Under cooked pie and cold pasties one warm and hard one perfect service very slow baker to concerned with check list still produced under cooked pies

Not very pleasant Needs to be more "on the ball" re cleaning tables.

Great pub, food was good and the service was great, lovely staff 😀

Terrible food. Cesar sald seemed to be half a bag of pre chopped lettuce, supermarket dressing, barely there bacon and soggy left over baguette croutons. Chicken charged extra on a £12.50 dish. Skinny weitd coloured 'Cumberland' sausage. First and last visit

We came here yesterday evening as a party of 10 people to celebrate my mum‘s 83rd birthday. Some of some of the party ordered off the menu and some had the carvery. All the food as usual was delicious and and served promptly, despite the pub being very busy and was also very reasonable price wise. I’ve been coming here for quite awhile now and would definitely recommend The Grapes to anyone well done guys!

Been here many times and the food is always good and served in good time. The staff are friendly and attentive. Never had a problem. If i did i would tell them rather than be a negative keyboard warrior. Businesses need supporting these days as its getting harder and harder to make a living.

Has over time had loyal customer base who enjoyed excellent available beverages throughout the day or [evening, convivial and positive in friendly atmosphere], all are always welcome to taste the fayre [drinkx] spring: it would seem prices for drinks have risen, in a sluggish economy with low consumer spending/changes customers are going to be reluctant to visit and spend, such a shame when loyal regulars had pushed to promote this establishment, ?

Food was amazing,staff could not do enough for us .the plates of food were huge and the peppercorn sauce was 10/10.we will most certainly be coming back soon

Placed an order for delivery, PayPal payment went through to OrderYoYo Ltd. 2 hrs later no delivery and the phone hangs up when you call. Tried contacting IrderYoYo Ltd and got a BOT who couldn't help re a refund. I can't go to collect my order as chemotherapy has impacted my mobility. Is Fantastic Walmsley Rd still in business?

I stayed the night here. I’m local and know the area. I’m disabled but unless you know the signs not visible. I have also trained and delivered the highest customer services for our flag carrier airline and others. The customer service from Lauren and Gemma went the extra mile plus! Would I stay here again? Sign me up!!

My family and I go to the black horse a lot because of the offers that the app has. Honestly, you need the app it's absolutely amazing and saves you so much money. Because we do go quite often we have come to know the staff quite well. And whilst some of them need some lessons in smiling and having manners. There's a man, I think the owner who sits at a perfectly good table that could be used and he just watches his staff and customers. We have on occasion heard him shouting at staff too. Which is unprofessional and inappropriate to say the least. There's also a female member of staff that constantly has an attitude and will refuse to smile no matter what. However that been said there are some new faces lately and they have been so polite and have gone above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I was overcharged for my drink and meal, this was handled quickly and efficiently by a very helpful member of staff. Unfortunately, I don't know his name but he wears glasses and always has a smile for the customers. On Friday, the wait on food was a while, which we didn't mind. The food was actually served quite fast and was delicious. But my dessert was a while after my auntie's so we had to ask a member of staff. Ste, I think his name was came over to apologise for the lateness of my dessert, he was extremely polite, professional and friendly. My family and I go that often I think we've tried every item on the menu. We have noticed a better quality of food especially in presentation. There has been a change in their menu recently and whilst I understand this is a franchise, I was disappointed to see that there's not much choice for pasta dishes. The mac n cheese is very good though. Overall, myself and family still come here to enjoy food. Most of the staff are amazing friendly and helpful. The food is to a great standard and with the app you are always guaranteed a treat.
