Lovely busy place to have a coffee and cake

Staff are great. Food is overpriced. Coffee nice, but again overpriced. Worst thing is the flies. Food isn't covered.

Nice relaxing store. Staff always pleasant. Food not the best and way overpriced. If the coffee keeps increasing in price also, I suspect people will eventually vote with their feet and go elsewhere.

Grotty and lots of flies. Looks like Costa have forgotten about this one. No cups left for tea, seating was stained and grubby, loads of tables with trays left on them. Needs a good scrub ☹️

Awful service asked for them to remake my drink as it tasted of water and the lady forgot about it and was waiting for 20 minutes

Nice food but service was a bit slow but Great things takes time I guess.

Looking forward to nice coffee with friends using vouchers that they couldn't accept but were Costa vouchers. They said they're been having problems with this quite embarrassing as a customer so come on Costa get the technical right. But coffee was good

I'm afraid the service loses a star, as for the 3rd week running all drinks are served in cardboard cups. The dishwasher is broken still. Bit of a poor show for me personally as I can't stand cardboard cups. Staff are great though and the place was spotless even though it was packed.

I have to say, I have been in many Costa's, they serve coffee and cakes and toast (yum) but this is the only one I've been in where there is an atmosphere, a lovely friendly welcoming atmosphere. The staff know their customers and have a conversation with them. It's like a local community cafe.. but it's a costa

I am a regular at Costa Crosby and cannot praise manager Lisa and her staff too highly. Great service from funny, friendly staff always up for chat and laugh and, most importantly great coffee. Never had a bad cup or enjoyable visit, hence recommend 5 star review to all staff and service they offer.

Went there with my granddaughter it was good Crosby has changed so much over the year will have to back one day to see what changes are there now last time was 1980 And great bus service the 53 every 8 mins or less recommended people go there to see what's on offer . ANd south road Waterloo they even a cinema ,

Great Coffee shop in Crosby centre. Friendly staff and a great range of cakes and food.

Run down, elderly cannot use toilets as a 7 digit code is necessary before door can be opened, ridiculous, needs to be sorted promptly.

Nice food but extreamly rude staff! I ordered a iced, cold drink and the staff member sighed and rolled her eyes! I ignored it untill she gave me some boiled water with a few berry's. Then a woman ordered a hot drink and the worker praised her like a dog and started doing the whip nae-nae! Not ecxeptable I expect better than this from a 4.4 star Caffè!

Very slow service, Dirty cups (batista cleaned one on the third attempt) and really poor coffee. The latte tasted of coffee grinds and lacked the costa quality. Decor needs updating and the seats were not comfortable. Very disappointing.

Lovely Costa with comfortable seats, a lot of tables. Good airy space.

I've only been here twice, which is probably not enough to make generalisations. However, in both visits, they were understaffed and I had to wait in a queue for 15+ minutes and what I asked for wasn't available (cold brew). The coffee? Meah. It's Costa, isn't it?

Staff are fantastic but the usual rubbish food and coffee .... why do people eat hear ? Cheap nasty bread spoils everything. Lots of better places to eat in the area ...

Met up with a friend had a good catch up

Popped in following a business meeting, a grab and go coffee as you could say, and the whole team was soooo friendly. They were polite, talkative, smiled as you walked past them, honestly, it was very pleasant. Shame it isn't my local, but well done to all working on Friday 5th November! :)

Great place the staff are really nice too

Went today to the smaller branch in Crosby. Lovely lady over the counter (sorry didn't catch her name) made me amazing flat white, offered different blends & had a lovely little chat. Thanks 🥰

Something wrong here , staff busy but long queues, people walking out, no time to clean tables, needs to be staffed properly I think at busy times, especially on market days

Arrived at 4:50pm ( 10 minutes before the shop shuts). Staff member was absolute rude and stated they are close and wouldn’t service for drinks or snack. I love Costa coffee(have loyalty card), this has changed view in the brand.

I enjoy a costa as much as the next person but the staff did their best and the queue was long. Enjoyed sitting outside in the sun with friends when we eventually got our order. Lovely staff just need more maybe . .

Lovely coffee's, my favourite being a latte. My elderly father and I had a gorgeous Caramel latte with smooth coffee blend and a Kit Kat muffin recommended by the staff. Which was lovely. Highly recommended. Staff are lovely too!

Lovely staff but queues and waiting time are too long. Big problem, when youre waiting in line and an App or Uber order comes in they take priority.

Not a bad visit overall a little disappointed that staff were not wearing masks correctly. However they did wash their hands frequently and thoroughly.

Really really enjoyed my time today at Costa Crosby Village I had a delicious ham and cheese croissant wafers and a small skinny latte with vanilla and mum had marshmallow bites you have cappuccino chocolate on top so good

Fantastic place. The girl behind the counter was absolutely fantastic with the older customers. Made them really welcome. What an absolute credit she is.

Costa Coffee, what can you say?

An average Costa. Good tasting coffee and good service. I would definitely come here again if I was passing by and needed a caffeine boost.
