Good place to eat food .. friendly staffs. Loved it.

got served pink chicken and when i pointed it out to the manager she basicly told me i was lying and that it was brown when it was on my plate cut in 2 different places and both was pink The manager was rude her name was kate your probably know her by the way she rolls her eyes at you!

Nice little cheeky Nando’s after a late night appointment and didn’t want you to go home and cook. Very clean premises and friendly staff. Food was great and no issues. A very quiet Nando’s in the evening, so good for just relaxing and eating nice food. Would recommend.

First ever try on Nando’s.. in Aintree, big busy shopping area. We were hungry, so why not?! Give it a go. Table for 2, it was easy start. The seater guy didn’t say a word, or asked. At the table we had to figure out how to get foot. Barcode scan, opening a new account on an app and actually ordering online 🤷🏻‍♂️ It wasn’t as easy as I expected, as I don’t use much internet (out of my interest), especially when I’m hungry and going somewhere personally. I’ve heard good and bad about this chain. So, let’s turn it back to the basics. The floor was sticky all over, the general tidiness was critical. I know it is not the staffs’ fault but they should keep it up- I guess. Ordered the food successfully. 2 bottomless drinks. We got the glasses after 20 minutes wait (the place was half empty, not busy!). Food arrived. Chicken was tasteless, nothing special as I always thought and just above room temperature 🤷🏻‍♂️. Chips was cold, tasteless. Coleslaw was nice! Corn on the cob was also cold, they gave a piece of butter but wouldn’t even melt on it, so I just had without the butter. I don’t know what to say… a place who supposed to sell food can’t provide at least 4⭐️ food should shut down immediately… they have nothing else to do only food. This place today (10 September 2024) served me 2⭐️ food. 1 ⭐️ service (if I don’t check online how to order I’d still sitting there and waiting for someone to ask what am I doing there?!) Staff need communication and cleaning and food preparation training! 2⭐️ atmosphere… dirty restaurant. a colleague in a blue T-shirt was in his street wear in the kitchen (talking to the kitchen staff). Health and safety?! No for me. Thank you anyway.

Food was nice and would go again

Nice meal out with my wife. Meal and service was excellent.

We didn't receive 2 of our dishes despite asking for them and there were not enough staff to deal with the number of diners. We had to go and find staff at the end of our meal to get a refund. What we did receive was really tasty.

Got a nandos delivered. The food was all stone cold, and I spent £51.00 on starters and mains. Called the shop to complain and they gave me £7.00. I woke up today feeling sick as a dog. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Brought our mains before our starters and I thought fair enough I'll just mention it when they come back to ask if everythings OK with our food. Nobody came or even glanced in our direction when near by. It was only 2 things of olives. So I went to the till to ask and was given one half filled portion, I explained we paid for 2 and with a huff from the server I was given a second portion. Then after our VERY dry half chicken my daughter wanted an ice cream so we stood back at the till. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to notice us and then we were given cracked little cone. Asked for a different one and again had eyes rolled and made to feel like an inconvenience. Not my favourite nandos visit.

Not been in ages and it did not disappoint The chicken was tender and juicy and very tasty and you got good portion sizes. Staff were friendly to 😊

Most of the food was completely burnt, including the chicken and garlic bread. Lots of it was throw away and my kids weren't pleased as well. I was planning on bringing it back but the football match finals had already begun so my family didn't want to miss it.

First visit to this nandos. Really nice staff.. Friendly and welcoming. We had the chicken burger with 2 sides. I had the spicy rice which I shared with my granddaughter. Lovely food. Would recommend.

Food looks great. However, I don't eat chicken. Lol. Can confirm my wife and son throughly enjoyed it. I personally can only Vouch for the mash, garlic bread and halloumi sticks. :)

By far the worst Nando’s in the north west. Wait 45 minutes for the glasses and then they brought over chicken ceaser salad with no chicken or sauce? No sorry no nothing

Chicken was dry when we got it but it was replaced straight away. 1st visit to this location no complaints

The restaurant had no vibes, the food was dire, £31.65 for two small plates of the spicy rice bowl! One bowl with added chicken and one with Halloumi. Two small slices of Halloumi in one bowl and what looked like half of a chicken breast in the other. The restaurant looks and smells grubby and the tables were sticky! Never again.

