We ordered at 19:15 on Wednesday, waited till 20:30 before phoning to see where our order was and they said they was closed and delivered it on Thursday even tho i said we want a refund in which he agreed. Now they refused the refund and offered a £5 discount on my next order. Absolute disgrace. They agreed to collect the food wich they didnt, so i will be delivering it to them today.

One of the worst meals I have had no flavour, what so ever eveything was like water, stale popadoms burnt,will never go here again, really horrid! I will complain doudt anything will happen tho ,ordered again to night 24/09 cuz it's norm nice , horrid again bit more flavour but tiny picese of chicken n lamb so much runny sauce went every were! Disappointing again defo not going back! Ps it was like the sauce was warmed up in microwave then cold meat added! Right ordered tonight 9/04/24 n it was spot on loads of chicken n lamb so tender! Please if u have ordered before give it one last chance !

Food tasted like microwave curry and chicken was a tough as cardboard and tasted similar

We regularly use this takeaway & really enjoy the food BUT - I feel they let themselves down on the short portions of rice. The containers are never above 3/4 full & even though we have asked for a full portion we never get one..... We have now decided not to order rice in future

I have ordered of earlestown tandoori for years and can honestly say the food and price are excellent I wont order from nowhere else but I've give a review tonight because there was a small issue when I ordered food and the way it was delt with was just excellent they are very nice people I can not reccomend them enough thank you earlestown tandoori for sorting the issue very fast and it was done in a brilliant manner.

Attended here after an evening in Newton-le-Willows. I ordered chicken Shaslick with Madras sauce- the food was ok, however I'm on day 3 of quite terrible food poisoning ! I can put it down to this takeaway as I had been eating healthy meal replacements. Visually questionable cleanliness which probably influenced my food poisoning.

Enjoyable food at reasonable prices....

This was our first time ordering from here ... we received our food at a reasonable time ... we dished the food out onto our plates and it was swimming with water I had to throw it away as it was making me sick looking at it ... plus they forgot items of our order would not recommend.. waist of money !

Good Indian Food and a good price. If ordering for delivery, use their website, or app, as it's cheaper than through Just Eat with no delivery, or service charge.

Good food, quickly delivered. If you use 'Just Eat' though, take the option to specify a delivery time with a pinch of salt, as they will deliver within the hour, no matter what time you specify.

I ordered them lamb tandoori but he delivered the lamd and chicken mixed tandoori item but he convenencing

Awful awful experience! Avoid at all costs. Ordered in advance for delivery at 6:45, gets to 7:10 and still not here. I ring them and even though I've had a confirmation email and having taken my money, they apparently know nothing about it. We agree to carry on with order with £4 off. When it gets here we are missing a main course, the promised extras such as coke (over 25 quid order), onion bhaji etc. We ring again (now an hour after we were supposed to have our food) we explain we are missing some items but the owner proceeds to tell us we are wrong, shout and then hang up on us! Avoid at all costs if you actually want what you order. Really not what you need when you've had a long day at work and wanted to treat yourself. Ripped off and what a waste of hard earned money.

10 out of 10 for quality, promptness of delivery & friendly service and most importantly value for money! It’s been a while since I’ve had the opportunity to have a takeaway from Earlestown Tandoori & after tonight’s delights..we’ll definitely be back soon.

Have ordered from here lots really nice food but they don’t deliver to my area so I collect. Been working 6days a week nhs so thought I’d treat my self to a take away. BUT rang to be told can’t order over the phone even though they don’t deliver as far as my home. DISAPPOINTED ☹️ to say the least.

Always a good meal from Earlstown Tandoori! Amazing currys and amazing mixed kebab. The chicken balti is especially nice as is the mixed starter! ... kebab, onion bajis, samosas and best of all lamb chops... mmmh. Also worth noting, the manager is such a nice bloke !

We have never had a bad takeaway from this restaurant. They deliver on time, for free and all the dishes are excellent with loads of meat and delicious spices. Definitely recommend. We wouldn't go anywhere else for takeaway!

I absolutely love their food! Great prices for great food. Very friendly people and delivered as predicted and sometimes earlier than expected. I recommend this locally to my friends and is the only Indian I order from when at home. I have not been disappointed yet and highly recommend them 😊

Just went there for a meal and very nice.

I didn't order chips or rice as I thought it would come with rice. So ended up eating it with naan and chapters.

Food came and most of what I ordered wasn’t there, rang them up and said they’d send the rest, but they never came. Don’t bother ordering from them

Treat your customers terribly and giving out BLACK ROTTEN CHICKEN. What kind of business do you call that?? Especially when you give it to PREGNANT women which is very dangerous then not caring? Disgusting. Should be shut down.
