after being cooked. Food was cold. Chips were freezing cold. Entire meal got binned. £30 down the drain. First time we ordered it was good but not impressed this time round. Won’t be trying it again. Sorry. Really bad experience.

Delivered us the wrong chips, they were cold and soggy, rice, and tacos were nice, nachos were rubbish, burrito was soggy and bland. However rice and taco was good, good delivery time also.

Order should have been here it 7.55 but only arrive at 8:45 the food that arrived was luke warm at best. Very unsatisfied and will not order again

First time ordering from Cabo, and definitely won’t be the last! Burrito was very tasty and the wide variety of fillings to choose from is ace. Fries were flavourful with the Mexican seasoning. Calamari was a little chewy but not surprised when I’m not sat in a restaurant. The finale, Mexican Waffle. My oh my was that delicious. ETA for the food was 50-60 minutes and turned up bang on time. Overall 8.5/10. Would definitely recommend!!

Burrito was really tasty would purchase again. But the salt and pepper chips were dry.

Only ordered 2 things and 1 item was wrong. Burrito was just alright & they sent normal chips when i’d payed for salt n pepper.

Arrived in good time but the food was cold and the chicken was slimy, I couldn’t eat it because we weren’t sure it was safe to eat. The chips were nice but a bit salty.

If the service anything to go by they won't have many customers we certainly won't be going back waited an hour for food they were sorting all the just eat orders out before customers in there only when we asked that the food turned up straight away poor poor service

Went for a bottomless brunch, the food was excellent and had a choice of cocktails where we made our way through each one was so good, would highly recommend this for a bottomless brunch

Food lovely but Missing items again.

Food was cold, tiny portions and horrible value for money. Also messed up our order, putting the wrong meat in our tacos. Spent over £30 on a few cold tiny tacos with a sad portion of cold dry nachos. Will not recommend.

Food is excellent don’t get me wrong! Burrito was absolutely smashing 10/10 however i paid £5.95 for salt and pepper fries and received plain fries. I am aware these things do happen, just a shame really. Wouldn’t stop me ordering again however due to to good quality of the food. I also spoke to someone over the phone and they dealt with it in a professional manner and said they’d sort a free desert with my next order!

Great food overall especially the plantains 😋 only reason of a 4/5 nachos needed more sauce. Other than that nom nom!

I was unfortunately very disappointed with my food especially with this being my first time ordering here. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and chilli cheese nachos. I was disappointed with the tacos as there was far too much salsa and very little cheese and chicken, as a result all I could taste was salsa. I was also disappointed to see the chilli cheese nachos did not contain any beef as this menu item usually contains meat. Overall I was unfortunately disappointed with the food.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I get a rice bowl which is so tasty! Definitely worth going here. Fresh and tasty food, plus the customer service has always been fantastic with great communication. (Ashleigh & Rebecca are lovely!) Thanks again. Will be back in no time at all!

We ordered the 3 tacos, calamari & a portion of nachos. Portion sizes were very small, was all cold and the calamari was inedible, really poor quality. Very disappointing meal.

Very disappointing experience! Ordered on Deliveroo, spoke to the staff a few times regarding order who were lovely! Was super excited for my food to arrive (£60 order) - was treating us to a feast tonight! Watched the food being prepared on Deliveroo, was waiting for it to be delivered an hour after ordering when I received a phone call saying I wouldn’t be getting my order as the restaurant is now closed (as are all other restaurants) and no driver had been to collect it?!? Such a let down!! If you can’t rely on Deliveroo to send drivers you should definitely explore other delivery options… really disappointed I had to wait an hour to be told I wouldn’t be getting any food. Could of ordered elsewhere if I was made aware of this sooner! (This is not a 1-star against the food - I’m sure it would of been delicious if I’d got it!) Think you guys could of handled it better by phoning and letting me know sooner so I could sort something else for tea.

Ordered a burrito it was okayish but mainly rice with just a bit of shredded chicken. Wouldn’t recommend or order again. Shame a similar place in Manchester is amazing.

Great range of veggie/vegan options, generous portion sizes, and absolutely delicious. Delivered quickly and piping hot. Liked that the packaging was recyclable. Will be ordering again!

