Pizza Hut Delivery in St. Helens

i went on a wednesday when it first opened and it was lovely but a bit quiet! my friend and i both had the buffet which was great value as you get unlimited, freshly cooked pizza of your choosing. the staff member we had was very accommodating and asked us which pizzas we’d like to be put in and the pizza went out onto the buffet very quickly. obviously the salad bar slayed and we gobbled up the nachos and salsa! the ice cream bar was included in the buffet too which was sooooo yummy! if you do go, try and go whilst the buffet is on as you pay £8.99 for unlimited pizza and you can choose whichever pizza and they’ll cook or for you and others in the restaurant. you can ask for as much as you like because it won’t be wasted as the other customers can enjoy it too!!

I ordered the party deal for £29.99, one pepperoni pizza and a Meatfeast pizza. When the order came we received two pepperoni pizzas, I then rang the shop which was a negative experience. First the gentleman said that they didn’t have a order from me but once I gave him my order number and the just eat number he then remembered the order and said he did it himself and he remembered putting the toppings on and refused to acknowledge my order was wrong. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Never had a bad experience here. Staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. Highly recommended to others

Ordered food for family of 4 for delivery, tipped driver and when he'd left found one box missing. Tried to contact local number as per order form 3 times for several minutes each but no answer at all. Not received what we've paid for hence 1 star review!!!

Had a bit of a stressful mixup ordering via the website, not anyone's fault. It just hadn't saved an item to the checkout. Called up and an incredibly kind lady helped get everything sorted, combined the two orders. Called back to check all items were accounted for and delivered incredibly quickly. About 30 minutes less than the website stated! I've ordered delivery from here a couple of times (can't speak for the indoor experience) but the delivery people are very kind and great people. The food for me personally is great, consistently. Which makes it a go to when I'm thinking of ordering out.

Collected a pizza for my daughter as they (or their delivery service) wouldn't deliver 15 mins drive away. We used to go regularly and last few years saw definite decline. This pizza was cool, looked like cold chicken and toppings put on AFTER heating the pizza. Taste was mediocre. VERY expensive, especially for what it was. Well over £30 for a pizza and two small and equally mediocre sides... And I had to drive there to pick it up... Lesson learned...

Food was freezing cold and the order kept being delayed.

I ordered a large pepperoni feast, with some onion rings, a Cheesy bites Texan BBQ pizza and some seasoned fries. The food was hot and cooked to perfection. The pizzas were golden brown and crispy. Delicious. Delivery was fast and the driver was very courteous. What more could you ask for? I will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered 2 large pizzas (1 deep pan, and one classic) from this store last night. Delivery was very quick(about 15min after placing order) , food was brilliant piping hot, and very tasty! Could only recommend!

Went in last Monday and the staff couldn’t do enough for me. Not the first time I’ve been and it certainly won’t be my last. Special mention to Keith he was so chatty and my little girl loved him 😄

First time ordering from here but won't be the last!! Was really hungry after the bank holiday weekend and didn't want to cook!! Ordered the ultimate Pizza feast for £26.00( The main deal was this price but I paid a bit extra for the sides so total was around £29.00) Two pizzas, two sides and a drink! Ordered the hot honey pepperoni and hawaian sizzler as my pizza choice and jalepen and cheese wedges and doritos Cheesey nachos for sides along with a bottle of Tango!! Staff member who served me was a credit to the business!! Think his name was Wayne? Very polite and patient when we couldn't make our minds up what to have!! Food was delicious and super quick! Will definitely be ordering from here again. The hot honey was superb! I can highly recommend

Don't waste your money on this rubbish. The pizza was dry and mainly crust. The nachos tasted like cardboard and you needed a litre of pop to wash it down with. Avoid at all cost.

Food was cold order was late but spoke to manager next day who has said he will replace the order free of charge and apologised normally not got a bad word to say about this place so will be ordering again everyone is allowed to make the odd mistake.

My daughter’s birthday had two takeaways both been so late food freezing. My husband had to go and find this driver tonight and bring the food pizzas freezing an utter waste. Wont be bothering with just eat again.

I recently ordered Pizza Hut by calling the store and to say the least I was amazed with the customer service as to how polite the worker was. My food was made by the chef very fast and the delivery time was spot on. I will definitely be ordering from here again as I think others should too.

Hi I accidentally placed the wrong address on my order and spoke to the driver and gave him my current address and it has been 40 minutes and still not arrived but it says delivered on the app.

Despite requesting NO JALAPEÑOS due to allergies, of course the nachos arrived covered in jalapeños. What's the point in making notes eh?!

