Subway in Preston

Great sandwich and great service. I had a tex mexan and would recommend to others. Staff were very helpful and polite!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The girl who served me on 13/2/24 at 17.45 was an awful, rude, arrogant and very ignorant person no idea about customer service at all. Put me off going in ever again!

Young boy oliver very pleasant, chatty and helped me come to a decision without being pushy. Very prompt to suggest extras in a respectful manner

Served by a lovely young women, 654 who managed our large order really well, she was polite and helpful. Couldn’t thank her enough for making such a big order so easy!

Asked for a cheese subway they put two cheese triangles then toasted. The requested salad options were lettuce pepper tomorrow red onion - missed. I asked for some more cheese n they said it would cost more which I did pay extra. The sub was rubbish I could have eaten two. Will not go again. Vegetarian and vegans eat before you visit really disappointed and still HUNGRY

Manager needs new job his attitude is disgusting aggressive on the phone won't be ordering again not happy at all with manager service

11/10/2020 I went today to pick some lunch up in my break from work.I was served by possibly the most friendly and lovely bloke I’ve ever been served by in a shop/eatery.I left with my spirits raised with a smile on my face.I returned to work and told someone about this man....they knew who I was talking about.Genuine asset to your company,well done to him!

Went to subway at 10 to 6 (9 mins before closing time) to Be told that i cant get a sandwich because they are about to close? Does this shop close at 6 or 10 to 6? Also have a pic of the worker after he was rude in making out i shouldve got there earlier. Will not be visiting here again

Very busy shop mainly due to the staff from the hospital but they do serve quite quickly. Food the same as every other Subway

Great fresh ingredients, good choice, value for money and convenient....what more could you ask?! Although they have stopped serving my favourite sauce ☹️.

Visited this subway yesterday, was very disappointed with the service. I ordered a footlong veggie patty. There were two ladies working here both very rude. I asked one of them to change her gloves as I’m vegetarian and she spoke very rudely and threw the bread and toppings roughly. The second lady who put salad on also was rude. Worst subway experience ever. Would not visit again.
