What a night! DJ was fabulous - could have danced all night was the best night out this year -be back soon

Lovely time, friendly staff and very welcoming. Really recommend this place for a daytime or evening out. Great for the footy too the screen is massive

Nice staff, nice coffee but seemed a bit soulless like it was missing that wow factor. Couldn't relax as there was a hyperactive dog in there barking its head off, with the exception of guide dogs I don't see why people feel the need to bring them inside bars and why so many places in the UK have started to advertise Dog Friendly. I was a bit scared to be honest. Then 2 more lively but friendly dogs came in and the waitress let them jump on her and stroke them with the same hands she's serving with , lovely

Had driven past the bar several times and finally decided to give it a go. From the outside I was expecting to walk into a cool uplifting vibe but instead was greeted with a generally empty feel accompanied with some poor lonely person singing random cover songs. ( this was a Friday btw not a Tuesday!!) Birkdale and even Ainsdale have the right idea , very much an uplifting vibe and if you're not into that ,plenty of choice. Formby .........nowhere to have a boogie. Very Boring , very middle aged. Sorry......

Really lovely cafe / bar. The coffee and a panini deal for £5 is excellent value - I genuinely thought they’d forgot to charge me for the coffee until I saw the deal advertised at my table. The staff are lovely and give fantastic service, I’ll definitely be coming back to try the cocktails soon, but on a solo trip at 11am it did feel a little early! Thank you 🥰

Nice visit, we often go for coffees here or the occasional drink. They’ve recently started doing panini and a coffee for £5 my wife and her mother had one. Wife said it was okay and mother in law said it was a little bland but for £5 including a coffee personally I wouldn’t expect too much. It offers great value for money on drinks & the paninis so still well worth a 5 star review. IMO

First visit, ordered at the bar, paid cash didn't get any change, maybe they just assume 50p change should be kept as a tip - one glass was chipped the other cracked.

Fabulous staff. Dog friendly and a great pint. We sat outside as the weather was lovely. Would definitely recommend and can't wait 'till next visit. Thanx

Brilliant for an afternoon coffee. Best coffee I’ve had in the village, to be fair. Good service and value for money. Nice and relaxing. I’ll have to come back and see what it’s like at night. 😊

Joined my son and daughter in law for a drink here. Only there for about an hour. The wine choice was quite good and the bar staff very friendly. Novel to sit in the old vault. WILL NOT BE RETURNING ! The door staff are rude and abusive and most definitely well overly aggressive. They are supposed to be there to make you feel safe , not to try the start a fight! If you continue to use them , it will adversely affect your business !

This is a lovely big space, nicely done, also with a platform for live music which is always good. Unfortunately, when we visited we left after one drink because the music that was playing (not live) was awful. Maybe when it's quiet during the week it would be better to have something more chilled playing, rather than something that only appeals to 14 year olds. Cater to the people who'll be spending the money and maybe this bar will be one of the few that survives in Formby.

Visited Lux 37 for drinks with a friend, staff lovely, good variety of drinks and snacks but urgent attention needed on the ladies toilets! For a new establishment recently opening 1 toilet seat missing, no hand dryer or towels to dry your hands. Other than that it’s got potential to be a good place to socialise

We had an amazing night ;we had booked a booth but on arrival the singer who was amazing was a little to loud for us chatty mums ,so no problem they moved us to the vault,,,the staff were amazing :we tried to book a cab on leaving but none available so waited outside we were waiting then offered a lift home from the owner : which was fantastic as I have mobility issues ;amazing night for young and not so young many thanks x highly recommend x

Went to LUX 37 last night, absolutely great night, beautiful venue, singer sang a great range of songs amazing voice. Bar staff super friendly made the best mojitos. Will def be going back.

So happy that Lux 37 has taken over the old Barclays building. Such a friendly place. Great value drinks and lovely surrounding. Have visited twice this week and had a great time each time. Thanks to the friendly owner and staff !

This place looks a bit dark from the outside and more like a night time venue, but once inside it is welcoming and the seats by the window are lovely and bright. The service was prompt and friendly (thank you Esther!) and the homemade Victoria...

The coffee was quite poor, go to Dapa if you want good coffee ! Price was ok and service good, thank you Esther !
