Casablanca in Preston

Just had a mixed kebab and chips from Casablanca. It was absolute quality, super tasty, great portion and delivered fast. Thanks very much!

Ordered online at 11pm, email said it be here at 12.02 am and they shut at 12. Over 2 hours later no food and you can't even ring them because they havent paid there phone bill. Shambles

They had cancelled my order half an hour after it was due to be delivered (10:30pm) no explanation, no apology. Over 2 hours wait

WORST FOOD EVER !!!!! Don't waste your money there no phone number to ring either! What a JOKE

New owners which is great because the others was rude. Food has changed but has gone much better. Kebabs are lovely especially with chilli sauce. Does state you get a free bottle of pop for orders over £25 but we didn’t get that unfortunately.

Walked in and waited a while at the counter before my order was taken. Ordered a chicken kebab and a vegetable burger. 15mins later the guy behind the counter decided to tell me they had no vegetable burgers. Asked him why he hadn't told me that when I ordered and he ignored the question. Given a full refund and went home hungry. The 2 people in front of me had waited 20mins for chips and mayonnaise.

Ordered via just eat ... on its way for over 30 minutes. Cold and absolutely disgusting. Hard shish kebab hardly any sauce on food. Not even luke warm it was COLD right through. Never again worst take away/delivery we have had and that is not an exaggeration. AVOID AVOID AVOID .. our dog wouldn't even eat the shish ...

Very bad timing, ordered for delivery time was changed from 45mins to 90 mins which is double. Went to collect instead and still from the time it took including me going there after I ordered it was nearly 2 hours. The food itself was not good, the ham they use is like some processed thing which is very disappointing and unappealing. Overall bad service and they kept telling me they are very busy but kept taking new orders promising customers it will be 10-15 minutes.

Foods just ok, however if you order online for delivery can take up to two hours until they deliver., don't bother try somewhere else, very disappointing.

Got a delivery and as always on time.. I ordered a create your own CALZONE omg it was amazing mushrooms pepperoni cheese and donner there food is absolutely fantastic give it a try you won't be disappointed! 5 star *****

Ordered a chicken and sweetcorn pizza as the other takeaways next to it were really busy and I now know why. By far the worst pizza I have eaten and believe me I jave tried a lot in Preston. Bland in terms of toppings and then the weirdest aftertaste I have ever experienced some weird peppery tast but not what you expect. I had 2 pieces in case it was just me but nope I put it in the bin the second piece was worse than the first. Definitely go to 1 of the other 2 that are next to it and avoid this place.. I had a burger years ago and avoided thought things may have changed but no still as shocking. No.option below for no recommendation

Lovely food and amazing service. Got a burger and chips which was lovely. New management have really turned this place around. Food was fresh and tasty. Would definitely recommend.

The wheels were falling off, but seen a huge improvement since it has been under new management. Fantastic customer service and generous portions. Ordered a cheeseburger, chicken kebab and Asian style pizza... Lovelylicious!

Best Kebab in Preston and Tenerife 👍👍👍

Staying in Preston for the first time this ever and dropped in on this cheeky little takeaway in the early hours after a couple of beers. Just the friendliest of staff (not what you normally get at a take away early hours of a Saturday morning/Friday night) and the Pizza was just the best. Ignore some of the previous reviews as I think it is now under a new manager. Absolutely top job from them on food and service.

Took my order wrong , Chicken kebab was burned , it was not tasty at all , Donner kebab was soooo cold Naan bread tasted old and so did the meat. Will not order again

Donner kebab seemed like it was made about 2 hours ago, the meat was cold and dry just like the nan bread. It wasn't tasty, would not recommend. Money thrown in the bin!!

