I can be a little fussy when I pay for a meal because I'm actually looking for something nice to eat out of my own money and want to eat something that I I could cook myself but want better because I want a rest from it! This place in my mind is perfect amd I will be going here a lot from now on, thank you for a spot on meal we all really enjoyed it .

Disappointed with my Mexican Pizza Ive been a regular customer for years and always order Mexican Pizza today my Boyfriend went to collect it and it was cold and you can tell it was re heated! The pizza usually takes 40mins so I found it weird that I was told my Pizza was ready in 5/10mins! Not happy!

poor quality, poor service, cold food

10/10 absolutely beautiful! Everything was perfect! The kebab was delicious, the fries perfectly salted, the onion rings were nice and crispy and not greasy at all and the garlic naan was definitely fresh, not soggy thank you so much! Will definitely order again 👍🏻 The delivery driver was so lovely too. Very happy customer Alhamdulillah🙏🏻⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place is very good the food is delicious the service is very nice the staff is friendly, smiling, even the delivery drivers are very friendly I love this place the food is fresh I've tested Americano pizza , Asian style , chicken burger, cheeseburger, fries, everything is nice 👌

Love Puccinos the food is excellent the staff are lovely they are quick on delivery too. I wouldn't order from anywhere else only puccinos because its the best.

Really nice but didn't give me option for sauce, portion size on smaller side. I like that they are open late perfect if you've been working till late etc. Quality of the kebab meat is really decent

Used to order regular from here till I moved so thought I'd try again, majorly disappointed the food was cold and taste stale

The second time we have ordered. Last time if was half an hour - 45 minute late however they said it was busy so we give them the benefit of the doubt. Again today, 30mins late. Driver was rude upon delivery, food was barely warm and tasted stale. Ive been here many times before but recently have been so disappointed with the food and service.

Delivery was to the door.Food was 10:10.

Most of the time the food is good but there are exceptions to this and the service can be pretty good but the bossman can be a bit of a nob sometimes

ZERO STARS. First time I tried this place. Ordered & paid online. Message received twenty minutes later saying "order is rejected, can be for number of reasons". Checked my bank, money taken by Puccinos. Called Puccinos (several times) no answer. Puccinos grotty website tells me I can apply for refund, may take five days. AVOID.

Love the food and are really cheap for the amazing quality. I have ordered from here for years, they have even told us that we were their favourite customers

Their kebab specialities need work. They meat is always overdone and can taste charcoal rather than seasoning. It's about £7.99 upwards for their shish kebab, sharwmas etc. and you certainly don't get your money's worth. I would stick to your regular fries and an ordinary add on like mozzerella sticks or popcorn chicken sort of thing which seems to do the job if you're looking for a quick eat. Pizzas and calzones are okay. Sometimes salty, but standard takeaway food shop taste that you get in most chicken shops.

Love the garlic bread and cheese and do a good kebab calzone too!

The chicken tasted sour on both mine and my moms kebabs, chips were very hard - overcooked. Rude on the phone, scammed 10 pound out of us saying they were 6.1 Miles away from us when it was actually 2.8 miles. Was rude when he delivered the food.

Order on its way then it never turns up, you ring them and their closed , ring them back and they get aggressive.

Order was way over the delivery time then refuse to return your money if you carnt do the orders you have then refuse to take anymore or get staff that can actually work quicker

Always good food and great value for money.

Ordered food and came early. Was hot and cooked. Tasted blooming yummy, we had a regular chicken tika on pita and regular donna on pita. They seemed small compared to other places regular kebabs but for the money, taste and fast service, cant argue. Driver was friendly and even shut our gate.

Used to go to Costa. Puccino's is now my top choice

Made an order online, received no feedback, rang up and he said he hasn't even turned on the system yet...(good start!) Rang up again to check that the order was received and he said yes. I drive to the takeaway. Food still says being prepared on app. I've had enough waiting. It's been one hour at this point. I ring up a third time (an hour later since ordering) and get a rude response on the phone refusing to cancel the order saying it's ready; app still says not ready (obviously not using the system properly) However he was VERY quick to confirm the order complete once I put the phone down. If you can't be bothered to fulfill orders then don't accept them. and DONT try and steal people's money for food you never fulfilled! You can see from my profile that I don't often leave bad reviews, but his disgusting tone and behaviour deserved this one star alone.

In general from the kebabs I've had... they do a nice full house kebab its a bit pricey but worth it overall I think if your starving like I was. As a spice fiend I'll mention the hot chilli sauce first which is not blisteringly hot but not super mild either whilst having a good flavour depth post-heat. It's really quite good if not a tiny bit sweet and lacking a true kick for a spice mentalist like me. However that's compensated for by the marinaded chicken tikka, tandoori, peri peri etc...options for the grill. I guess the strength of this place is that for kebabs the quality is uniformly better than average for all meats so theres no one that's overly grisly or so bad as to put you off of a kebab like many places do with grisly fat bits on lamb. Theres still room for improvement though. Basically guys if you are reading...trim a bit more fat off of the lamb and what's left should be seared. The varying heat of marinades for chicken more than compensates on the lack of hotness in the chilli sauce department providing you choose the right one. Can't really comment on pizzas as not had one recently but from what I remember they were also pretty damn good so makes this place better than most round these parts. Summary... Very good for kebabs in this area but bear in mind we dont live near Rusholme. As for pizzas the better side of good as far as I know.

Absolutely love the chicken burgers ,still hot ,crispy chicken and bun with amazing Salty chips 😁definitely recommend it .

I would give a one star but I don’t want to be rude as food is edible. -poor quality -poor communication skills -Not enough ingredients or none (I asked for chicken filet burger and I got something looking like a chicken burger in a bun with sos.. nothing else in) This is my second time in this place and second time disappointed. The first time I ordered kebab clzone and they gave me 2 out of 5 ingredients inside. I realised when I got back home. The only open place from 11am so I will probably visit again but I will not recommend it to anyone. Sorry

For a small takeaway outside of the major city Puccinos is very very good. They have a varied menu of takeaway classics along with their own specials. If you are in the are its worth tyring out.

40min delivery time, was £11 for a large nann donna and donna burger with fries. Was well cooked and tasty.

Absolutely ridiculous. Came an hour late and then the delivery guy gives us no food. He makes us ring the reasturant and the manager refuses to give us a refund. I am appalled by the customer service and will be reporting the staff. Good luck getting a job anywhere else fellers.

Awesome pizzas The best I had for years

Today i was rudely spoken to by the staff and i was even called a "bastard". I find this very unprofessional. The whole situation was because they changed the usual price of a meal and i refused to buy the meal before it was being cooked. He rudely told me to never come back just for refusing to pay the overpriced meal. I am a regular customer and i have spend alot of money in there and i will not be returning.
