Came for lunch today with our 30 per cent discount code which made it a great deal the food is fantastic the staff are amazing especially Hannah who looked after us today especially Paul Hannah and chef Amy

We had a large party of family , friends and children. The staff were fantastic.

Lovely visit to the bootle arms with our girls, Sophie was extremely nice interacting with the girls and ensuring we had a nice visit. Food was delicious also thank you ☺️

Amazing place for a meal! Been there twice this weekend for birthdays and both evenings have been great. It’s very cozy and welcoming with lovely people. The Bootle Arms has a great atmosphere, great service, staff and most importantly, food. Despite the fact they are usually packed with people, the staff manage to get the job done and deliver the food within 10-20minutes. All the staff are amazing, but some selected ones are Lucy, Sophie, Lyndsey, Kane, Paul, Grant, and Hannah. If I could recommend any specific meals, It would be the Chicken Tikka Masala ( pilau rice, naan bread, poppadom, and mango chutney ) , and the Mixed Grill (chips, peas ect.) Kid friendly playground, outdoor seating, perfect dining experience for the whole family!

We visited The Bootle arms Sunday for a roast which was very nice Lyndsey served us she was fantastic very kind and helpful with the menu and dietary issues my partner has highly recommend coming here

We came in for a Sunday roast and the food and drink was excellent. The service was brilliant and we were well looked after by paul and lyndsey.

We love the Bootle Arms for any occasion. The staff are so accommodating and friendly every time we visit. They hold some lovely events throughout the year which my kids love, especially halloween parties. We visited for my daughters birthday on our last visit and when her dessert was brought out, the staff sang happy birthday to her which she loved. Your staff should be very proud of themselves as I believe they are what makes this a fantastic family restaurant.Thankyou for another great visit.

The best pub in our area and it took us a year to find out since moving to Maghull. The staff are outstanding and the Manager really makes children feel welcome and the food is lovely It's my new favourite place to take the family

Service was excellent, food delicious, there was a slight mixup with our food but this was resolved very quickly and staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Highly recommend and we would definitely book again. We were a large party but all food arrived and exceeded our expectations, excellent value for money. We were a party of 10 having christmas dinner. This was booked for 3.15 pm and by 5pm we had only eaten our starter. I had pate which was came with two skinny rock hard burnt toast. Some had prawn cocktail which did not come with any marie-rose sauce just a glass of mainly lettuce and a couple of prawns The main meal looked like it had been warmed up the big Yorkshire pudding was rock hard. Some of our group did not got any sprouts, one had some that were rock hard. Some got a sausage no bacon wrapped around it some didnt get any pigs in blankets at all. Some didn't get any gravy. The desserts were OK. The waitress serving us looked like she had a pretty rough day and didn't look happy as she was hoping to be home to her family by 6pm. We left at 6.45. Thinking it was the worst xmas dinner we had ever had.

Beautiful Pub/Restaurant, warm and cozy, staff very helpful and polite. Bit out the way for us but love coming here as always delivers great customer service, gorgeous food, piping hot so you know it's fresh and fast service so your never waiting long. Today we were waited on by Erin, very polite and well mannered, presentable and helpful. Credit to your pub. We will definitely be back again.

We came for Christmas day, we had never been to the Bootle arms and from the get go we was made to feel welcome. We were promptly shown to out table and drinks came shortly after. All of the meals were lovely and hot, tasty and plenty of it as well! Very friendly and welcoming staff.

We came for Christmas Day Dinner which as we were coming to a pub we went in with medium expectations due to previous eating out experiences on Xmas day however it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely gorgeous portion sizes were extremely generous and the service was perfect. It did not feel too busy in there or like you were in or out it really was fantastic.

Went for breakfast with santa 22/12/24 very disappointing not much interaction for the children that were there from santa and not much activity s also wasn't explained that drinks were not included in the price such a shame because we were looking forward to it as a family also as this pub always gets good reviews and does a lot for the community

Fantastic Sunday roast at The Bootle Arms! Paul provided excellent service, and Chef Dany’s roast was perfectly cooked and delicious. Warm atmosphere and generous portions – highly recommend!

Absolutely awful meal had 16th December. Steal in ale pie meat tough and pastry not cooked. No one asked if everything was ok. Plates left on table when we left.

Went to breakfast with Santa this morning. Absolutely fantastic!! Kids had a brilliant time, especially during the snow ball fight 😅😅

We’ve just had a brilliant night at Bingo with the Grinch! We booked a table to have dinner while there, all of our food was lovely despite being really busy we didn’t wait longer than half an hour or so. The kids (adults) had a ball with the grinch and loved the snow ball fights and bingo. A fab festive evening! Thank you ❤️

What an excellent morning and event so worth the money Elmo loved it! The Bootle arms was as welcoming as always even with several 4 legged guests the staff were great! Tia was very friendly and attentive and we were served very promptly. She also lavished attention on our dog, Monty, who loved his chicken dinner.

Lovely food, arrived quickly (cheeseburger and hunters chicken baguette). Staff were friendly and helpful. Only bad point was trying to order online, the sandwiches didn't show on the online menu. Everything else was great. Loved the xmas decorations.

From start to finish the service we got was excellent at The Bootle Arms. The food was excellent and piping hot when it was served. Also the desserts ordered were good. The staff couldn't have done more for us.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch,food was really good.we were met by friendly and attentive staff.Lyndsey and Hannah were great host,informed us of what was on for the Christmas Holidays.we booked a table for the Breakfast with the Ginch,and also Breakfast with Santa really looking forward to attending both events.

We have been too this pub on quite a few occasions, and never been disappointed with the service, meals and prices, this is why I booked for a party of 14, last night for my daughter's birthday 🎂, the seating area was great. The service from the staff was outstanding 👏 , our meals were served all together, and was very enjoyable, only to things wrong, steak wasn't medium rare, and salad served on one meal that we had asked not to be given, but other than that no complains. Thank you to all the staff for a most enjoyable evening 😊 xx

Terrible shocking service sttod at the bar one person serving whilst three members of staff are talking. Food was shocking half the tables was cold after waiting 45 mins as well two plates had to be refunded cos it was inedible.

Came for lunch. The hunters melt was tasty and too big, couldn’t finish it all. Served by the lovely Hannah, always so friendly and chatty.

The Harry Potter event was amazing. My children were mesmerised. Hannah who did the potions with the children was great. Food was lovely and the pub was beautiful decorated.
