Fast and pleasant service from Mia despite restaurant being very busy. Food cooked to good standard and tasty took advantage of Chicken Tuesday £8 meal deal. Highly Recommend

We booked a table here for 17 people on Valentine’s Day for my 8 year old sons birthday. Sometimes it can be hard to book somewhere with us being a large family on an occasion but this was no bother for them. We were just asked to provide pre orders before the day which was great as no messing on the night with trying to take everyone’s at the table. The manager and staff were all so lovely and helpful on the night, our main server was Cathy but obviously with such a large table multi r people helped out! ☺️ The food was all correct and delicious to what we pre ordered and my son had a fab night! Absolutely lovely meal, my partner is super fussy with food and loves it here very time. Not expensive at all especially for the quality, our server Annie was wonderful as are all the other servers in.

Called in on a Tuesday eve & we were seated quickly. Staff were pleasant & service was good, particularly Toni our waitress.

Serving staff absolutely fantastic, could not fault them. Very attentive but not intrusive. We had two servers, one called Toni and one called Helen, they went above and beyond what you usually expect from a server. I’ve got to say my gammon was cooked to perfection so a big thank you to the chefs in the kitchen. This has got to be the best Harvester I have visited.

Lovely meal tonight. We were taken care of by Jasmine who was bubbly, chatty and attentive. We stayed until we realised everyone else had gone and we still were just left alone. No one was rushing us out. Great deal if you use the app as well.

Arrived for lunch and the manageress remembered us from us from 4 weeks previous. Leanne looked after us and was very helpful and pleasant. Food was prompt and plentiful. This has to be one of the most friendliest restaurants in the area.

From looking at previous posts there seems to be a pattern here. We had brunch here and the manager was very rude. Everything felt an inconvenience and made to feel unwelcome. Not only to us but we witnessed the way an elderly flustered couple were treated because they had not booked and it was disgusting. I think this chain really needs to take note of the reviews referring to rude staff in particular the manager. I do not want to discuss my experience any further as I want nothing to do with this chain or pub again but others should know what standard they can expect when visiting this place.
