The best restaurants in Salford North West

A lovely looking venue, lots of outdoor seating and comfy sofas inside. Friendly service however the name is a bit decieving as the craft bar selection on draft is poor. There are two cask ales on which looks like they rotate and one true craft beer, again a lovely guest from Ponoma on this occasion. Shipyard IPA and Brooklyn Pilsner are Carlsberg Marston brands and Peroni is also on tap. The fridge behind the bar looks more promising but awkward to see what is in it.

Got a takeaway tonight and it was absolutely spot on. Best curry we’ve had for a while and fast delivery too, all piping hot. 5 stars from us - we’ll definitely be ordering again soon.

Since being taken over the place has gone down hill so much food is either over cooked or the chips are still rock hard as tho they have only cooked them for 2mins.The gentleman cooking never acknowledges you at all and they expected Thai food to take off was never going to happen it was disgusting.lets hope someone better takes over soon that can cook

Waited for nearly 2 hours for the food. Food was top notch when it arrived. You shouldn't be waiting that long for food. Need to do better on that one. Also there was a long wait at the bar for drinks.

Great pub with excellent beer. Just a shame I'm not in that neck of the woods very often.

Came here for a friend's birthday which coincided with mothers day. Just want to say a massive thank you to AJ for helping me with my booking and welcoming us with his great energy! Food was spot on (friend ate the vegan burger to suit her dietary needs) and the bar staff were all so lovely. I will definitely visit again!

Pre theatre visit, enjoyed a selection of sushi, gyozas, salt and pepper fries and a katsu curry. Shared between 3 and all fabulous. Really lovely staff too.

Excellent food & friendly service. Very busy on saturday night, which is a good sign. Will now be my regular place gor take aways

Room was okay except for ripped carpet under bed. Service was good. Location a bit out of the way, just a pub next door, no shops within walking distance but an Aldi & a couple of shops a couple of miles away

These guys are NOT HALAL be careful guys as they will tell you it is with 0 certification as halal meat is more expensive they don't have no god or reason to lie it's business.....

I have always found the food pretty good. Usually order something 2 Fridays a month never had a bad experience. Good food at a good price.

Have been here multiple times and always get the chicken/beef fried ho fun and Hamon Style Vermicelli Noodles for a sweet and tangy taste. The food never disappoints. There is a huge variety of dishes to choose from. Ambience and atmosphere is cosy and authentic. Not an appropriate setting for a romantic date. The portions are large, can easily share 1 between 2.
