The place is nice and clean. The barista on the till, Liam, was very polite and professional. He make me one of the best coffees I ever tasted with a beautiful flower on it! Recommended 100%

This restraunt was little over priced for the dishes you were served. The online menu promised so much but the food was just average with some components actually missing. Menu update needed. Service was spot on and the restaurant very welcoming but little cold

Very disappointed. Scoozi in Ormskirk was closed (wouldn’t let us order online and opening times on their website were updated), so ordered online at the Aintree one for collection instead as their opening hours said they were open today, let me place my order online and pay with Apple Pay. Turned up to collect my order and it was closed!!

Food was good but some (not all) of the staff were typical minimum wage youngsters who don't want to be there.

Cafe used to be pleasant but now a punishing experience. No one manages the tables anymore so you can queue , buy food and have no where to eat it! No more saucers or little oat biscuits. You have to forage for cutlery and request salt which is invariably bunged up. Tea still in pots but very weak with tiny jug of inadequate milk. Plus you have to wait a long time for any re heated food. Simply not worth the cost. I have kept hopeful for the last few years but will now break my shopping by going elsewhere as no longer an enjoyable experience.
