Delicious hot food - we order from them regularly for our office.

took an hour and a bit but was worth it. buttylicious is the most horrible scran but so good at the same time. the best hangover cure imaginable

Rang at the expected delivery time to get a rough estimate, told they were just cooking it. Waited another 25 minutes after that and food arrived ice cold and rubbery, despite us living on the next street.

Diabolical. I did not receive my order. I want a refund immediately

Good Value breakfast including 2 large rashers, 2 sausages, slice of black pudding, egg, hash brown, mushrooms, tomato, beans & 2 toast - £6. Service was pretty fast. Think it's mostly a takeaway (2 people came in to collect their pre-orders) but it did have 2 little diner tables to eat in at. No seating outside

Food didn't arrive anywhere near on time, rang twice only to be told it's 5/10 minutes away. Never ordering from here again. After literally wasting 2 hours of my morning waiting for food that then arrived cold, went straight in the bin.

Food was late, undercooked clearly taken straight from freezer and had a weird taste to it

I ordered a all English breakfast and 2 sausage and bacon barms . App said hour wait. I waited and the hour went by no food. My partner called to see what was happening with our order to which it was on way. Moment later the app said enjoy your food. Thinking it was just round the corner I waited and waited then my app said sorry for delay your food will be another 10mins. Eventually turned up. Not very impressed after the wait we had. Will not be going here again.

I ordered a turkey roll and it had plenty of meat with fresh salad, tasted delish

Just beware if you have allergy jacket and tune Dosnt state on menu the potato will me mashed up with butter and the Tune is in fact Tuna Mayo So no good for people who have dairy allergy egg allergy or who have intolerance Natasha Law I know for pre packed food but would be good quick read to help you think about just highlighting ingredients or ask just eat to add options when selecting product like Jacket with Tune butter yes or no Mayo yes or no x Rest of food was hot and fresh staff all friendly and polite Thankyou happy New year x

Ordered on Southport eats. We had cheese and ham panini, cheesy chips and tuna jacket potato. Really pleased with the food and amazingly priced.

Food was freezing cold an missing items that had been paid for. Buttylicious staff tried denying food was cold and making excuses about extra items that didn’t arrive

Had a a very tasty breakfast here with friends it was great value for money.

Tasty food ordered 15 min before close (didn't realise time it closed) and it arrived hot and fresh delivery driver was nice and friendly only thing missing can of coke but no big deal thank you for the good food will order again

Won’t let me select an hour late on this for some reason but Ordered the food at 9:55 and it arrived at 11:55 an hour later than it said it was going to be delivered.

Always give out crusts for toast. Have to bin it as I don’t eat it. Apart from that the food is always amazing and yummy. Wouldn’t order anywhere else. Just a shame about the toast.

2nd time ordering from here both time items missing from order But food is spot on staff are friendly I think next time I arrange to collect to avoid the missing items luck this time it was only a bacon butty for myself so not to bothered about missing item

This is my Go to breakfast and lunch shop, they say hello when they see me coming and they remember my order which makes lunch breaks super convenient, great value for money so I have quite a hefty built butty every time, always hits the spot. So I always leave a tip.

The bacon was cut in to half pieces the sausage really low quality just mush inside not sausage meat and the egg like rubber not ordering this breakfast again

We haven't received the order but it is saying it is delivered. It may have been delivered to another office building because our receptionist has said nothing has been received.

Buttylicious has always been great the breakfasts and meatballs baguette are lovely too

Used to be a great place. It's gone downhill, last 2 visits the bread/baps have been hard and tested old.

Thought I’d try the breakfast pizza and it didn’t really taste good, very bland Ordered pancakes as an alternative and they were beautiful, I wish they did multiple choice or the option to add extras because raspberry and Nutella would have been perfect

Lovely food can always count on a good fry up from these. Only think I can say is the sausages could be cooked a little bit longer but that is all I can complain about

Breakfast took 90mins to arrive so resulted in being lunch not breakfast

Food is nice but have ordered a couple of times from here and the delivery time is ridiculous. It estimates an hour/an hour and 20 mins from ordering which is already a long time, but then is always late on top of that. Always end up waiting around 2 hours.

The food is always delicious from there.

Always tasty and good value for money though you can save on the delivery fee by ringing them directly and ordering £8 worth of food. More options too! Ask them for a menu!

I’m actually so disappointed in the customer service and quality of this place, Ordered food over the phone and got told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. 1.5 hours later i ring up enquiring about my food, to get told it would be 10/15 minutes. 2 hours after i ordered the food it showed up, i said to the delivery driver (who i’m certain also runs the shop) that i had been waiting 2 hours, he brushed me off and didn’t really engage in conversation with me, saying that it basically isn’t his fault no care was given at all, it was basically not my problem etc. I then pay him and he goes, the food itself is okay, it’s nothing special to be honest. It was bland but edible. Will not be ordering again and i don’t suggest you do either.

Ordered Extras £1 and never received. Other than that delivery time could have been faster I feel but acceptable as the food arrived warm which is good. Spoke to restaurant asking for update after 1 hour waiting and informed it was about to be sent out for delivery making it 1 hour 15 minutes.

Decent food, can't fault it. Driver even gave us a dog treat for the dog 🤣👍🏻
