Plenty to choose from on the menu, and the pies and sausage rolls are home made & looked so tempting, The cakes looked so tempting, will try them at another time, yes we certainly will return,

Came in yesterday was served by Connor who was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. It seemed that he was working on the bar and in the kitchen if he was the breakfast was spot on and will deffo be returning again soon

Pleasant experience from start to finish. Efficient ordering, speedy delivery of food, order as requested. Polite and cheerful staff.

Fab firework display on 5th November. Very busy

half the order was missing and there was no way to contact the Costa to obtain the missing items.This should make a lively review.

Staff excellent, food also,service too,BUT the music is deafening, customers all shouting at each other, spoils the experience.

This is one of the worst cafes I’ve seen. All tables full of dirty plates. Floor was dirty and the staff were busy talking to people they knew and not getting on with their job. Would avoid at all costs as there are cheaper and cleaner place’s nearby.

This venue is terrific because it is amongst the numerous shops that I visit regularly and my routine is to meet a friend twice a week here after shopping. Situated in Next on the first floor, it's very bright and spacious, but the things which let it down and stop me giving it 5 Stars are the following: Tables are rarely cleaned, so it means you're often sat at a table with trays, dirty cups and plates galore. They play the music far too loud, to the point you cannot hear the conversation you're having with people. I am all for a place being vibrant and playing music/tunes, but this Costa could do with refraining from going towards a nightclub style volume.

Same as other reviewers, stung by the parking fines. What a country we live in when we get ripped for parking in a place to spend money in their stores. I won't be giving Starbucks my custom any more. There does not seem to be any justifiable reason for the parking fines, the car park was not full, the area the Starbucks is in is quiet and the hospital over the road has plenty of parking that is actually free of charge! It all just leaves a sour taste in the mouth constantly being ripped off by these companies which actually need us to spend money with them!