Food is amazing grate portion size definitely value for money new management definitely know what they are doing as for the new menu item must give a special shout out to the new spring rolls deep fillings and tasty definitely recommend

Used to be a good takeaway this become greedy, portions are tiny large chicken and donner kebab 8 quid 3 scraggy scraps of under seasoned chicken 5 strands of uncooked donner meat on a stale microscopic pitta bread got good offers on chips though 2 quid for regular chips u get 10 chips covered in red salt never asked for

Kebabs are acceptable. Pizzas are slightly better . But the piri piri chicken is an abortion!!!! And an expensive one at that . Ordered mild. It smells like burned grease and car tyres 😭😭😭 exactly like burned grease and exactly like burned car tyres. And it tastes like it smells!!!!!

Do not order pizza from here! The ham was brown and like sludge. Read all the other comments and order at your own risk.

Sorry accidentally touched one star food terrible and burnt - when I complained was offered a free pizza a replacement that never arrived and they put the phone down on me!

Been using casablanca for years and 9 times out of 10 it has been great. Recently over the past few months the service and food has gone downhill fast. My last 3 orders have been over 2 hours late and the orders have been wrong. Tonight my order was wrong again and when i contacted them they said they would send the correct order out. Well 2 hours later it still hasn't arrived. This is the last time i order from these people. Also the food has become swimming in grease and inedible . Thanks casablanca for leaving my family hungry and disappointed again.

I am 43 years of age and I have never had a allergic reaction to anything in my life until 24/04/2022 after I had eaten @ 21:17:24 and my lips n tongue started tingling and I thought it chilli sauce coz it can do that but I went sleep then woke up sweaty and my lips was numb and I looked in the mirror and my lips was massive so I phoned ambulance coz I was scared and they said I have had a allergic reaction to something and all I can think of it was the food anyhow I had to stay in hospital overnight and had to have adrenaline shot in my thigh and blood tests and a steroid injection.. For my safety I am not going to order any takeaway ever again and I spent £20 on food and I had to pay another £10 to get back to house in a taxi once I was discharged from the hospital... The doctors was scared that my lips was massive my throat could be affected and that's why they kept me in and they treated as a high level allergic emergency.. Wish I had gone shop for fruits n veg and save my health n money and let emergency services deal with other issues than having to take me to hospital and then had a bed somebody else could of had.. never again am I going to order a takeaway

Truly shocking takeaway tonight. Last chance saloon and they blew it. 2hrs for delivery after ordering at 5.50pm. all kebabs were delivered in boxes sideways so were falling apart. Chips cold & soggy. But the pizza was delivered upside and folded in half. Kids devastated and started crying. Pizza was ruined. So was our family evening. Ended up making the kids some toast. So, that's it. Off to 'Micks Hut' from now on. I've given them chance after chance. No more. Lost our custom now.

Got food poisoning don't go here

Have ordered from here loads of times before via Just Eat and never had any issues. Food is always amazing and orders correct but……tonight on delivery, the driver asked for £3 for delivery(already paid via Just Eat). When corrected that we had already paid this he said it was for extras….again no extras ordered that hadn’t been paid for. I took the receipt off the plastic bag to get the phone number off and he got a wee bit shirty saying no no I need that. The receipt clearly stated £3 owed, I phone restaurant and was told if I could pay it then pay him as it was quite a distance…4 mile (again delivery paid on Just Eat). I explained never had to before and was told he would speak to the driver when he got back. Fabulous food but….won’t now use them as clearly someone wanted extra money from us, the receipt stated £3 owed so whose fault I don’t know……

Garlic sauce is amazing, chips only just ready, chicken strips…. Well…. Only just defrosted… only just

Used to live locally and enjoy the kebabs from here. Moved to Warrington and after 4 years still haven't found a decent kebab house so travel back to Preston especially for a Casablanca kebab, can't beat them! Please open a Warrington branch! 😂

Great food, but very expensive kebabs with small portions, even for the large one.

All we wanted was some cans of pop to get us through the evening, was hesitant to whether these guys would deliver six cans of Lilt without food, as it's our favourite drink and the only place that sold it was here... all the shops closed... and they delivered them within 20 minutes, absolutely made up. Good takeaway 👌

Food is amazing when it finally arrives. Delivery is ALWAYS late not just half hour late but hours late

Excellent food definitely will be recommended excellent service freshly made in front of you. Unlike the other fast food places where they have everything ready and they just warm it up and serve.

