This is absolutely fantastic place to visit friendly staff delicious food and great variety of drinks

Very pleased with the premises, food drink and staff Very friendly and helpful.

I love the place I did leave a negative review a long time ago due to bad experience from 1 staff member. But in all fairness the place is ran really well staff and. Management are good and it consistent which is rare . Kayliegh is particularly good energetic very bubbly and is can't do enuff. And 2 other staff worth a mention is Elaine and Tracy are also very helpful . And always professional

Served by a very pleasant lad Dan Jones. Very helpful and attentive. Great service by Duty Manager Jack again very helpful and pleasant Would recommend to others

We visited Sunday 13th after being let down by another pub , there where 17 of us and they fit us in no problem and the food and service where fantastic! So much so we went back tonight and had the same excellent experience Thank you very much, lovely pub and lovely helpful staff

Nice enough place. Typical Hungry Horse. Loads to choose from and meals are simple and tasty. This place needs a bit of TLC but it's clean and staff are friendly

We booked the Netherton at last minute after being let down by somewhere else 17 people accommodated and the food was excellent and the service by julie and her team was brilliant.all our parties will be at the Netherton from now on

Terrible service when we come for food didn’t cook the steak to what I asked for had to send it back got asked if I wanted it heated up staff was just talking to other staff when they was not on duty blanking us when we come to the bar

The staff are always friendly ---- We normally have something with salad and I don't think many places could do a better salad such a variety of veggies

Used to go the netherton drinking when I was younger and first time I’ve been with my family and I’m not one to complain ever but besides the starters the food was shocking my girlfriend had the smothered steak which was chewy and the chips where hard the peas where hard and the onion rings where cold and mine was the quadzilla burger the chicken pieces on it where dry the chips where also cold we left the food on the table barely eaten and the staff didn’t even come over to check if everything was ok and we booked a table on line and got there and someone was sitting on our table just a major let down from start to finish such a nice looking boozer only one of the lads who brought our food out made an effort major let down

Went to the Netherton last night having booked a table at our favourite Hungry horse (The nags head who had no chef) we were welcomed by Julie a super helpful and friendly lady and shown to a table, the service we received was more like a top end restaurant and the food prepared by Trish and Ryan was spot on, if you want a cheap but first class meal look no further than the Netherton, big thank you to all the staff, Even Ben the great tall guy collection the glasses was a bundle of fun and all were a credit to the company

Came in as had Tesco Vouchers, tried the new lunch menu which was lovely. Jordan and Danny where very helpful. Recommend the lamb Kofta

Called in with the family for lunch on way to Liverpool. Great value food and very friendly staff. Served by Jordan who couldn’t have been more friendly, really helpful with our choices and a pleasure to be served by. A credit to the pub.

Arrived on a Friday afternoon with my 89 year old dad , my 2 great neices aged 2&4. We found a seat only to be told that the area was reserved although no sign to state this. We happily moved to another part of the pub, decided what we wanted to eat and was then asked to move again due to a large party of teachers arriving . This was unacceptable as again there were no reservations signs in place. Needless to say that’s the last time I will be frequenting this pub. Thanks for your reply but just so you are aware there were no chairs blocking the areas , they only put them up when we were asked to move .

Excellent service our server was Beth she is very nice and polite nothing is to much trouble. Our chef was Ryan everything cooked to perfection. Lovely warm atmosphere very welcoming and prices to suit everyone's budget. Excellent selection for children aswell I advise booking before attending as I always do as they get very busy especially on a Sunday for the roasts. There is also a vegetarian option on the Sunday roasts.

Chicken parmigiana was amazeballs.Salad fresh and tasty.Compliments to Master chef Leigh-anne and her crew.

Lovely meal with family yesterday. Our waitress Beth went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable. Shes so friendly too. Definitely be back .

Went to the Hungary Horse Netherton today an had a lovely meal but my son had ordered the wrong thing by mistake an I asked the lovely girl Demi if she could change it for me an they an didn't even charge me an extra to wich I I did offer the service was great an couldn't do enough for us very pleasant staff throughout the whole pub Thank you very much 👌🏻

The food was perfect , lovely staff great chat with them all , Beth was lovely helped with everything we needed , Leigh-anne served us so helpful great vibes all around .

Food was nice but I ordered 2 chicken and bacon baguettes. They arrived with no bacon on. They were quite slow in taking the orders at the bar.

What you expect from a chain pub, half decent food, half decent pints, and can be slow if there is more than one person in the queue. Not a bad place for a quick pint or to watch the football, but far from anything special either

Nice pub atmosphere, great experience with the staff, amazing garden space at the back of the Pub.

Quick lunch with daughter, as we saw was new management. All will say is based on my toasted wrap and salt n pepper chips, was that dessert of choc fudge cake was gorgeous and wish had just stuck with that and a coffee. Shame, but am sure if was diff time day may have been slightly better main.

Lovely local pub with a gorgeous outdoor seating area. Should be lovely in the summer. Food was quick and tasty. Server's were really helpful and lovely. Also very welcoming to mu 2 year old who is loud and disruptive! Prices very reasonable. We will be back for sure.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the premises, Leighanne served us and our food came out in a matter of minutes, piping hot and delicious.

We were booked in 11:30 for an 18th birthday and told to be out by 1pm. We are still waiting for our food at 12:40. The rest of our table ordered at 12:10 and has finished their food before ours has arrived. We were told it was being plated up and yet 15 minutes passed and still waiting. Horrific service and blatant lies. Will not be coming back here again.

This was horrendous the staff done nothing but complain about the kids constantly moaning that they were being too load totally spoilt the night as we were there for someone’s birthday I’ll never go back,yer you did ask a number of times and we were approached by a number of your staff the children we at the top end of the pub out of everyone’s way and they are all under 5 they were doing no harm there was only our party in that area so there was no other hot food or drinks around,I have been there before and there have been quite a few other children also playing,they kids being kids because we had to constantly shout at them it totally ruined our evening and you and ur staff complained about our children when there was a lady and a gentlemen sat inside eating with a dog but I’ll garentee nothing was said to those,were I understand kids can be a little over enthusiastic when together at the end of the day there just kids
