Got a delivery. Pizza was literally just a plain cheese and tomato pizza (margarita).. Came and it just tastes of curry... I don't know how that happened but it did. Burger I ordered with burger sauce and salad, no salad on the burger.. Just mayonaise. Don't order from here.. If you want food from here then I suggest visiting in person. NEVER USE PRESTON EATS.

Still not received my refund for non delivery through 'yoyo' after countless calls and promises by yourself. This is a scam. Sort it soon, or I take it further !!!! Ps.. I noticed you took my last comment down,,, I'm not going away !!!

Excellent food, very clean and tidy environment, great customer service, atmosphere was perfect, nice and quiet but it obviously depends on the time of the day but overall 10/10 would definitely come again and I recommend 😁

Lovely meal with family. Very easy to order and quick and the food was top notch. So aesthetically pleasing too the food is well presented and so is the place we sat.

Could not belive how nice food was & 50percent of .would eat here at least 3 times a week at that price

Visited while shopping on Sunday for a cup of tea & a scone. It was mid afternoon and very quiet with only 3 tables occupies. There was one person serving behind the counter who was wiping surfaces. She told me she would be with me in a minute, and proceeded to finish off, then serve me without washing her hands which was a bit off putting. The table I sat at was grubby and I had to wipe it myself. There was a cold chip and crumbs under the table. The scone was very good as was the tea but I d to enjoy it as the environment was poor.

Afternoon teA. What a disaster. Coffee scalding hot and burnt top of leg. Nobody from cafe came to see what was wrong. Carer had to go to Boots chemist for ointment and plasters. Twenty pounds afternoon tea and ten pounds for meds. Didn't eat afternoon tea. Chairs too close for wheelchairs. Pants ruined.

Had an hour to spare. Venue pretty busy as it sits on the middle platform of a busy station. Separate counters gif bar sales, then coffee and baguette type sales and then a whistle stop shop. The whole place is looking very tired. My cappuccino was ok but not outstanding. As l as I had the Katsu baguette. Not bad but pribably more katsu-ish. I understand this is a quick food joint, but if you are going to charge for a service it should be good rather than paying monopoly prices because that’s all there is.

Chips - Pale, soggy, greasy and undercooked. Husband threw in bin Fish - Quite tasteless, soggy batter… Curry Sauce - Nothing special Won’t be visiting again…

Meat + pot pie not even a 1 out of 10 threw it straight in the bin , GOOD JOB I had money on me I would have been devastated to eat it

If I could give zero stars I would. The girl who served me on 13/2/24 at 17.45 was an awful, rude, arrogant and very ignorant person no idea about customer service at all. Put me off going in ever again!

I just had this and I feel sick, and I do have a very Brave stomach, There half peri chicken was falling apart and Really dry, there chips were just about edible for me anyway, and there pizza was overcooked
