One of my friend recommend me this takeaway a couple of weeks ago and I ordered again and got delicious lamb tikka kebab with fresh salad and mints which was testy 😋
Rubbish customer service no greeting of staff and took about 15 minutes to bring drink over asked for a crepe and due to it closing In 40 minutes the staff refused to make them which is so rude will not be going back and not to say the hygiene !!
didn't get my order at all ! the driver can't find my address, then when he thought he found it saying he is waiting at my door ! obviously he was nowhere! when I messaged him he is at the wrong address, he just simply clicked on "delivered " and got lost!
Ignorant manager unless your friends next in the queue 🙄
Got 1 cold latte & cold hot chocolate when told him he said oh dear obviously couldn't be bothered 😉
Five of my friends ordered food from deep dale tandoori and only one got there order. And it took over an hour to do that. And when I asked wot was going on I was told that the orders were delivered. I am not happy with this takeaway. Last time I ordered two special mixed kebab's one with salad and one with garlic sauce. When they eventually arrived. There was no salad and no garlic sauce. This is no way to run a takeaway. I'm a fully qualified chef and have worked with some of the top chefs in the country. I'm sorry to say this but stay away from deep dale tandoori .
Visited while shopping on Sunday for a cup of tea & a scone. It was mid afternoon and very quiet with only 3 tables occupies. There was one person serving behind the counter who was wiping surfaces. She told me she would be with me in a minute, and proceeded to finish off, then serve me without washing her hands which was a bit off putting. The table I sat at was grubby and I had to wipe it myself. There was a cold chip and crumbs under the table. The scone was very good as was the tea but I d to enjoy it as the environment was poor.
Absolutely awful, the zingy curry baguette was revolting. Whatever they put in it, it was not curry. The latte was like water, a complete rip-off at over £20 for two. My advice, try other vendors. This place was not worth it. Not even worth looking through the window.🤢
Chips - Pale, soggy, greasy and undercooked. Husband threw in bin
Fish - Quite tasteless, soggy batter…
Curry Sauce - Nothing special
Won’t be visiting again…
