Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Sefton

Having walked nearly 10 miles along the beach, the dunes and through the pinewoods, Kitty’s Tea Rooms were a very welcome sight! I only wanted a cup of tea but couldn’t resist the coffee walnut cake (YUM) and a very tasty Club Sandwich. Very friendly staff, and a great atmosphere. Perfect.

Alot better at lunch than around 5pm onwards

We visited this restaurant again during our recent stay in Southport, It is a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine with a bottle of wine on a sunny afternoon. We just had a light lunch,my husband had mini fish and chips and I had home made chicken soup with home made bread, both of which were delicious. My husband has mobility problems and as the toilet is upstairs the staff helped him up and down the stairs, which was very kind of them, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I am sorry I do not know the names, but the young lady who I think owns the restaurant is lovely, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. She remembered us from our visit last year. Indeed all the staff are great and we will certain be visiting again when we are in Southport and would recommend it to anyone.

Found this place on google maps never having been to Crosby before and what a find I couldn’t fault the place. Service, venue and food all get A* from me. I might have to come to Crosby again just to come back.