Always packed so best to arrive and get on the list 20/30 mins before you want to eat. Nice food and great service. Decent prices also.

Meeting up with a friend for lunch and thought we would try Nando's as I'd not been before and I most definitely WILL NOT be going again. I ordered the Fino pitta which was hard and you couldn't actually cut it with a knife, there was 1 piece of limp lettuce with some onion stuff and a piece of halloumi cheese plus 1 piece of very greasy grey looking chicken. I did try to eat it but after the 1st mouthful I decided it might be best to cut it up but after the 3rd mouthful I knew I wasn't going to continue as it was already repeating on me 🤢 I hid what I wasn't going to eat under the pitta bread as my friend was paying and I didn't want to seem ungrateful. I hope this was just a 1 off but I won't be trying Nandos again despite people saying how good it is!

Food scrumptious, as usual, only marked down on the service as I ordered peri peri fries and got regular ones instead. That said, the staff gave us sachets of peri peri salt.

Place needs a deep clean..the photo is of the wood lattices directly at our table..YUK!!!

I really like Nando's food and I find the branches are all very consistent in their delivery. The staff in this branch seemed very nice. I have only dropped one star because Nando's have stopped offering coffee. I think this is a mistake.

Nice place I got the chicken liver asked for lemon and herb no spice but came with a kick and a half

We were sitting on the round table as you go in on the right and it was freezing. We all ended sitting with our coats on. Asked a staff member if they could shut the outside door and they said it had to be left open. Crazy won't be going there again that's for sure.

Called in for couple for a drink to shelter from rain whilst ordering a taxi. When went to order was informed no license to serve drinks without food?! Have had just a drink on another occasion, the bloke said shouldn't have!! Well wouldn't mind the drinks are not cheap. Need to get there act together, obviously staff not trained properly. Not interested in peoples money then!! Would never enter the premises ever again even if it was the last place standing.

very nice food but my cousin asked for her pitta with nothing on just medium spice and the workers was fine but we overheard them saying just take all the stuff off and puffing at our complaint

Told of a 30 min wait .agreed and said we will sit on the chairs outside .45 mins later still nothing .asked staff to be told we called you ages ago . No one came outside .reallybpoor customer service

There was no forks but everything else was fine

Prices have gone up a bit much since I last went. 3 wings for £5? And they were warm at best. Seems the chicken hasn’t really been marinaded and some of it was dry. Staff were lovely and helpful, they should have a raise. Probably won’t be spending my money at Nando’s simply because it’s just not as good anymore and it’s just not worth the price.

Worst nandos in the UK. No matter when i go its always the same. I think they cook the chicken with a flamethrower. Seriously the chicken is tougher than late 80s tyson. Save your time and money and just go to L1.

Always liked Nando’s, however first thing I noticed when walking in, was how grubby and dirty the entrance section was (just inside). It was not much better inside to be honest. The floor, especially around the tables were grubby, salt/pepper sachets, bits of food, napkins and straws. Initially I thought, ‘some messy people had been eating’, but then witnessed two separate staff members clearing tables and just wiping these bits onto the floor, with no attempt to sweep up mess. A drink was spilled by a customer and they were given a few bits of blue roll to clean. It up themselves, which was not sufficient. Staff walked past and over the spilled drink for the last 15mins that we were there and had not attempted to clean it up. On the plus side the food was nice, but I was left wondering at the end, if it’s that grubby in restaurant area, what’s it like in the food prep area!!! Wish I’d taken pics, but my phone died on me!

Standard Nandos, same as all the rest. Exspensive for what it is.

I was very hungry and needed food quickly so appreciated the fast service here. It was a bit loud and busy but that's typical for these places. I wouldn't normally go to Nando's for that reason, however the food was good

The food and drinks were lovely and we'd happily visit here again. It was very busy and loud with music playing that's not to my taste, but never mind.. these places cater more for the young, which we aren't!

