I have been to Duman quite a few times over last three years. It was an amazing place with amazing service before. This time I got disappointed by the food and also service. Prices went high and there is definitely something not good about food taste. Service was awful this time. Waiters were in bad mood, not smiling at all, rude is the best description. We went from loughborough specifically to dine. , but it was a total disappointment this time. Hopefully they’ll improve and shine.

Mixed kebabs for 2 platter is the best ever .. the hummus is home made and delicious 😋

The nutella cheese cake was phenomenal and the server was very kind and friendly, food arrived quickly and was very tasty.

Very good grill! Definitely try the chicken sharma and shish. Avoid the pizza.

I have travelled the whole north West in search of the best turkish and this place is by far the best. I am a professional chef myself and cannot fault anything here and have been half a dozen times and going again this evening.

We decided last minute to pop in and we were lucky to get a table. Food was delicious 5 happy diners! The food was only bettered by the service from Dominique (apologies if I spelled this incorrectly). Can’t wait to come back.

It was a treat to find a turkish restaurant as we dont have one on Anglesey, The food was delicious. The staff were prompt and efficient. we walked in without a booking and we were seated immediately. would definitely go there again .

Went to Duman, hadn't booked but they made room for us despite being packed already. Had a delicious mean and was well looked after by Dominique and all the other lovely staff. I'm new to Liverpool, only 1 month in, and have eaten at a few places but have been to Duman twice already because it really is good.

As always, the service was very good and Dominica took very good care of us. The meat was succulent and tasty and we had a very good evening

As always, amazing food quality, potion size and service. Dominika is very attentive and fast with her ability to serve and presents herself gracefully. A real credit to DUMAN. Great value and wonderful staff. Only thing letting the experience down is the lack of dress code. Some of the people in here think it is ok to wear baseball caps/ trainers in a restaurant. ITS NOT. Make an effort.

It is the best place we have been to, the staff are lovely. The food is amazing, service is quick and efficient and the food is so tasty. Definitely try the mix grill for 2 amazing portion size.

First time here and was very impressed. Staff were friendly and the food was amazing. I wish I'd taken a picture of the food as the mixed for 2 was huge.

1st time here,food was excellent spent a lot of time in Turkey and not in tourist resorts. Would definitely come back when in area again waitress was excellent also Effs was good too.

Came here for our sons 16th. Table of 18. The food as always amazing, I shared a a mixed grill and it was the bomb. All the meats cooked to perfection. Everyone agreen that the food was amazing . Going for a Turkish .... go Duman

went midweek for some tea with my husband and 2 kids. service was fantastic. I had lamb shwarma (forgive spelling if not correct way) for the first time and it was sooo nice. The meat tasted so nice and was just gorgeous. Highly recommend. Portion sizes were great and kids loved their food. Very happy diners

First time visiting Duman; it has always looked busy whenever one driven past, and smelled amazing. It did not disappoint. We went for the hot mezze starter and a mixed kebab & mixed shish for main. Meat cooked to perfection and lots of food. My partner couldn't finish everything and the staff were happy for her to take her leftovers home in a container. Thoroughly recommend

Good quality turkish grill. Food is a little more expensive than similar places. But lovely food, staff and surroundings.

Lovely food, friendly service, I enjoy the wraps and chips from here which come with a seasoning and dips! The calamari is probably the nicest I’ve ever had. Would recommend.

Considering there was about 30 off us for a 40th no meal was missed no wait was to long and no service was nothing but professional 10/10 food was delicious x I would never of chose a Mediterranean style food but I now cannot wait to come back with my hubby

Love coming to Duman but the lunch menu is a bonus 2 courses for £14.99 and it's delicious. Jenny the waitress is always very friendly and can't do enough for you as are all the staff always go above and beyond to accommodate. Can't recommend this place enough FAB 💕

I have been too many restaurants but Duman is the best of the best. I truly felt that it was the upper echelon of customer service from any I’ve ever had in any restaurant I have ever been to. The atmosphere was extremely positive and the service particularly from my waitress from Wigan, Jen, she was really attentive and efficient in her service, moreover, she was friendly and patient. I look forward to coming back to this fine establishments and being served once more by Jen my favourite waitress in the world.

We have been here before last year, this time we were joined by work colleagues from the MBS show at the racecourse. The food was good not quite as good as the last time we were here but still enjoyable, Wanted to try the pineapple and coconut layer cake but it was unavailable.

14 of us all enjoyed our visit to duman tonight. Every meal was gorgeous. Every starter/dessert perfect. Drinks not overpriced. Service exceptional. Waitress Nicole was very attentive without being over bearing. Not one complaint... Unbelievable for my family! 10/10 all round. Will go again.

We came for dinner with my wife and son. It was unresonably noisy, some od the customers were so loud. When we stated that we were uncomfortable with this situation, they said that it was a normal situation and that this was a restaurant. Our complaint was not dealt with in any way. We couldn't even hear what we were talking about while eating our meal. The staff should be trained to deal with complaints and provide friendly service. Rude and disrespectful service understanding. We had a terrible dining experience. I will never return again.

I have been to this place many times and I really enjoyed the food. Although the last two times that I visited the restaurant it seemed to me that the quality of the meat has been poor. I hope that next time I will visit the food to be more tasty.

Great restaurant! Me and my partner have been a good few times with family and friends aswell as alone for our date nights. Couldn't recommend enough staff are lovely and the food has never disappointed. Thankyou Duman team!