Would not order from here absolutely disgusting customer service. Firstly forgot chicken strips which I rang straight away about before we had opened the pizza, fair enough they sent them straight away to us. But the pizza was stale like it’d been sat there in the oven, hardly any sauce and very bland. 4 of us have had a piece and left the rest, I rang up to let the shop know about it and he was very rude and abrupt on the phone telling me it can’t be Then that we’d already complained at the strips being missing as if to say I was lying! So arrogant and rude!! He went on and said he will pick up the pizza and send a smaller one out because he wasn’t sending out another large. To which i told him to forget it, as he was just so rude down the phone!

I went in and pre ordered a large group order so it could be ready for Christmas eve and I can’t rate them enough the man who took my order I believe his name was Keith was so lovely and helpful he was very patient when sorting our order out. Come to Christmas Eve to collect the pizzas and they was all just perfect! All the food was piping hot and delicious we was all so happy, thank you so much to all the lovely staff for helping us out x

Lovely hot food would order again

Several items were missing and the online help said they couldnt offer a refund how can this be right. I am not paying for things I didn't receive.

Ordered two pizzas, one was good, one not so. Not so good one had extra topping missing (was still charged £1.80 though) and was sparsely topped with the normal toppings. There are two other pizza huts within a similar distance. Will use one of them next time.

They messed up my order. The pizza company, actually missed out the main thing on our order, a pizza. I contacted Keith at the store who promised that if I emailed customer services he would authorise a refund. Instead, he's now changed his mind and will only offer a £25 voucher. The voucher can't be used with any of the deals, so all you'll get for the full value of the voucher is a single pizza. The customer care is truly abysmal, there's no other way of contacting them than by email because their head office is still using covid as an excuse for going wholly online. Needless to say we will never order from them again and I've done a chargeback with my bank.

I have only ever gone to the Pizza Hut restaurant and never had delivery. We visited , placed our order at the counter. The staff were really nice and considering they were short staffed our order was made in 10 minutes. Kitchen was clean, staff were well presented and friendly. The pizzas were lovely & fresh! Thank you. They recommended ordering online and you can collect or have it delivered which I'll do next time. Thank you.

The food never came at all after I waited 2 hours. And I paid £35… and I have received no refund.

I ordered 4 cookie doughs with my family 1 was given, however they accused us of trying to steal. My Mums phone died and could not show any proof of a receipt. In a few minutes a worker came and said that their computer was not working properly and they were going to give us the other 3. We waited an extremely long time for them to come and serve us. I will not be coming here again with family or friends. They gave me dirty looks when walking past our table too, horrible service.

This place is terrible,service is awful and they ecused me of not paying for my food. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated horribley.

I phoned and spoke to what I can only describe as a child. She asked for my name which I gave her. She then asked me to spell it. I did using the phonetic alphabet, which she didn't understand. I eventually ordered two small pizzas and was told it would cost £35. When I questioned this the manager came on the phone and stated that he would try and lower the price. It was at this point where I had lost the will to live and hung up. Don't use this place.

Second order and second time it's been late by Iver an hour last time and 40 minutes this time. 25 quid for 1 pizza and it's arrives cold.

Order came within 10 mins of expected time. Starters was wedges, spicey chicken, cheese triangles. All hot, tasty and exceeded expectation 😋 from other reviews. 2 large pizzas where Hot, well cooked and also tasty. Had plenty of toppings. Our first experience of pizza hut delivery and would definitely order again.

My order through Deliveroo had several delivery update times and when it arrived it was cold. I carefully reheated the pizza and garlic bread but once reheated it tasted disgusting and I binned the lot. Its the 1st and last time I will order from here Think carefully before you do too I am in Haydock and Their pizza does not travel well this far or the driver did many deliverys before he got to me.

Had phone call apologising that requested flavour of ice cream not available and asking what replacement we would like. Nice touch, they could have just put any in or not bothered at all. Impressive.

They are a disaster. I deliver with Deliveroo and have waited over 40 mins for food to then be told they’ve made the order wrong and they are going to have to make it again. They are unprofessional, shout between them in the kitchen, no masks worn during a pandemic while making food. A disgrace.

Didn't follow my notes. I've called restaurant beforehand, asked it it was ok, added in the notes - and nothing was done as requested.

ordered for 16,35 and arrived at 14.20, sent it back and it re-arrived at 4,50

I wouldn’t bother ordering a takeaway Pizza Hut it’s not the same as sitting in restaurant and dosent even taste the same and the menu isn’t what I would order! Pointless takeaway would rather spend my money sitting in and enjoying my food.

Food came 20mins late, pizza was barely warm and tasted like it had been microwaved for an hour. Wedges and chicken was fine but still not hot. Cookie dough was cremated and stuck to the wrapper in the box. Only positive was the driver was very polite and friendly. What a joke defo dominos next time

Delivery was 45 minutes after scheduled time, despite receiving a notification that it was out for delivery at the time expected - status was updated to delivered 20 minutes before it actually arrived. One item was missing from the order so that had to be re-sent. Part of the order was garlic bread with cheese; which barely had any cheese on it. Pizza was hot when it came and as expected per the order.
