Ordered on just eat and the food didn’t come, rang the shop up and they said I’ve charged back on just eat before (never ordered from here before off the account) then got abuse off the woman who answered the call.

Never answer the phone you can only order if you ring at 4pm

Absolutely the bestest place for kebabs. Don’t live in delivery distance so we pick up and they get it spot on every time! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!

Best takeaway in Newton by far, pizza is full of meat, the chips are always fresh and the burgers are well worth £5.50!

Go there at 10:30 on a Friday night when they say they are open until 11 and they will say they are closed. Open sign was flashing, door open, lights on and staff behind the counter. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!!!

Bad costumer service, staff rude and vibe is off

I recently had a disappointing experience with a food delivery service that I've frequently used without issue until now. The delivery driver left without handing over my food after waiting only 1 minute and 44 seconds for me to answer the door. At that moment, my partner was indisposed in the bath, and I was on an urgent call with a client. Following this incident, I visited the restaurant in person to seek a resolution, hoping to either get my food order or a refund for both the food and delivery charge. Initially, the staff seemed receptive. However, when I requested a refund for the delivery, the situation escalated negatively. Despite maintaining a polite demeanor throughout the interaction, not only was I refused any form of compensation, but also, when I reiterated my request for a refund, the person I was dealing with forcibly took a bag of food from my hand and rudely told me to leave the premises. This behavior was not only shocking due to the financial loss and inconvenience but also deeply unsettling due to the aggressive and disrespectful treatment I received when trying to resolve the issue—a stark contrast to the quality of service I had come to expect from this establishment.

Absolutely disgusting food and disgusting customer service. Terrible greasy pizzas. Never ever seen this amount of grease on a pizza, the amount of salt is shocking. Mayo is like water and doesn’t even taste like mayo. When I called to explain why me and my son couldn’t eat this due to the grease and how it was dripping all over the box and off the pizza when picking it up, we was told no point making us another one as it would only be the same and in order to receive a refund he wants to come and collect the pizzas. Both pizzas Returned , didn’t say sorry and then put the phone down. Very rude and unprofessional. 100% do not recommend and will never be ordering from here again. Disgusting and shocking!
