Costa Coffee in Sefton

First time we've been in this branch. A coffee and a cake. Staff - Great, Coffee & Cake very nice too and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. We'll be back!

Good service hot food will go back

Friendly staff, always on the go! Toasted sarnies and enough of a range to tempt your taste buds.

Store was like all Costa shops, we just had coffee there a chat while talking nice coffee sorted out holiday for later in the year. Glad about that. 😀😀

Had a lovely time with my daughter and granddaughter this morning.

Usual good Costa experience, but you do need to pay for parking.

I would have given it 5 stars except the app decided not to recognise my phone after 2 years.

Service not good. No smiles. No good morning nothing. We were the 2nd in after opening. Toast looked like it had just been shown the toaster and out. Bit depressing actually won't be visiting this Costa again. I love Costa. I go every day. Not this one. Didn't enjoy the coffee either just not done right.

Always good cheerful service. Help with trays is always offered as I carry a walking stick . Nice place & good coffee.

Nothing better than a Costa in the sun. Unfortunately couldn't get a table outside but there were plenty of benches around.

Tried the new coffee for an extra 25p. Delightful. So smooth. It had a lovely aroma which brought to mind a trip to Antigua. Happy Days

This is normally one of my least favourite Costa's as it is quite dark and gloomy. This visit was better. The 3 lads serving were very fast and efficient, as well as pleasant.There weren't any cup and plates stacking up on the tables inside but I didn't observe any table wiping going on.

Staff were great friendly and smiling. It was busy but they took it all in their stride. I ordered a skinny hazelnut latte which was really bitter and couldnt taste the hazelnut at all. It was far too hot too. Nearly scalded me when I open the reuse cup.

Went today for the first time & it was bitter outside, as I went in the warmth hit me and it just felt really cosy, it's not very big But felt homely It was very clean and the table was cleaned straight away as someone left The staff that served me where very friendly I will be going back

Always great to get a coffee from here, staff are pleasant and get on with there jobs efficiently. Keep up the good work

Came here for a Saturday morning coffee with 3 loud kids, Emily Jane was the only member of staff on, with quite a few people in, and ordering food she was amazing, she was rushed off her feet but still so polite, she is brilliant at her job and seems like she can do it with her eyes shut, a credit to Costa!!!

Great service Great manageress couldn't help enough 5star service . Called in for a quick business meeting and the staff where very attentive.....felt very comfortable.

This coffee shop is fantastic the staff are so kind and helpful and the place is always immaculate I strongly recommend this cafe and on top of it all comfortable chairs nothing more I could ask for

Para una toma de costa no está mal. Servicio rápido y eficiente. Elección habitual de costa. Pantalla blanco había feria arte latte y decente microespuma Claramente, la barista señora conocían su artesanía pero me pregunto cuánto de maniobra que tiene para ajustar el café hace? Relación de leche shot equivocada para esta bebida. Necesita menos leche o más, café más fuerte. A veces menos es realmente más como café sabor se diluyó demasiado y terminó más como un café con leche. Las grandes cadenas realmente no necesita usar más café en sus bebidas y este lugar siguió la tendencia. No obstante, un soso, pero brew agradable, pero no un toque en la pantalla original blanco cómo debería ser.

Coffee is always good everywhere is always clean and the staff are always friendly and polite service is quick most of the time too

The staff were lovely and polite, and our drinks were well made. However, their work was very slow compared to most Costas and it took around 10-15 minutes for our drinks to finish (we ordered 2 Mango Passionfruit smoothies). The overall cafe is clean and modern, including the service area.

New decor that really improves the cafe. Much brighter and airier. Staff pleasant and helpful. Coffee reliable and food ok.