2 hours and it arrived and was absolutely terrible. I spent almost 30 pounds on food. Do yourself a favour and avoid it.

Costs a little more than some but it is always 1st class takeaway and very friendly. Always clean in the food prep area.

55 minutes late, food was stone cold and driver was rude and dismissive. Avoid!

PLEASE do not order from this takeaway, driver stole our food/never bothered delivering it and when we rung the Casablanca to tell them it still hadn't arrived, despite it saying "delivered" they blamed us for lying to them and then hung up on us. I'm now £20 down with no food and with no chance of any refund. Don't make the same mistake.

I make order for pizza. It come but top of pizza was burned. When I called them with complain. After 1st call he said me I don't undersund me. Then they block my number. I called on 2nd number he said me "I don't take claim, and his swich off call... I paid by card.

Pizza was average, donner kebabs were decent sizes and tasted okay too but the chicken kebab was awful

They'll try to rip you off if drunk. Stay well away.

I have been going to these guys for nearly 10 years now. I have gone to other takeaways that do slightly different meals (aka stuffed crusts) but by and far this place has consistently proved themselves to be the best takeaway locally to Preston.

Only ordered from here because of the high rating. I've never left food from a takeaway even when it's bad because i'm greedy but I didn't eat this. The pizza seemed it had been left out for hours, luke warm, dry and tough. Fry's were soggy and luke warm. Called them to tell the and they kept hanging up. They finally agreed to refund for 2 items after I called Just-Eat but they refused to drop the refund at my house (they said it was too far for them to drive) they just hang up now when I call them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 4 hours later and still having problems with the order. Terrible customer service now trying to say it’ll arrive after it’s closed once I called them out for it on the phone he stumbled and didn’t know what to say to me! AVOID

Ordered three hours ago, their website was happy enough to take my payment. As usual it claimed delivery would be in 45 minutes. Once it got to an hour and twenty, I tried to ring and they're not bothering to pick up. I've been trying to call since and given up since they've clearly turned the phone off. I'd drive down there, but they're are bound to turn up as I'm on the way. My wife's gone to bed, and I'm waiting because I don't know if they are even going to bother, but don't want them waking us up. If you're not going to deliver then at least answer the phone, or, you know, use the information that you have to let us know there's a problem. I know it's a bit of a first world problem, but I'm absolutely fuming.

As Regular customer hear i am verry disapointed with my order this time, not only was my order wrong but half my order was missing, my chips were hard, greasy, crispy and my donna meat was redicuasly tick just tasted of oil. I also found hair'S in one of my meals which made me physically sick. I will most deffinatly not be going back.

Worst takeaway I have EVER had. Ordered cheese garlic bread with toppings, chicken burger, hawaian burger, cheesy chips, scampie and hash browns. Scampie was grey, mushy and don't know where the scampie was in it. Absolutely disgusting. Tried it and taste as horrible as it looked. No doubt will be Ill tomorrow. Garlic bread was tasteless, hash browns arrived crumbled (more like lumpy mash) only thing that was edible was the burgers. Chips were floppy and tasteless also even with the cheese on it which was like elastic. Everything except burgers went straight in the bin. Will not be ordering here again. Not usually one to write negative feedback but this has to be said. Don't know how you get away with serving food like that.. would recommend people avoid!

Average food at average prices, but careful when you order. I waited for service amongst other customers and after a while one customer said I could order. I was completely ignored by the behind the counter - I thought she was just busy with others. The condesending lady finally took my order, spoke over me assuming she knew my whole order and then then rolled her eyes at the other customers as if I was being stupid or awkward when I tried to correct her. I felt like a pillock in front of everyone. The order was then served incorrectly, and the chap was confused when I wanted it corrected. I saw the three takeaways next to each other and chose this one because it was busier and thought it was the more popular. If I was local I'd never go back. 1 star service, 2 star food.

there food is good but the staff that answer the phone got my order wrong they gt everythiing else right just one wrong pizza never again
