Amazing food, staff are lovely. It does get very busy it's that good 👍

Busy day we expect that.. but after numerous visits here and no big niggles we have noted a decline in quality of food and general cleanliness of the tables etcover the past couple of visits... on whole the staff have always been pleasant and efficient but today we encountered one member who clearly was frustrated by it being busy and had no manners when directing people...and sadly the lady on the till was the same one who always seems to have an issue using the till to Input the orders( something none of the other's seem to have same issue with) which lead to quite a queue forming after us despite it being a simple order... her manner also in responding to customers has always been very questionable and she clearly does not listen to the customer as we often have to repeat ourselves... this was suppose to be a Birthday treat for dad at his request today...and it was ruined by staff attitude... sorry but it's seems like many places when they get big and busy things slip... having been in front of house and a chef I was not impressed today...

Absolutely gorgeous breakfast. Efficient service and very friendly staff. Really cheap for amazing quality food. Great value for money. My favourite local cafe.

I walked for a hour to your cafe with my dog, and was looking forward to having a full English breakfast only to get there and find out dogs were not welcome. I was hugely disappointed! Not even an option to sit outside? We ended up going into Dobbies instead and had a full English breakfast in their dog friendly cafe.

Food and drink were cooked and delivered quick. Well made and tasty. Nice atmosphere and plenty of parking.

Disappointed first time been small portions for the money came out not full, and not hot either. I had the vegetarian breakfast my husband was not full either

By far THE BEST English breakfast along side value to money I've had. Loved it. Brilliant. 1 reservation. I left no tip, as tips are suggested when you order, and pay, at the counter, before you have received any service... If I were to go back I would have to take cash to leave on the table AFTER I have eaten. Would highly recommend and will be going again! P.s. they would probably recive more tips if they were suggested tips at the end...

Go here most Fridays. The staff are great and the breakfast is amazing, apart from the sausages!

Lovely full English breakfast, all items delicious! Food delivered to table in good time after ordering at the counter. Proper Kimbo brand coffee too. Bit of a wait for a table, maybe 7 minutes, just because it was very busy at 11am. Clean, spacious toilets. Ample parking onsite. Sadly not dog friendly, but still a family favourite of ours.

Really good food, freshly made and quite quick. Service was great too. Prices are reasonable.

Very disappointed. Waited half an hour. They told they had none left of what we ordered. Waited another half hour for replacement order. When it arrived it was cold. Three orders were wrong.

We were disappointed with the food. There was no vegetarian breakfast option, just vegan. Which meant no eggs. So I opted for the vegan option, but changed the avocado for eggs. I got one quorn sausage, one egg, one tomato, one slice of toast, a few beans and a mushroom and a pot of tea. My wife had eggs benedict, with poached eggs that were hard, and a latte. The bill came to £16.I've got to say the staff were friendly but the menu and the food was a bit disappointing. We won't be rushing back.

Great all day breakfast options, including steak and eggs. The food is good quality for the price. There is also a range of home-made cakes, a decent children’s menu, and keep an eye out for the specials board. Tea arrives in a good sized individual pot offering at least 2 cups, and with a cute knitted tea cosy, each its own unique design. This is a lovely little detail. The staff are friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is cheery. It has always been busy when we’ve visited, but we’ve never struggled to find a seat. Recommended for a relaxing weekend brunch after shopping at the supermarkets nearby.

Ordered fish and chips and a BLT. The BLT was cold, bacon and toast was stone cold. On top of that it took 45 minutes to come to the table. This is the second time we have eaten here and it's the second time the food has not been quality . Not sure if the fish and chips are messing the menu up. Not happy will not be going back.

Love this place, great food, great service, fairly priced. Only down side, no dogs allowed. Shame, when most establishments now allow dogs, can’t understand why a farm house cafe would ban man’s best friend?!

This place is comfortable, cheap and cheerful with plenty of tables, friendly staff and a large menu with a wide range of hot meals like hotpot and lasagne, chilli, with veggie options. There's something for everyone and homemade cakes.

Food is good value for money with friendly service. Could do with decorating the place a bit more.

Back again for breakfast, had takeaway, food is lovely, although would like sausages to be a bit better quality, doesn't take from the fact that the food is great, staff are so friendly and helpful, well done to you all, we will be back again!

Visited a couple of times with my elderly parents this month whilst staying at the nearby Premier Inn. The all-day breakfast is lovely. You just can't go wrong with it. This was especially helpful as it's brought to your table, and you don't have to worry about being down for breakfast by a set time, unlike the hotel! Toilets are clean and are a good size, especially for those that have mobility issues. I'll definitely be back when I'm next up.

Two of us went to Bill Rimmers for breakfast. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent and good quality. Couldn’t believe the price, it was great value for money. Can’t wait to make a return visit. Thank you all so much.

Lovely breakfast, everything nice and fresh. One member of staff had terrible attitude due to us sitting at a table that had not been cleaned, instead off being polite and saying to us, would you mind please if I clean the table. She said could you move as it's our policy to clean tables. Not very nice at all. They need to employ more staff in my opinion, to keep on top off cleaning the tables.

Does a really good all day breakfast.

Not nice food. I had the breakfast muffin. The plate was very hot making me think the whole thing was assembled and then microwaved. Muffin was dry as there was no butter on it.hash brown from supermarket. A kraft cheese slice( didn't think they still existed). Egg was rubbery probably cooked on Monday and reheated. Sausage patty was greasy and tastless. I really didn't think a breakfast muffin could be worse than McDonald's. I was wrong. The staff however were great, friendly and really efficient. Oh and the latte was very nice.

Fantastic full English breakfast! Food was served in very quickly after ordering, staff were very friendly. Very cosy atmosphere with plenty of parking at the front of the cafe. Seating can be either outside or inside and they have vegetarian/ gluten free options for breakfast which was a bonus!

absolutely appalled by the way the staff treated my elderly gran. my grandparents absolutely adore Bill Rimmers and frequent this place weekly, but yesterday had made them never want to return. my grandfather has bad knees and has trouble walking, and my grandmother is recovering from cancer. they asked the young girl serving if she knew the soup of the day, and she replied 'i dont know, go to the till and find out' with a dismissive hand wave! so when my 70 year old grandmother went to the till, she asked the soup and was pointed to a sign with no reply. Then when she asked 'i know you're very busy, but would it be too much to ask if the chef could maybe make me an omlette?' as she has very limited taste buds and eggs are the only enjoyable food, a middle aged waitress popped up out of nowhere and said 'NO omlettes today. 45 minute wait on food, so you can stay or go'. since when was it hospitable to speak to customers this way? im absolutely disgusted. i completely understand staff being stressed, tired, busy etc but theres no reason whatsoever to behave like that! will not be returning.

First visit today as there was a big queue in Dobbies so we decided to try Rimmers. We had bacon butties and a drink each. V Covid aware and staff well trained. Lovely and cosy in there although busy not an unreasonable wait for our order. We will definitely go back! Food well cooked and exceptional value for money!

Despite the food being good as ever, I won't be returning.Completely over the top signage. Walk this way, do this, don't do that, you need to order on a app but you don't and photocopied posters all over the place about putting on a mask whilst walking about; woe betide you if you don't!Never has the customer felt so unwelcome.Tone it down.You were only a quarter full and that's with a number of tables removed.Any other 'normal Friday we would've struggled to get a table. They take cards now as well!! After all the years of strictly no cards. I would have laughed if I hadn't been so sad.