Food and service is always fantastic here. Myself and my partner prefer to drive a little longer to this restaurant rather than the nandos in the city centre even though the city centre is closer to us. The food and service at Aintree's nandos is miles better.

Honestly, an excellent restaurant, and the food is beautiful. I thank the employee Samira, the employee Renas, the employee Faisal and Masoud for their elegant dealings and style of taste, and the entire staff is respectful and the amount of kindness

I ordered five plain chicken wings thinking they are not spicy, my mistake they were too spicy for me. When I asked a staff member why they were not described on the menu as being spicy he told me that's how they are cooked ? Not good Nandos ! The other 4 family members with me were all happy with their meal. They tasted my chicken and said it was the same hot spice as they had ordered ??

Food was served quickly and was a good size portion but the service was poor no explanations of where to get cutlery sauces etc or how to use drinks fountain.first visit here not sure we will be returning

Can't go wrong with a nandos, especially when it's quieter and you can get a table straight away! We tried the QR ordering, was fast and efficient with customising dishes made easy... as well as using nandos points. Staff and food great... for our taste the halloumi starter just needed a little more time cooking but otherwise great. Fast and friendly service and hot food with refillable drinks.

Always had a good experience here. Staff always friendly and helpful and the food always tastes fresh. Great vegan options too.

Food was nice, they forgot the feta cheese on the some of the sides but they added it later when I asked, the chicken wings platter says it's for two people but really it will be enough for one person only and compared to the price and quantity of sides you will end up spending more I hope they will increase the quantity and size of sides or at least reduce drastically the price and add a drink included

I’ve actually never had a bad experience here, always fast service and food hot straight from the grill. Clean and tidy tables and friendly staff!

I love Nandos! Always busy, always have to wait to be seated, but I would liken it to queuing for a rollercoaster - worth the wait and helps whet the appetite. If you love chicken, it's an absolute must 🤤

Place is ok its nandos you get exactly what your going for i just think when ive waited 30mins for a seat i dont wanna wait another 40 - 50mins for my food after ordering just seemed everything was on a go slow that day

Bit disappointing when we visited. No hummus or rice and it was only 12.00 noon. My favourite dish is the hummus and peri drizzle normally. I tried the new plant based wrap. It was good .

Wasn't to impressed with the service and the food. They wouldn't melt the cheese on the garlic bread. Managers communication wasn't great. Overall, poor service.

Picked the order up to find out 2/3 big times were missing, rang the restaurant to let them know gave me a full refund and replaced the items. Customer service honestly can’t complain

We had a 30 minutes wait for a table, which wasn't too bad considering it was a busy Saturday night and we just walked in.

This Nandos is staffed by nice people but it looks as though the floor has not been cleaned for a long time. It's absolutely filthy.The incease in price is not natched by quality or quantity. Overall dissapointing.

Will most definitely visit again, lovely, friendly and calm atmosphere. Food came very quickly and was fresh and delicious. My cheesecake was still quite frozen in the middle but I still tucked it in was beautiful 😂 bottomless drinks is a bonus too to calm the fire in my mouth 😂

Food was really nice and delivered quickly. The staff were friendly. The restaurant is modern and clean. The toilets were a bit messy when I visited. Loo paper on the floor, etc.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have just been here today, I decided to take the family out for a meal. When we got there we were Informed they only accept card payments. Now I am self emlyed and mostly deal with cash so only had cash on me so i asked him why I could not just pay cash he was very smug and said if you can't pay by card then your not eating here then are you, you will have to find somewhere else. I thought this was a bit rude and we were all dissapointed. We went to the Harvester across the road which was ok and they accepted cash.

Decided to pop in at the last minute. Had chicken salad and chips. The meal was quite decent, it’s not the cheapest place to eat of an afternoon. Wasn’t too busy and had a nice environment. Food didn’t take too long to come. Enjoyed my meal and may visit again soon.

A smaller nandos but still big on service and food. Everyone loves a cheeky nandos!
