Fantastico (under new management) in St. Helens

The Pizza here used to be really good but now it's just mushy and tastes like Baked Beans 🤢

Ideal place to go if you got hours to kill ... shop was empty .. ordered 2 kebabs and chips with garlic bread with cheese ... was like watching an episode of laurel and hardy .. most definatley won't be going again .. them cutting the kebab meat was a joke ...

Excellent. The only negative is that they consistently deliver too early!

Only one sentence can describe my meal. Absolute slop!! Picked up a collection meal. Pepperoni Pizza! Arrive home, upon eating my first slice, all the toppings fell off! Absolute complete slop. Please avoid the experience I had!!

Best pizza you'll ever have , fantastic burger. BUT the fries are absolutely disgusting! tasted like warm ups and expensive for the small portion received considering I paid for large ! DONT WASTE MONEY ON FRIES

Chips where too dark , rather eat a soggy moggy and not even descent

Ordered a pizza described as spicey beef with chill, turned up as chicken tandoori of some sort no chilies rang up and was told that’s how it comes.

Was so tasty! Meaty pizza was so thick and full and very hot on collection! Staff are so lovely here!

The food was nice, was warm on arrival. Ordered a large garlic bread with cheese but only got a medium delivered with the two other medium sized pizzas we ordered.

Unfortunately this place has really gone down hill since it’s been under new management the past few months…The pizza’s used to be hand made and fresh, made by Italian people, now they are just like any other local cheap takeaway, substandard to say the least. The dough was like cardboard tonight and the fries were greasy. Not the local gem this place used to be anymore unfortunately..

Have used fantastic for years no complaints…last 3 times have had to wait well over expected delivery then food has been cold.

Not as good as it usually is. OK but used to be the best! Naan for the kebab was much smaller so hard to eat and the pizza base was more doughy. Delivery was late. Not bad but gutted as we usually order weekly and its not the same.

Placed order direct with Fantastico Never arrived ,so tried to ring Several times no answer 1hour 45 mins later still nothing So I drove to the takeaway they were just doing some of my order I explained and she said oh it’s ready now ?? So instead of delivery I end up collecting it However the pizza was in the just eat bag for delivery and must of been there for some time Pizza was freezing cold , soggy and was sagging in the box and that’s before I got it home Doner meat was just awful Won’t be going back

Quite a terrible experience. I needed to repeat the order 3 times over the phone, and even after all that, we weren't given what we ordered. The pizza themselves were overpriced as it is, with limited options and no particular quality. For the prices they ask, you'd be better ordering from Domino's.

Food arrived freezing cold, absolutely disgusting, trying to get a refund from Deliveroo, save your money my food went in the bin.

Lovely lady working there was having issues with the gas supply and told me the shop was closed until the issue was rectified. However, when I said it was for my son's birthday she immediately took the order and pulled out all the stops for us. Great service and lovely pizzas - thanks, for making my son's birthday 👌

I really like this shop, easy to locate staff are very friendly, alway have a smile on their face. The pizza from here in my opinion is better than Domino's or Pizza Hut.

Tried to palm it off on me dog but not even he was interested....

Pizza was delicious and customer service was very polite and welcoming.

I order from here all the time when I ring they know just who I am now I'll be going there Christmas party soon lol but no on the phone they are lovely everytime I call to order I have never had a problem with them and the dirleavry man that comes oh hes like our friend even if we see him out and about he always says hello to us even in Asda when we are shopping we get a hello there a lovely shop and the food is to die for and the fish omg it's big but over all I would say try it you will not look back

The most polite and friendly staff! Chips can be a bit hit and miss, but fish is always excellent and this is my first choice for pizza takeaway.

Food was ok, very small portion size. Was put off by the group of teenagers hanging around inside and out, and the discarded food on floor. When I asked if accepted card payment lady was abrupt saying you have cash in your hand. Will give it another go as it may be a one off.

Food took nearly 2hours when it finally arrived pizza was burnt with long black hairs in the cheese battered sausage was raw in the middle I rang for a refund and got a gobfull of a woman tried ringing back and they answered but did not speak this place needs shutting down

Great food great service lovely people. Just one suggestion more choice for calzones when ordering online ... ham and pineapple with extra cheese would be an amazing calzone.

Poor service, over an hour late, heavily salted food, rude staff member, who argued with me, didn't give me much information/help and overcharged me. Was also rude to the child I was with.

Authentic Italian pizza made by a pizza chef who trained in Italy, and you really can taste the difference. I'll never be happy with a factory produced pizza again. Fantastico has no close competitors on the high street as far as Im concerned. Excellent service. Excellent food. I might just as well have been back in Trieste.

Stopped off tonight on my way home from work on a Saturday..... Service was Surly to say the least & the food ranks as one of the worst takeaways ive ever had. I will never patronise this place ever again..... Avoid at all costs

Ordered a meal tonight at about 6:15 turned up at 9:00pm was not impressed with the service phoned twice apparently the food was with the driver !! Very poor service tonight my missis paid you when you eventually turned up after I had cancelled the order, not impressed with you or her an absolute joke should not be on any internet app site if you can't deliver, haven't a clue what it tasted like as I'd gone through the hunger stage and seeing as it had been in a car for two hours I thought I'm not risking eating that, get a grip guys your running business with food involved not non perishable goods !