DO NOT USE TAKEAWAY SERVICE. Absolute rip off paid £23, £8 burrito was delivered as a tiny wrap with one piece of chicken inside. Disgusting and will never use again. Also clearly not answering the phone to us following delivery.

Delivered early great service great food.

Delicious & filling food with great range of Mexican and other beers. My partner was not convinced the plantain was plantain (maybe fried banana?) but it was lovely, and I'm a fan of the chorizo in honey. Very friendly staff & a nice cheerful atmosphere which doesn't take itself too seriously. We sat on the sun terrace, there are also a couple of tables with swing seats which is fun if you're out with friends. Would return!

I was so excited to order from here however the quality and quantity was absolutely appalling. Really sad to say that we won’t be ordering again.

I'd like to request a refund please. The food was really dried out, poor quality and tiny portions. The wrap was nearly empty woth stale tortilla chips and the `loaded` fries were not loaded at all. Its not good value at all. I won't be ordering from here again. So disappointing, for £40+ it's bad value.

Food is very much over priced for the portion size, portion sizes are more like I've just ordered of a children's menu. I mean an extra £4.50 to make it large, didn't notice a difference between the two sizes apart from packing more salad in. Pork burrito lacked actual pork, only half the burrito actually had pork in it. Crispy chicken burrito again lacked chicken, only a few pieces. As for the fries, we'll what can I say other than what a rip off! Small portions shockingly small with a drizzle of cheese sauce (from aldi) On top of this guess what food, was stone cold none of it was even warm

Was really excited for this, the tacos had nice flavour but the portions are so small for the price. Everything arrived cold and the mexican nachos are honestly some of the worst I have ever eaten. So small! Minimal salsa, guacamole and sour cream and stone cold. Considering the nachos are £5.95 it was incredibly disappointing.

The food from Cabo wasn’t great on this order, I have ordered before and not been let down, although this occasion may have just been a bad day as the food wasn’t great, portion sizes are tiny compared to the price and everything was just thrown together.

Came across this gorgeous place whilst walking round Ormskirk. On arrival staff were so friendly and cocktails were lovely and a good price. We ordered a burrito for myself and my daughter had a rice salad bowl which was delicious. Well worth a visit will definitely go again.

We ordered last week and it was really lovely this week, the tacos were freezing. One taco had filling, one taco contained hardly any chicken. The chilli fries are not worth the money you get the smallest portion with some cheese sauce and a few jalapeños. The chicken tenders however were lovely but yeh the portions are small

Lovely food - bit expensive for what you get

We turned up when our order said it was ready to collect, told the bartender who asked the chef if it was ready. Chef said in full view of us "nah haven't started it yet". Bearing in mind there was not a single customer in the restaurant when we arrived, apart from a few people having drinks outside. Was told the food would be 5 minutes. Went outside for 5 minutes and came back in to wait by the bar. At this point a few groups had come in to order drinks. We were left standing there (in full view of the chef who kept looking at us and the bartender) for 40 minutes. Until they asked if anyone had ordered something else for collection. I told them we had been waiting for 40 minutes and was told "oh okay" by the bartender before she walked away from us. No apology at all. Then the chef brought the food out because it had been sitting there the whole time. Not a word to us. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a takeaway/restaurant. The food was completely cold obviously and my friend paid £4.50 extra for a large wrap (ridiculous anyway) and was given a medium. Thought the food was pretty good last time we visited but will not be returning after the way we were treated this time. Shocking service.

Nice burrito, but didn’t have any cheese, black beans or roasted peppers that I had asked for. Delivery started with 7:20, then changed 3 times .

Ordered a burrito. Was stone cold on arrival and the filling had gone everywhere due to it not being wrapped in foil like usual.

Food was ok and was served in a cardboard tub with a wooden fork. I didn't find the portion sizes very big and it didn't seem like value for money, Mexican food is served here

I enormously enjoyed cocktails at this chic and cosy cafe. Food looked delicious - steady stream of food delivery reps coming in to feed hungry, if lazy, diners. Top draw Zombie. And, again, cocktails were incredible. 😂😂😂😂
